I am responding to an complaint made by [redacted] ***Anderson's Handyman Services LLCalways wants to please our customers in every wayMs [redacted] is saying that we installed flooring through the whole home plus baseboards and trim for $through the Attorney general and now is saying a $ with the Revdex.comThis absolutely makes no sinceThe price for the flooring, trim, baseboards through the entire home plus picking up materials would have been $MrAnderson also did all of the demolition of the home beside her which I have pictures ofWe had to rent an ESCAVATOR for a week in which two days wasn't used due to holiday and we had finishedThis is also a charge plus the demolition that was not carried out properly by her son and ex husbandThis was the best rate and we explained this to Ms [redacted] several timesIn her complaint to the Attorney general she was upset that he couldn't stay later but now is saying she couldn't get him to leaveMs [redacted] was driving MrAnderson crazy by crying on the phone for long periods of timeShe has made accusations to the Attorney generalShe kept having him do extra things around the houseAnderson's Handyman Services LLChad at least two to five employees there when were presentWe have our attorney evolved and are trying to come up with a solution if any.Thank you very much,Anderson's Handyman Services LLC

I am responding to a complaint that was made against Anderson's Handyman Services LLCwe would like to express that we always try to make our customers satisfied in every wayWe were hired to do flooring (tile), backsplash, painting, changing out toilet and vanity, and hanging new fixtures The [redacted] had an odd schedule do to work which we didn't realize and was not explained during contract signingWe could only be there after 5pm in the evening or Saturdays or special time on Sunday's [redacted] *as been very rude and belligerent to Anderson's Handyman Services LLCplus our staff [redacted] demanded the bathroom to be finished which was completed only thing left was a new toilet paper hanger and some cleaning [redacted] wanted MrAnderson to stay there to complete the jobHe stated "He was up and watching sports to go ahead and finish it" this is in nicer terms statedA big factor we had problems with was Mr [redacted] drinking and his behavior to everyoneThe [redacted] expressed how happy they were till it came to to pay and then it was problem after problemWe also spent money for materials that we picked up and [redacted] said he would reimburse usWe have contacted our lawyer due to M [redacted] l slandering us to a current client and making us loose said contractI have pictures and will attachIf you need anything else please don't hesitate to contact usWe tried everything possible and nothing was good enough.Thank you very much,Anderson's Handyman Services LLC.Also the bathroom has been painted two times now the color is porcelain skin semi gloss by ***This painted was bought out of pocket because they did not like the paint they chooseAnderson's Handyman Services LLCtried everything possible to make them happyWe are still yet to receive our final payment

I need to explain that Mrs [redacted] is friends with Mrs [redacted] current complaintAgain Anderson's Handyman Services LLCalways try to accommodate our customersMrs [redacted] 's complaint is very untrueMrs [redacted] could only have services on SaturdayThe first Saturday MrAnderson was ill The next Saturday was scheduled and her son was suppose to be there and we called to confirm and she cancelled due to a trip to CaliforniaI definitely want to say "No one" asked for a key to her homeI have exchanged messages with Mrs [redacted] and really don't understand the reason for this complaint besides to dis correct a person's credit abilityWe have a cancellation fee on all of our contractsMrs [redacted] cancelled so it applies to herI explained that I would mail the rest of her payment to her certified mailI also have text messages plus messages from our business pageI will now contact our attorney regarding her complaint of trying to discredit our companyThank you so much,Anderson's Handyman Services LLC
