The photos provided are how the bathroom looks todayRegardless, "cleaning" does not level a floor, fix misplaced tile, fix the fact that the recessed lighting is grouted to the ceiling, and the list goes onI am fully capable of cleaning a bathroom and would not be filing a complaint and purchasing all new materials for a dirty bathroomI am not sure what additional information/proof that Anderson's needs to close this complaint, but am willing to provide whatever necessary

To The Revdex.com/*** ***, November 23, This is in reply to the letter I received from you dated November 18, 2015, concerning the response from Anderson's Handyman Services, LLC (Greg & *** Anderson: *** *** *** *** ** ***; Phone number ***: WV Contractor's License # ***)I am declining Andersons response and DO intend to pursue the matter furtherWe have not heard from Andersons or anyone representing them since October 6th when MrAnderson was here trying to drain all the water from the footer ditchesThe work is not complete nor have we been contacted to complete the work or to negotiate a fair refundOur home has been left unsafe for my disabled family members (Mother, Father and Sister) along with young children in our family and the neighborhood! This is an accident waiting to happen! Not to mention the water, flooding the footer ditches which are now caved in and along with winter quickly approachingTo address the response; first, the complaint to the Revdex.com and the Attorney General's office are the same EXACT letterI did not submit different letters, the only difference was the pictures, emails and texts were not provided to Revdex.com; they would not attach onlineThe Attorney General's office complaint was hand delivered to include the pictures, emails and textsSecond, the flooring, baseboards and trim was not included in the original addition contract signed on August 18thThe flooring arraignments were discussed and MrAnderson and I agreed on a set price of $for labor of flooring and $for labor of the baseboards and trim and we purchase all materialsThese arraignments where discussed on August 19th (the next day) after the original contract was signedHowever to explain again, refer to the emails on September 9th, MrsAnderson thought her husband done the entire flooring job for $500.00, she got this from a previous conversation we had however at the time me and her spoke about the flooring labor, I had only paid him $of the $We gave him the $for the labor of the baseboards and trim; then had to replace that when one of their employees stole it out of MrAnderson's vehicleWe paid a total of $2,for all labor of the flooring, baseboards and trimThe flooring job was paid in full on August 31stThis is only a diversion tactic, the flooring job was complete and they were moving on to the addition which was under contract, we have all accounts of this documented to the fullestIn the response, they state the price for the flooring, trim, baseboards through the entire home plus picking up materials would have been $8,however in the emails MrsAnderson stated it would have been close to $6,Just another way to add more money anyway they can! Third, their response states that Anderson's Handyman services did all of the demolition of the home beside me which is COMPLETLEY FALSEMy son, his friends and ex-husband did all the demolition of that homeThe debris that was left (see attached picture) Anderson told me he would take care of it since he was getting the excavator and would have some debris to remove when the addition was complete (refer to the contract where it states the "removal of all rubbish")We also paid for the excavator to be deliveredThe response states they had to rent an excavator for a week in which all but two days wasn't used is and it was finished UNTRUE as well (we documented the days/times Anderson and/or his staff were here working on the excavator)The excavating was not finished; there are still concrete slabs and shelves of dirt not smoothed out in multiple places (see attached pictures) they were not finished! It looks horrible! Anderson's response states that in my complaint to the Attorney General, I was upset that he couldn't stay later but now I am saying I couldn't get him to leave? This is a complete JOKE! Read my complaint submitted to both the Revdex.com and the Attorney General again! I NEVER asked Anderson to do extra things around my house as well as they NEVER had five employees here at one time! Lastly, the response also states that I was driving MrAnderson crazy by crying on the phone, I believe if someone had taken $25,of their money and not completed their job; they would be crying too! These people are completely delusional and they do not have their facts together at all! Since the original complaint, we also filed a complaint with the West Virginia Division of Labor as well (the same complaint submitted to the Revdex.com and AGO)If this cannot be resolved soon, we will be forced to seek formal action along with contact the media in hopes to warn the general publicI do not want these people to do this to anyone elseSincerely, *** *** and *** ***

Well, I just rejected the
response from Anderson's Handyman The wife was involved on that one day, and
got A LOT of things done But things have slacked off tremendously since then
She told me when they came that the
building would be done in two days....well
here it is almost two weeks later, and there are still issues!! This has been
the most ridiculous project ever I will NEVER use these people again I sent
an attachment with some more details of things that have transpired I have
also found a few things online where others have turned them in to the Revdex.com
before *** (the owner) told me (after I called him and told him a few things
on my mind), that "we will be there tomorrow (Thursday May 7) and we will get
the building done There is NO way......there is electric to be ran, tile to be
laid, a closet to be built, shelves to be built, toilet to be put in, vanity,
wall heater, all the lights, facet around the building, plumbing to finish,
drywall to be hung, and mudded, painting to be done, as well as putting all of
the pool equipment back in the pool house!!! As you can tell, I'm not a very
happy camper I wish there was a way to kick them off of our property without
hiring a lawyer, and them not getting a dime more from us
