I am rejecting this response because:I put my trust in Andros to give me a new, "quality," oak parquet floor. However, I was sorely disappointed! The floor Andros installed was not properly leveled and was riddled with flaws. It was not the "quality" floor I had expected!! I paid Andros $4,575 to level my floor and therefore, expected it to be level! It was not! Now, Andros wants to comeback to flatten my floor to make it level. Why should I believe they will be able to level it at this time? I wanted Andros to match the beautiful parquet floor that was previously installed in my master bedroom closet. This parquet floor had no visible defects. Andros said they could match it. I trusted them! Now I am told by Andros that the parquet I purchased from them was entry level and prone to defects. Why didn't they inform me of this beforehand? If I had known, I might have purchased a higher quality parquet! Andros is also asking to come back to replace (a portion of) the defective parquet tiles. The DEFECTIVE tiles should have been discarded at the time!! I expected parquet without defects to be installed!Why should I be happy with a new parquet floor which had to be "fixed" to be acceptable? I thought I was paying for a quality parquet floor! I am in receipt of Ms. K[redacted]'s complaint dated 8/10/2016. We have we received approval months ago from the manufacturer to repair and or replace these said 91 flaws, and we have been actively engaged with Ms. K[redacted] as to the timing available to perform these repairs; they were not caused by poor...

installation as noted in her complaint, this is the characteristic (quality) with this entry level parquet flooring that was matched up to her existing parquet flooring.We are approved to flatten out Ms. K[redacted]s floor to get the substrate flat within manufacturers tolerances. Outside of our control the construction of the condo has voids somewhere that allowed some of the float to leak onto the garage and we have been forth width about repairing and we suggested painting and Ms. K[redacted] told us not to worry about it that she would take care of this on her ownShe owes us $3,800 and as mentioned above we have been trying to schedule the repair work and Ms. K[redacted] has not been available to allow us entrance for the last few months, she stated recently that she wants to schedule when her tenant goes to China. We are not sure when that is, but we have been wil[redacted] and able to assist Ms. K[redacted] in rectifying this situation at her convenience.Sincerely,R[redacted]

In regards to Mrs. R[redacted], she did come in our store and selected carpet for one room on April 15", 2015, but she did not cancel on the 17th as she purports, instead she reselected carpet for two rooms and an amended contract was written on April 22", 2015.The R[redacted]'s claim that shampooing their...

carpet has no relevance, but it does, the carpet was shampooed the same day we installed as witnessed by our installation crew. She got the carpet wet, then, she pulled it out and stuffed inside her suburban type vehicle and asked us to pick up carpet and provide a refund. The carpet was pre-cut for her project, it was musty and wet and no longer able to be sold and we discarded.We provided what she selected – the stock roll number was visible. We were empathetic and took a loss on the original order that she shampooed (could you image us selling this carpet to someone else after she got it wet and stuffed in the back of her truck? — see attached photos) and we provided a store credit — we never promised a full refund. The R[redacted]'s came in to reselect carpet a new quote was sent and they were to pay the difference and they have not done so.Any store credit we offer has to be used within 6 months unless special terms are discussed and agreed to, we are willing to extend this courtesy for 45 more days from the date of this letter.Sincerely,R[redacted]

I had an awful experience with an extremely rude and unprofessional salesman ([redacted]). I had carpet installed in 4 rooms. 2 rooms had a big visible seam. One was right down the middle of the living room. After waiting 4 months for the seam to "calm" per their instructions, I contacted [redacted] to get someone to come out and look at the seam to see what they could do to fix it. [redacted], who only saw a photo of the seam, yelled at me and told me that the seam was acceptable. I had to call the president of the company in order to get someone to come out. They had installed the carpet improperly. The seam was separated in places. Service fixed it. A salesman should NEVER tell a customer, who just paid thousands of dollars for their product, that they are wrong.

Review: on 8/21/2014 I signed a contract and paid in full (3732.95) for a carpeting job. ON the contract it stated that it would be 2 to 4 weeks to complete the job. I was told it might take a couple weeks longer than that. Over the next several months I would call them to check on the status of the job and they always gave me some story about why the carpet was not ready. I repeatedly asked to kept informed of any progress. They never called me at all to let me know what was going on. After 7 months I called them and told them to forget it and just refund the money that was charged to my credit card. They told me that they understood and would take of the refund. It's now been almost nine months since I paid them and I still have not had my money refunded. When I call and ask about it I get answers like our financial person is off today. They never return any of my phone calls. Very frustrating to say the least.Desired Settlement: I would like a full refund of the 3732.95 they charged me. No work or services were ever provided to me.
