We have repeatedly told this customer that he can return the ring for a full refund, but he has not done soHe has already filed a dispute with Paypal, which is the method he used to pay for this order, and we replied to that dispute last week by telling him he can return the ring for a refund as long as it is in new, unworn condition, as specified in our return policyThe customer has not returned the ring

This is nothing more than an unfortunate miscommunication on the part of International CheckoutThe last thing we had told them is to offer the customer the option of a replacement ringWe are not sure why they proceeded with an offer of a refund onlyWe have contacted them, and they should be

I do not trust this merchant, and I am already out $~ do I risk losing even more? I have been patient and waited for a response that would not leave me out of pocket. I will consider replacing the ring, but only if *** pays the Shipping and Handling PLUS Customs/Duty Taxes this time. I should be able to exchange without losing any money at this point. I was hesitant to spend so much, but the item was purchased in good faith and had Revdex.com accreditation. It would be nice if there was a phone number, or a supervisor, or a real person to contact. The repaired ring was returned to the customer's original shipping addressThe customer later informed us that they had moved and the package was sent to their old addressThe tracking information showed that the package was being held at a local postal facility in their areaWe recommended that
that they contact their local post office to try to recover the package and have it shipped to their new address. As a company policy, when a customer requests a new shipping address for a repair to be returned to, we change the information in our system, and the repaired item is automatically shipped to the new addressThis customer did not specify a new address in their repair request which is why the repair was returned to the original shipping address.If the customer had provided a new shipping address in their repair request, then we would take full responsibility for the package, but they did notThis repair was provided free of charge, and was returned to the customer's original address as that was the only address we had

I did not threaten I stated I was not belligerent nor rude and made no such gestures the business claims to have given me a cancellation email which was false but I took my business else where and apologized for my action but I wont let someone claim false accusations against me plus the business I went to is way more respectable to there customers

They obviously didn't read my complaint. My complaint was that we asked them to email us so we could 1. Change our address 2. Specify what I wanted done with my ring and they never emailed us. They are saying it's our fault but they obviously never even fixed the ring because we were never charged for it and we never received a receipt. Now my ring is lost because they didn't email me when I asked them to.
