We have no record of an order from the person named in this complaint.We do not have her credit card information, nor do we have any other information in regards to the order she said she tried to place.

I have no such email for cancellation I have proof the card is mine I have moved to [redacted] 2 moths ago my cards and bank are in Texas I am not in [redacted] for I'm dealing with family issues right now if there is a way to prove to you these are not fake and I am the sole person who is paying please let me know I am buy this ring for my girlfriend of 2 years the stones are set for her sapphire for her bday emerald for mine and her recently deceased mom I will provide any and all info you need to prove these are my cards and info

We have repeatedly told this customer that he can return the ring for a full refund, but he has not done so. He has already filed a dispute with Paypal, which is the method he used to pay for this order, and we replied to that dispute last week by telling him he can return the ring for a refund as...

long as it is in new, unworn condition, as specified in our return policy. The customer has not returned the ring.

[redacted] was not charged for this transaction. His credit card was authorized in the amount of $494 on [redacted]. His order was cancelled for suspicion of fraudulent credit card use. [redacted]'s order was placed from an IP address located in [redacted], with a billing address in [redacted], and a shipping...

address in [redacted]. An e-mail was sent to him on [redacted] to notify him of the cancellation.

It is not our policy to e-mail a customer when we receive an item for repair. We request that the customer include any pertinent information in the package when the item is sent to us. The customer did not include a new shipping address in the package. Therefore, we cannot be responsible for a lost package since a new address was not provided.
