Angeletta Skin Reviews (%countItem)

The product I ordered never mentioned the terms of refund. I have contacted the company and they refuse to give me my money back.
I purchased the product for $4.95 per item. Items include gummy chews and cbd oil. No where in ordering did the company signify that I would be liable for repeat orders totaling $180. I canceled the repeat orders however the first month would not be refunded to me. I was told to send the product back but was not going to get a refund. I was told The 14 day trial period was over and I did not read the fine print. I went back to the website and still could not find this disclaimer.

Desired Outcome

I want my money refunded in the amount of $178.88.

The company refused my unopened return of their shipment. I want to be able to return it and get a full refund as I never used it.
On April 7th, 2019, I ordered what I thought were free samples of Angeletta Skin Cream (order no. XXXXXX) and Angeletta Eye Serum (order no. XXXXXX). I was charged $6.89 for the cream and $6.88 for the serum.

I then noticed that I was later charged $89.89 for the Skin Cream and $88.88 for the Eye Serum.
I contacted the company to tell them I want a refund and I shipped the unopened box with the Skin Cream and Eye Serum back to the Tampa address. I only received a refund of $31.46 for the Skin Cream and $31.11 for the Eye Serum. The box I shipped back with the unopened items was returned back to me with the writing "refused." I feel that I have been scammed as I tried to contact both of the phone numbers listed as customer service and one is no longer working and the other one just disconnects after ringing several times.

I would like to return the unopened items and get a refund for the remaining amount billed.

If you can please contact Angeletta and help me get a refund for the remaining amount I was billed.

Desired Outcome

Obtaining a refund for the rest of the amount billed for both the Skin Cream and Eye Serum

2 charges 1 for 88.88 and 1 for 89.89 have appeared on my credit card and I did not make any purchases from this company ever date of purchase 7/17
Date 7/17/19
Unauthorized charges on my credit card. They need to be removed 1 for 88.88 1 for 89.89 payment was put on my Chase visa credit card.

Desired Outcome

I want the charges removed from my credit card as i never purchased these items

Deceptive business practices I at no time authorized Angeletta to charge my credit card beyond S&H for products received.
Deceptive business practices I at no time authorized Angeletta to charge my credit card beyond S&H for products received. Angeletta Skin charged my credit card with out authorization on 7/25/19 for 2 separate charges. One in the amount of $88.88 and $89.89. I never authorized these transactions or agreed to the terms which they are now stating. At no time did I receive any info stating I would be charged nor did I agree.

Desired Outcome

I DO NOT WANT TO BE CHARGED ANYMORE FOR THE PRODUCT!!! I WANT TO HAVE IT CANCELLED!!!!!!!

I feel I have been scammed by unclear advertisement.
I was not aware that I would be charged the full amount for these products. On May 13th paid 6.88 for cream and another 6.88 for the Eye Serum to be shipped to me. I thought that was for try-out Samples and that I could order more if I liked it. However on June 5th I was charged 88.88 for the eye serum and 89.89 for the cream without my permission. I thought this was for items on their way and even thought this was a very short time between shipments as I haven't noticed any results with try-out samples.
I called and asked them to cancel future shipments. At that time I found out that I was paying the larger amounts for the trial products I already received and no second shipment was forthcoming. I immediately called my bank but it was too late to cancel payment. I am a Senior Citizen an upset to haven been taken advantage of.They did cancel further shipments with notifications per e-mail. I would also like Revdex.com to know that above mentioned cream and eye serum are available on Amazon for far less then when ordered the way I did.
Angeletta Revitalizing Moisturizer 1.0 oz/30 ml.........................23.97
Angeletta Ageless Eye Revitalizer 0.5 fl oz/15 ml .......................22.99
by ANGELETTA SKIN

Desired Outcome

I want them to return my money and I will be glad to return the partially used product to the company.

Received cancellation notice on 4/23/19 and unable to be refunded for returned, unopened product.
I saw a trial offer on Facebook and read the entire offer including the fine print. There was no mention of a continuing subscription or any future charges to my credit card. When the product was received I looked in the box and decided that it was not the product I thought it was. I resealed the package, wrote "Return to Sender" and placed it back in the mail. Shortly thereafter I received another package from them. I wrote "Return to Sender" and placed right back into the mailbox. Then on 4/23/19 I received a Cancellation Notice via email from the company. However, two charges for $89.89 are still on my credit card even though I disputed the charges. They have received all of their products back sealed and unopened in their original packages. I expect a full refund as they have no legal reason to continue holding my money.

Desired Outcome

I expect a full refund because they have received all of their products back sealed and unopened in the original packages.

I want to be able to return a jar of face cream from the trial that I was billed for at full price and I did not open.
Ordered free trial of eye cream and face cream duo toward mid May 2019 and agreed to 4.95 shipping and handling. Received product and began using the eye cream only. Never knew I was going to be billed full price for this trial if I did not notify them in 15 or so days. I then left the country for June 1st through the 24th. In early July a new package came from them and that's when I realized I was on a "subscription". I called and have arranged a refund for the July shipment which is pending. At this point I had only seen they billed me for the July 2nd package and that is what I am awaiting the refund for. In reviewing my credit card statement for June I saw a charge for $88.88 and $89.88 on June 2nd. I did not have package from June and thought it might have been stolen off my front door even though someone was bringing in the mail. I called Angeletta again and that's when I discovered that that June 2nd was for the FREE TRIAL which I had received in May. As stated billed because I did not call to cancel. I had not opened the face cream from the duo and so I called to ask to return that also. On July 17 a lady rep told me I could return and pay the $19 re-stocking fee. Because the previous rep had waived the re-stocking fee (for the July order) I insisted rep also waive and she refused. So I said I needed to think about that and hung up. Next day July 18 I decided I would just absorb the re-stocking fee and return this overly priced unopened face cream from the "trial". (I had opened the eye cream and am not disputing that). This time a new rep refused me the opportunity to return saying I was over the 30 days. I said why the inconsistency from the previous rep and he referred to "their policy". I asked where to find the return policy and he said he could not provide that and said we were done. I feel I should be able to return the unopened jar of face cream since I did not know I would be billed for it and because I was out of the country in June and not checking for expecting any charges did not notice I was billed full price for it.

Desired Outcome

Allow me to return the unopened jar of face cream from the trial even if it is over 30 days because I did not know I was billed full price for it-an astounding $89.88.

I was refunded the money requested. I verified it on my bank activity. I would like to thank Revdex.com for its assistance.

Scam: Free trial skin cream but end up being charged twice (2*$89.89 = total $179.78)
I ordered a free trial skin cream on May 9, 2019 (order #XXXXXX) and paid for $6.89 for shipping. When placing the order for this free trial product, I specially looked for any information about cancellation or automatically subscription to Angeletta product and I didn't see one.

I received the free trial product. And on July 3rd, 2019, I received a surprising 1st shipment from Angeletta Skin. I called Angeletta on July 4th, 2019 to cancel it. And I sent the 1st shipyard back to Angeletta Skin. I was told they will need to charge a restocking fee for a product I didn't order.

My credit card was charged $89.89 on May 28, 2019 and another $89.89 on June 28, 2019. I received one email from Angeletta about refund of $31.46 on July 4th, 2019 (received in my credit card) and second email about a refund of $39.43 on July 11, 2019 (not yet received as of today). Angeletta charged $19 for restocking fee for the 1st shipment product which I didn't order. They also charged $89.89 for a FREE trial product. Can you believe this?

We called Angeletta customer service and spoke to one lady first and called 2nd time and spoke to one gentleman (John) on July 13, 2019. We requested full refund of total $179.78. They didn't help to resolve this refund issue, but were very rude by hanging up the phone.

Buyers shall be aware. This free trial product is definitely a scam without telling customers clearly about the hidden charges and about the cancellation and refund policy.

Desired Outcome

Request full refund of $179.78. After deducting the 1st refund of $31.46 and 2nd refund of $39.43, Angeletta Skin still needs to send me a refund of $108.89.

After calling and canceling my services, they billed me again the next month claiming they never spoke to me before or cancelled.
I signed up for a free trial bottle of the angel Etta cream in which I received face cream and eye cream. I seen a charge soon after of 90 dollars to my bank account for this product. I called to dispute and they said they have a no refund policy. That I should have seen in terms of service to cancel after fourteen days or I would receive this charge. So I said okay my mistake and accepted the charge (although I had no choice) and cancelled all future charges. I have two people witness to this because they were at a restraunt with me at the time. Then yesterday I received another charge of 88 dollars. I was sure I could call and get my money back because I did cancel before. The woman told me I was not to be refunded. I explained to her that this had to be a mistake because I did my part a month beforehand and called and canceled and she's refused. I asked to speak to a supervisor because surely they would understand since it was one of their employees mistake and not mine and she informed me they hadn't no contact with supervisors only through chats. I asked her to chat and explain my situation and she refused again. I should not be paying again if I already cancelled. Furthermore I never even received a second product.

Desired Outcome

I want my last charge refunded.

Ad on Facebook for face cream trial to pay shipping and handling only is a scam Trying to cancel this is very difficult and I'm not even sure it wa
The charges on my bank account or from Birdman*skincream and the address on the box that it came in is P O Box 15911, Tampa, FL 33684. The ad popped up while I was scrolling in Facebook but there was nowhere that I can't recall that said this was a recurring charge monthly and it was also endorsed by Dr. Phil's wife Robin McGraw which I now see from the Revdex.com is part of their scam to use fake endorsements by different celebrities. When calling customer service you are met with very rude and aggressive sales tactics and they will not let you get a word in edgewise; they talk over you which makes it hard for you to cancel. They continue trying to get you to extend your trial or either to downgrade you to a supposedly less expensive package. Even after explaining I was not interested and could not afford it they still continue to try to change my mind. I do not feel comfortable that this was canceled, they simply gave me a cancellation number ( I should have asked for a cancellation email) but I intend to call my bank to also place a complaint with my bank so that they can be on the lookout for any further charges but I wanted to file this complaint with the Revdex.com so that hopefully the word will get out that these people are a huge scam. The cream is something that I will throw in the trash, it is not a good product it is in no way what they claim that it is. I intend to look into filing a lawsuit against these thieves, what they're doing is wrong and it should be stopped! I was billed $6.89 for the skin cream and $6.88 for the eye serum which I did not order but somehow it was attached to the order anyway. These were supposedly shipping and handling charges but I am asking for a full refund because this is definitely a scam and I feel like I've been robbed!

Desired Outcome

I would like to see public announcements that this company is a scam and also I would like to get a refund for the money they've charged me so far because this is a scam the product is *** and this needs to be stopped!

Customer Response • Jul 10, 2019

I have received a refund for both charges so the matter is closed as far as I am concerned, thank you for your help!

Purchased product online did not know it was a trial product for a specified time frame. They charge me a fee for the product thereafter that I did not agree to pay. They kept on trying to charge my credit card for future purchases. Called to return product which in the email the company sent me states that it was shipped on 6/1/19. When I called on status of the delivery of the 6/1/19 shipped product the company stated that the item was not shipped on that day but actual for the product I initially purchased back in April 2019. The first time I called the company they only canceled the eye product even when I asked if she cancelled my entire account which includes eye and face cream. Then I called again to cancel the face cream product and was able to get a full credit for that item. At that time I asked when the product I wanted to return (eye cream) would be sent to me. The rep. said to wait a few more days for arrival then you can ship it back. I waited and called again. The new rep. was the one who informed me that a new product wasn't shipped but the charge on my account was for the purchased made in April. When I tried to complain about the process he hung up on me. I called back got a different rep. who told me the charge was for my April purchase and no new shipment would arrive. The order # for the April order is different than the order # for the June order. She gave me a 15% credit which I'm not happy with. Why should I have to pay for a product I never received. You can not return a product even though they call it a trial if you already opened it. So if you purchase a product thinking its a trial but once you try it and you don't like it you can't return it since you already opened it. What kind of *** is that.
Product_Or_***: Angeletta Eye Serum
Order_Number: XXXXXX & XXXXXX

Desired Outcome

Refund I want a full refund of my money $88.88 not just a 15% = $13.33. I want them to stop their devious practice. They should not be in business.

(The consumer indicated he/she ACCEPTED the response from the business.)

I ordered a trial of Angeletta Eye Serum on April 3 and was charged for 2 huge amounts on Apr. 20 because I didn't cancel any future shipments.
I ordered a trial of Angeletta Eye Serum on April 3 which arrived before I left for a trip abroad on April 16. After I returned on June 17, I checked my credit card bill on June 23 and to my horror discovered that I had been billed $88.88 and $89.89 on both April 20 and May 20 for some Angeletta products.

I called the number listed for Angeletta and spoke with a Vanessa who said she would cancel future orders. After I pressed her, she agreed to cancel the charges for May 20 though it would take a few days for the refund to appear on my account. She said she couldn't do anything about the April 20 charges as it was earlier than 30 days. She also kept claiming that I had received an order on May 28 which I didn't believe had come. (I later discovered after looking through our mountain of mail that one box had come.)

I then called the credit card company to dispute the additional charges. They have temporarily removed them until they contact the company.

The question is how does this get resolved? I feel I have been the victim of a scam. Do I need to send the box back?

Desired Outcome

I would like a refund of all charges by this company. I'm also fearful that they may not refund the May 20 charges because I contacted the Revdex.com and my credit card company. Additionally, I worry that they may try to wreck my credit rating.

(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
I should receive a refund for the disputed charges for the following reasons:
1) A "trial" of a product should not have an additional cost slapped on after an initial trial price is paid. I paid $6.88 & $6.89 plus shipping and handling for the trial of the product & then later was charged an additional $88.88 and $89.99 for the "trial" I had already received.
2) The above practice is misleading advertising. Other "trials" I have purchased have not had an additional cost slapped on after the trial price is paid.

(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
I still cannot understand why I'm being charged for two products on April 20 of $88.88 & $89.99 when I understood that the only costs I had to pay were the shipping/handling costs for that initial shipment.

The costs for these products are greatly inflated, and I found out recently that they are available elsewhere for less than one-third of this company's outrageous prices.

To resolve this unfair situation, I would expect to receive the $88.88 & $89.99 back for the April charges.

Thought I only was paying for shipping for a sample of the product.
On 5/21/19 an ad came up on Facebook for Angeletta skin cream. I ordered the free sample for only $6.89 shipping/handling. I did not see any future commitment in the product ad. I thought that since it had such rave reviews it was a good product. There was not a listing of the actual cost of the product.

On June 10 a charge of $89.89 was deducted from my checking account. I am on vacation so I didn't call them until yesterday, June 17 to inquire of the charge. The man told me that it was an auto subscription from when I made my original order. I asked him to refund me as I was unaware of any future commitment. Twice he offered to lower the price for me, to $39+, and then $29+ to continue the subscription. I informed him that I felt duped and that even though I like the product, I would not agree to a subscription under those circumstances. He said they would not refund me. I informed him that I would be putting posts on Facebook and Twitter to inform the public, then he hung up on me.

following that, I received a cancellation notice vua email from them: Order Number: XXXXXX
Ordered on 06/07/2019 10:55am. I never received any sort of notice on 6/7 that an order was forthcoming.

Desired Outcome

First, I would like to see advertisers such as this have to boldly put the terms up front and not hidden. For the life of me, I did not see anything of the sort in the ad. Second, I would like to be reimbursed for the $89.89 that I was charged.

I accept, and am grateful, that my money was refunded.

I am not satisfied that the "terms of the offer that you agreed to at the time of your order were clearly stated...". If the terms were listed "clearly" I would have seen that and not ordered.

Thank you Revdex.com for assisting me in this claim; otherwise, I would not have received a reimbursement.

It was very unclear that I would be charged the full amount for these products. They made it seem as if it was a sample.
On May 6 I paid shipping for what I thought was a sample, the eye serum $6.88 and cream $6.89. I thought that was that, I could order more if I decided. Well on May 22 I was charge 88.88 for the eye serum and 89.89 for the cream. I thought it was an on going shipment if I didn't cancel within a certain amount of time. I called and said to please cancel. The person I spoke to didn't say it was the charge for the product I already had!

Desired Outcome

I want my money back because it was not clear that I was receiving anything short of a sample. I would be happy to return the unused portion.

The merchant Angelette Skin samples are a rip-off and I wrote this complaint to warn others about the smart strategy they are using to rip people off.
The purchase was for a friend and was made on 03/21/19 Order#:XXXXXX Order total:$6.88 The promotion information said that you pay for shipping and handling ONLY to try the very small samples of one face cream and one eye serum. There was no information readily available on the promotion web-page for consumers to read that says there would be a charge of $88.88 and $89.89 if the samples were not returned in it's original packaging un-opened with in 14 days. My friend changed her mind on the product around the 14 days roughly and on 04/07/19 I saw a charge of $88.88 and $89.89 on my bank account. I called Angeletta Skin immediately which was the first call of about 20 calls roughly to dispute the charges. The first representative I spoke to said that the promotion's terms and conditions states that I would be charged after 14 days if I'm not satisfied and product not returned. When I saw the charges of $88.88 and $89.89 on my bank account I was under the impression that there was a shipment of a full order on the way but the representative stated that the amount billed to my account was for the small little samples of face cream and eye serum that I had already received. I stated to the rep. that I would send the samples back unopened and in original packaging for a refund of the charges because the person I made the purchase for had a change of heart and was no longer interested in the product. This was the beginning of a long and frustrating event with this merchant. They canceled the subscription right away on the first call but it took me roughly about 20 phone calls and over two months to get my refund after mailing their products back to them in which they received in just two days after the cancellation. There is a disgusting excuse that they use which they tell people that there is a process to the refund but it's only to get people upset and give up on their refund because they know that there is a lot of consumers out there that do not have the time to fight them for their refunds. These people are a piece of work. They really have a well put together strategy to steal people's eyeballs out of their heads. *Angeletta Skin reps. have a well put together line that they all use when people call to cancel or refer to a refund that follows with an abrupt hang up of your phone call. I urge people NOT to purchase anything from Angeletta Skin because they are out to get people that cancel their subscription and in my opinion they are set up to scam people with these mini samples. Take my advice and DO NOT PURCHASE ANGELETTA SKIN PRODUCTS.

Desired Outcome

My issue was resolved eventually after two months and a great number of phone calls of which included a nightmere of hastles. They eventually refunded the $88.88 and $89.89 in portions both amounts. Postage fees are not included in refunds of course so I lost a total of $14.00 in shipping and handling costs which could had easily turned out to be $192.77 if I had not put up a fight with Angeletta Skin, just for doing a favor for a friend. Also the friendship is now ruined over this issue so I hope this can teach people a leason about this merchant.

Total RIP OFF
I think its unprofessional to charge a customer FULL value for a product they don't use. I simply wanted to TRY this TRIAL skin Cream. I used it once!! Over the weekend was told I had 2 pending charges for over $80 each. When I called to cancel this, the Vanessa Lady was rude as *** and basically told me Im screwed and hung up on me. Offered me 15%!!!!!!!!! of over $150 for my refund. I mean are you serious?? If you don't except returns then why the *** offer a free trial. Hello we have to open it to try it correct?? Im so fn *** with this ***. Im a single mom whos on a budget and now Im told I cant get my money back bc it was in fine print that I would be charged. *** no it wasn't or I wouldn't of signed up for the stupid *** cream. I think its sad companies have to do this to hard working citizens who can barely afford to live to be scammed into this kind stuff. You gave me less than $30 back on my refund and kept the rest of my money.

Desired Outcome

I want a FULL refund.

There were no terms of agreement on the process to get a refund or not be charged additional charges on the website or receipt,I looked over carefully
I purchased the free trial stating that the price was only shipping and handling. I ordered from this website

https://tryangeletta.com/promo-v2/oa/index.php?AFFID=OA&C1=XXXXXX&C2=XXXXXX&C3=

where I searched for any "fine line" stating there would be additional charges, and there wasn't. I recently saw that I was charged 180.00 for this product which I am not happy with. I contacted customer care to cancel his immediately and that I wanted a refund. The customer service rep Joseph I spoke to was rude and basically said that I would not get a refund because I opened the product. I explained no where does it state that I would have additional charges. I am requesting a FULL REFUND and I will ship the product back happily. If not, I would like it in writing and be provided verification of where it stated that I would incur additional charges. If not, I will take this matter further.

Thank you for your time,
***
This was my original email. I had contacted customer service first. There were no terms of agreement on the process to get a refund or not be charged additional charges on the website or on the receipt as I looked over very carefully.

This is the website

I purchased a trial of this product in February 2019. It came in these two tiny bottles. After 18 days I was charged a total of $190 for these two bottles. I called the company. The representative told me to wait for product to arrive and then return it unopened for a refund. So I waited for this new product to come since I had already paid for the trial. Well, there was no new shipment. The product I had was the regular size. At this point it had been over a month. I called to find out is the product got lost. No, I already had it and was then told by the representative that I could just keep it after she had conferred virtually with her supervisor. So again I waited for a refund to post. So I called again and at this time was given a return product number and told that when they receive the product my money would be refunded. This was April 30, 2019. I called today June 3, 2019 and was told that they cannot issue a refund because it was past the initial 30 days of receiving the product. Their solution was to send back the product I do not want.

Desired Outcome

Billing Adjustment I would like my money to be returned and I will send their product back to them when received for the second time.

Total SCAM. They offer a sample at low cost and then in fine print and then sign you up for monthly of two items that are nearly $100. What a scam of a company.

Deceptive business practices
I at no time authorized Angeletta to charge my credit card beyond S&H for products received. Angeletta Skin charged my credit card with out authorization on 4/17/2019 for 2 separate charges. One in the amount of $88.88 and $89.89. I never authorized these transactions or agreed to the terms which they are now stating. At no time did I receive any info stating I would be charged nor did I agree.

Desired Outcome

Refund
