Approximately a month ago I ordered some merchandise from AB (Michelob Ultra.com) and never received the orderI tried calling (which is impossible) to see what the status of my order and never got anyone to call back
I emailed several times and finally got a reply that said
Oh snap!
We’ve made a mistakeItem number 280360- Michelob Ultra Coolie Pack that was on your order is on back order until June 20th
We apologize for any inconveniencePlease work with our customer service team to issue any refunds or if you are comfortable waiting for your item to be back in stock you may disregard this e-mail and we will ship your order out as soon as the item becomes available again
My reply was that's Okay just give me what you have in-stock and refund the rest of my money please

We apologize, but due to the overwhelming demand for this item, your order is currently on backorder We expect additional inventory to be received soon, and ho

In a 16oz budlight bottle there was a piece of tape/ plastic/ brown residue that I choked on! I have bottle and item that was in the BEER I CAN NOT BELIEVE THIS WAS IN MY BEER! I'M POURING EACH OF THE REST IN A GLASSTO SEE IF THERE IS MORE PLASTIC

I consumed three Oz cans of Best Damn Cherry Cola, and my wife noticed that I had broke out into a rash on my face, chest, and backI have consumed the Best Damn Root Beer product made by the same company before with no ill effects, and the consumption of the Best Damn Cherry Cola was the only change in my routineI have tried to get specific information pertaining to ingredients from the Best Damn Brewing Company, but attempts to do so have met with little resultsI would like to know specific ingredient information so that I can avoid whatever ingredient could have caused this reaction in the future so it does not lead to a more severe allergic reaction possibly leading to a hospital stay or worse

This is the 2nd pack of bud ice I have pitched within separate weeks and the taste is not right I dont know if something went wrong with the stamp on the bottom is *** ***

A rebate for $ was offered on Anheuser Busch products that were marketed through the Jewel Osco grocery chain, and purchased between August and August 15, Specifically, this required the purchase of 12-packs or 15-packs of beer I purchased a pack each of Goose Island and Stella Artois on August 10th, and submitted the claim form and other materials for the rebate as required I then get a response stating that the UPC symbols were invalid This is a statement because the symbols I had sent were clearly markedI wanted to express my disappointment and share my negative experienceThe rebate materials were sent to: *** * *** *** *** *** ** *** ** *** Contact information on the notice I received:

I called on 9/24/and spoke with *** about postcard I got that said, " All required products were not submitted" for $refund 'Tracking #XXXXXXXXXAs I spoke with her she said " I resubmitted form and you will get you your refund and was given another tracking #XXXXXXXXXI called again on 11/2/and spoke with *** again , she said to me I will get my refund in 6-weeks, and I still have not gotten refund, I received another postcard saying again " All required products were not submitted" I still have all copies of items submitted for refund in including upc copy, supermarket receipt, and refund mail in rebate formI submitted everything required for refund

I purchased a Bud Light Bud-E fridgeThe app is no longer working and the fridge is no longer connecting to Wifi as advertisedWhen I contacted the company, I was told they no longer support the product and I was out of luck

We will reach out to the consumer, take a complete product quality report on the issue, and will fulfill based on the information we are able to receive

The company had placed stickers on cases of beer stating a rebate I submitted the rebate and they are now saying my state is not eligible as per their coupon it says it is eligible for this rebate The product was sold in Wisconsin and the coupon was provided on the cases in Wisconsin the rebate coupon says Wisconsin is eligibleThe company is not standing behind what is advertised

My complaint is regarding tri-county distributor and how they conduct their customer service and business with beer/ liquor stores
I am a business owner and I sell the above companies productI spoke with my sales representive about a limited edition product and wanting to order the product to see in my store I was refused the product and didn't receive anyI was told by my customers the store next to mine had received a large inventory of the limited edition product
