In June 2016, I saw a rebate form at a Fred Meyer grocery store in Renton, WA to earn a $rebate, to be earned with the purchase of Anheuser-Busch products along with the purchase of a $gift cardI purchased a $Fred Meyer gift card, a package of bottles of Stella Artois beer, and a six-pack of Stella Artois Cidre I met the requirements of the rebate offerI sent my receipt, along with UPC codes from the product packages, to the following address:

I completed a rebate form similar to this one in Dec2015, and earned a $rebate from Anheuser-BuschHowever, in this instance, Anheuser-Busch is refusing to send me my $rebateI have a tracking number of ***
The people managing this Anheuser-Busch rebate are refusing to communicate me properly to explain to me how I can get my $rebateI purchased these products due to the offer, and Anheuser-Busch is refusing to pay my $rebateI have sent emails to Anheuser-

Anheuser-Busch takes quality very seriously. We will be in touch with the consumer, gather the details, and see how we can make up for the experience.

I have reached out to the District Manager of Tri-County Beverage and he has confirmed that he will continue to work with the wholesaler to look into the ongoing issue. He also mentioned that he has reached out to [redacted] in regards to a response to [redacted].

Anheuser-Busch is working with the appropriate departments for a complete list of ingredients for our new Best Damn brews.  We will reach out to Mr. [redacted] as soon as we have the list of ingredients.

I am rejecting this response because: I've asked this company twice to refund my money and never heard anything from them.My first request stated "please send me what you have in stock and...

refund the rest of my money...thanks Randy"The second request was "Please just refund my money...thanks Randy"I have yet to have anything sent to me and or my money refunded.At this point I don't trust the company.On my original order there was never a response, for example "we have your order," "we are processing your order,"  "we are shipping your order," I heard absolutely nothing for 2 weeks then I got concerned and inquired then they informed me via email it would be a month before I would get my order.So for now I'm waiting for my refund before I drop my complaint.
