Mr. [redacted] is not at all being honest about this matter. I will be forwarding the signed copy of the final Rent To own invoice that is very clear in stating that the contractor had to not only level the carport, but cut/trim trees and bushes to allow room for the carport in the exact location that...

the customer requested the unit be installed. The customer admitted to me that he knew the bushes would need to be trimmed and he did not have the time to trim them himself. He is now wanting eagle to reimburse him for the trimmed bushes/trees. The customer gave Eagle a credit card for the initial Rent To Own payment, only to have the card and payment declined by the bank, due to insufficient funds. After the card was declined, the customer and his wife made multiple false promises on how and when they would make the 1st payment. Only when I called to let them know that we would be coming to reposes the carport, was a payment made. Up until the payment was made, Mr. [redacted] kept calling stating that he wanted to be reimbursed for the trees/bushes that he admits must be cut to allow for the installation. I feel as if the customer was only trying to figure out a way to get around making his 1st payment by demanding reimbursement for the trees/bushes. The customer signed the final invoice with my contractors clear notes of the work that was performed, including the extra labor that was not charged to the customer. Thank you,Chris [redacted]

Ms. Diaz:  Re: ID # [redacted]I am in receipt of your email closing my complaint on Eagle Carports.  The company has scheduled 5 appointments with me to fix the problem.  To date their repair team has not showed up as scheduled to fix the problems.  Their scheduling office seems sincere when they schedule the repairs for me but they always schedule them at the end of the work day or work week and it seems the repairs teams find it too late to come out or they have rain delays them or whatever.     I have not answered the Revdex.com emails about the repairs being completed to my satisfaction because they are good at setting their appointments with me but bad in not showing up.  I don't know how to answer your emails when this happens.     Can you allow the complaint to remain open and when their repair team finally shows up I will answer the Revdex.com questions. Thank you -  [redacted]

I am rejecting this response because: Mr. [redacted] stated several months ago eaglecarports knew what was needed to repair my carport. Mr. [redacted] has sent several crews to my home and problem still has not been resolved. The carport leaks worse from the time it was originally assembled. Eaglecarports have made a mess of my newly paid for carport. Mr.[redacted] made mention they have done everything in there power to solve there problem. The reality is the wrong roof was put on my carport from the being. Mr. [redacted] eaglecarports know want to charge me thousands of dollars to repair my roof with a vertical roof which was suppose to be the start with. I am rejecting this response because: I have spent over twenty thousand dollars...

to use this building, I have added insulation, wall panels, additional metal supports to ensure stability, electricity, water and a restroom. The building cannot be picked up and dismantled without me loosing all the expense I have put into making the structure into a working space. I request funds to repair the roof problem.

Mr. [redacted] ad placed an order through 1 of our vendors, stating that the building was to be installed on cement. The order does not specify that the building is to be certified, as we have a specific line on all order forms that show whether or not the customer wants a certified unit. All carports,...

barns, or garages that are installed on a cement pad, are automatically certified. Mr. [redacted] never sent in a revised order stating he wanted the building to be installed on ground, as well as to be a certified unit, installed on ground. He informed one of my schedulers that he had changed his mind about the cement, but never said anything to her about wanting the building to be certified. Had he mentioned wanting the certification, we would have informed him that the high wind, mobile home anchors would need to be added to his order for an additional cost. Unfortunately I can't give him the anchors for free, however I would be willing to give him the anchors at a discounted price. If he does not want to purchase the anchors from Eagle, he can purchase the anchors from Lowes or Home Depot and install them himself. The anchors will cost the same no matter where he decides to purchase them.

I spoke with Mr. [redacted] on the phone just last week. I explained to him that we have not serviced his area since June of this year due to not having an engineer in New York. I will be more than happy to refund any money he has paid to Eagle. I told Mr. [redacted] last week that it would be best for...

him to find a local company in his area to install his carport. If Mr. [redacted] decides to keep the order in place, it will be the 1st or 2nd week of October before I can have a crew in his area. So out of the thousands of buildings you put up mine is the only one that has this many issues? No, I'm not. Go read your Google reviews, go read your Revdex.com reviews. They mostly say what I'm saying! They have leaks, customer service is CRAP and RUDE! I just post my own personal review VIDEO on YouTube. Go take a look at it! I'm going to show the people who spend their hard earned money on things to not waist their time with this company. Once y'all have the money your done doing the right thing with your customers! (I have now witnessed it and read it on MULTIPLE reviews) if your not willing to fix it RIGHT with my SIMPLE offer then come get the building and I will have a more reliable company do it RIGHT the 1st time! I will want a FULL refund as well! So you do the math. Pay your 5 guys (which is plenty enough to hold a piece of 36' tin) to now come remove the WHOLE building (alot cheaper to just replace the 12 roof panels) and refund my money! Your company is a JOKE! Chris I have given you the most reasonable offer there is! They put the whole building up in less than 8 hours! It won't be nothing to replace 12 roof panels. You didn't have to spend the time to find the new right material, get the quotes, get it delivered or anything. I done all the work FOR YOU. This can be all over with if you would just pay the labor and reimburse me for the tin! I will be contacting higher personnel as my next step of action. If you want to continue  do me wrong make me pay even MORE money for a brand new building I'll be continuing to fight. I'm not backing down..I am not going to get run over.

The roll up door, and any issue he has with missing or broken screws, as well as any other problems he may have, will be resolved when the crew comes back out. issues corrected. As far as the frame being 20' instead of 21' that he had anticipated, we do include the frame specifics in the customers contract, as well as the sales literature, stating that all frames are 1' shorter than the roof length. I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID 12430313, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me but I did call on Tuesday September the 26 and was told a would have to talk to Emily for scheduling. Emily didn't answer my call and it was forwarded to a voicemail so I left a message stating my problem with the unfinished building and the promise of completion by the contractors and my call was never returned. That leads to the next call I made to Chris when the contractors didn't show and he assured me that he would resolve my problems and was sending someone to finish the Job the following Thursday or Friday. When they didn't show the following week I called back and talked to Ish who stated he was the assistant manager and could handle my problem and that's when I was told I was not on the schedule and would have to be put in a repair order and would be contacted in two too four weeks witch is not acceptable especially for a building that was paid for in full when my original order was placed. When I was finally able to speak with Chris [redacted] again he stated he had his weeks mixed up and that he apologizes for my inconveniences but was told by Ish just moments before that I was not in the system for any (repair) witch is what they are calling my unfinished building. I feel this company is run on lies and I have been mislead ever they got my money.

Hi,I'am sorry for not being able to schedule the delivery of the carport at a date the customer needed. On the contract it states that Eagle Carports will not be responsible for down payment refunds. I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID 12569578, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.    In response to the eagle carport response, I am writing to notify you that we did in fact file for the permit to install the carport.  Our town clerk usually asks for a copy of the contractor's  insurance verification with no response. That is the town's normal procedure. they said they got no where.  Thats what held it up. So, we are forced  to use our homeowners insurance.  The permit is not the problem at all.  The permit was never mentioned till now by eagle carports. I have been told at least 3 times of tentative dates of install. If in fact they do contact us as stated, Jan 24-25 and it is in factd one beg of Feb,  then we will accept the install.   As said previously, I don't understand  why they even accepted the order if they say they don't  service NY.  We seem to be in the middle of a bad dealer and not having service in our area.  None of this  is our fault .Anxiously awaiting hearing from them.  Hope the weather is not a factor in Feb!

I was told this last time and told they would be here on 12/29/2015 now it's delayed due to the rain. It will then be 3 weeks late. I will wait and see what they do next.
