Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: The fact that I'm the first has no bearing on the facts at hand You advertised the software and course content I've had problems with course content that had to be fixed by you Your course advertised software is provided but nowhere states that it's trial period/demo software You are intentionally misleading the public and are wrong Once again, you have not delivered what you advertised and are not honest with your advertising I am only one of your students that is requesting a fair resolution f a partial refund of $ The fact that you are refusing again indicates that you do not care about your students or your reputation The fact that $is such a large amount to your company and so important to 360training to hang onto tells me that your company is not doing as well as you lead us to believe The fact that you are refusing to do the right thing shows your character and that you do bad business Offering such a low refund is also an insult and clearly indicative in your attempt to make this go away and is extremely dishonorable on your part I am pursuing this further You and your company should be ashamed of yourselves Regards, Ljiljana Chase

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: Date Sent: 4/28/2:20:PMComplaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: once again, 360training is ignoring my actual complaint and deflecting it to a previous issue that was resolved The email you referred back to me was in response to my complaint about lessons not being in the program as promised and/or not being accessible I complained about this issue to 360training and requested a refund [redacted] refused to listen to my complaint or discuss it over the phone, as evidenced by her sending me a short, curt email refusing the refund and simply referring me to the company's refund policy After informing the instructor of issues and errors with the program, the instructor notified 360training Suddenly, the lessons popped up and were there Believing this to be an honest mistake of some kind, concerned that my relationship now with the instructor (who was extremely kind and helpful) was ruined, concerned that I may have gotten the instructor in trouble by complaining about her course, and having read reviews where students were not receiving their certificates or assistance, I felt I needed to smooth things over and let it go That is the reason for the email that has been thrown back at me as a response It has nothing to do with my current complaint and the reason I am seeking a new resolution.Again, 360training falsely advertised that software for Legal Transcription is provided This advertising is because the it leads students to believe that the software is complete and what a student needs to complete the course and do Legal Transcription after Nowhere does it say that the software is Trial/Demo only, nowhere does it refer to any additional costs required by the student, and nowhere does it say that the software will expire up to months before the course completion date I enrolled in a MEDITEC course, yet MEDITEC has no control over this course, issuing refunds, or getting any kind of assistance with it MEDITEC has a favorable reputation online based on reviews, whereas 360training does not This course is advertised as a MEDITEC course, not a 360training course, yet everything is controlled and managed by 360training This, too, is advertising This is so because 360training has its own Legal Transcription course that is online only with no equipment required I know this for a fact because, after enrolling in MEDITEC'S Legal Transcription course online, 360training enrolled me in their course without my knowledge I found out about that after the fact by email This is deceptive and fraudulent I had to call MEDITEC in order to enroll in their course, which I found out after it was too late, that it is also controlled by 360training Again, advertising and the main issue at hand Regards, [redacted] ***

Mr [redacted] The initial attempt to process the refund for your transaction has failed since you purchased the course almost a year ago(August 2016) We need a valid credit card to which you want your refund to reflectSomeone will get in touch with you to get your card details to complete the refund process.There is no glitch in the systemThe course your were originally enrolled is correct but you were not able to to complete itYou were only up until module of the modules within the allowable months validity of the courseThis is not our company policy but of OSHA, we are just implemeting itAs a courtesy, you were given another courseThe second course you were enrolled in was an old course which automatically set your status to completed I dont think its fair for you to claim you have completed the course when you have not done anything on it To correct the course, we have given you a new course for free but you have to start from the beginningUnless, you complete this one, I am afraid we are bound by the rules of OSHA and will only be able to provide DOL card once this new course is completedThe course is already loaded in your LMS and all you have to do is log in[redacted] ***
