Unbelievable
Day - Nice gentleman named *** came by to assess the issueHe said he had to order parts for my Viking fridge as the freezer was leaking
Weeks Later - we called the office and asked what was going on and *** told my husband that he needed to call to set up an appointment as the parts were deliveredIsn't that their job?
Wed, March - *** takes apart my freezer and realizes that they gave him the wrong partsHe tells me that he will come by the next day 12-6pm
Thurs, March 24th - *** calls me and tells me he is running lateIts 5:50pm! I waited all day at home with my children on their day offI told him that he needed to come back tomorrowHe said Monday, March 28th
Mon, March 28th - *** calls and says we need to make an appointment for *** to returnMy husband tells her that *** said he was coming that dayShe said no and said he will come Wed 9-12pm

She starts talking over me while I am telling her what I have been through with her company and she starts screaming, talking over meI tell her to let me finish and she starts screaming saying *** was waiting for me at the gateWhy would he wait for me at the gate? He needs to dial my house from the gate entry keypad like he did last time! She then changes her story and says she called me ad left me two messagesWHAT? You called ONCE and didn't leave me a messageI called her right back less seconds laterShe then starts screaming at me saying *** left me a message on my cell from the gate and also on my home phoneNOPE
I told her I wanted *** contacted and for him to returnShe is still screamingShe hangs up on me
I call her back from my house phone instead of my cell phone and ask to speak with her boss STEVEShe calls me "ma'am" three times as I tell her how horrible of a customer service she is providing and how unprofessional she is to scream at me while I am trying to explain to her my history with her company and how inappropriate she is for not listening and screaming at me nonsenseShe then says out loud a random statement for her colleagues to hear, "You were screaming at me."
I was trying to explain what has happened and she wouldn't let me finish so I was telling her to let me finish and stop talking over me
I have NEVER experience such horrible serviceI can not believe this woman is customer serviceSteve, please fire her before your company goes out of businessI read that she is a big problem

Antech Appliances received service request (as "TRANSFER VENDOR" service request - that means another company serviced this customer previously) on 02/07/at 4:13pm
Antech customer service representative called customer and scheduled an appointment for 02/10/between time 3pm and
6pm (Antech Appliances never reschedule this service

The worst service EVER......My Subzero fridge stopped cooling on 09/21/16, called First American insurance and the Antech Appl was assigned to do the serviceThey came on 09/and said it needed a new evaporator motorThe part was replaced on 10/01, but the fridge didn't workI called Antech, the manager was very rude and told me they would only come back if I called the insurance for another visitSix days later on 10/07, the technician came, took a min look and said he needed another part, the "control"On 10/ another appointment to replace the control, the Antech technician spent min checking, didn't replace anything and said he needed to come back with another part and wasn't able to tell me what part that wasI was furious, called the manager of this terrible company and apparently the owner as he introduced himself talked to me and assured me that the fridge would be fixed on the next visitSo on their last appointment on 10/21, the Antech guy showed up didn't replace any part, said he had to order a control board.......I'm so frustrated after a whole month, and Antech visits with 12-time frame wait each time, talking to rude employees, and still without a working fridgeI don't know how my insurance keeps business with them or why these people are still in business in the first placeAfter reading all the complains and they are not even Revdex.com accredited, please dont waste your time or money with Antech Appliance, they are a big Scam!!! Antech Appliances was contacted by *** *** *** regarding my broken refigererstor on 2/15/ Today 4/2/neither appliance is working ***An appliance tech has been to my home times to evaluate the appliancesWhen he looked at the dishwasher, he said the power cord was severedHe told ***, however, that it was missing They told me that the machine wouldn't be covered as the cord was missing I asked him if I should buy a new cord from Whirlpool*** said that dishwashers normally don't come with their own power cords! With respect to the refrigerator, when the first thing he tried didn't work, he told me to go out to Home Depot and buy some coil cleanant and spray it on the coils to clean the coils I couldn't get the cover off myself to clean the coils I called *** and told them this and also that *** lied about the power cordThey chose not to believe me, but *** instead, because it cost them less They sent *** back to clean the coils He said wait hours, if this doesn't work I will have to try to order parts, and took a photo of the serial number and model mumber He never called back*** sent me cards saying my service requests were being closedI filed a complaint with the Insurance Commissioner *** *** *** *** *** *** ** *** ** *** *** *** ***I couldn't find verification of their license on the Consumer Affairs Bureau of the State of CaliforniaAlmost all of their work comes from *** and they keep them happy by denying claims while *** continues collecting premiums

This is hands-down the WORST company I have ever had to deal with. Unfortunately my home warranty company (Old Republic.....WHY?!!) contracts with them, as others must as well, otherwise they would surely go out of business.

I'll make it short, although I could write an essay about the horrid experience. They were always rude on the phone. ALWAYS. I had them come out to my place FOUR TIMES for my microwave. The forth time they took it to their shop to fix it there. I called, called and called over the course of a MONTH asking when I would get it back. They could never give me an ETA until finally, one call worked and we scheduled an appointment for 12-6pm the following week. I came home from work at noon (one of the MANY times I left work for these nut cases) and around 5pm they called me saying they just got the part in and wanted to schedule for the next day!!!! I said absolutely NOT, I was DONE leaving work for these guys and asked to speak with the manager. There was nothing he could do. He absolutely PROMISED me they'd be there at 12:00 noon the next day (or no later than 12:15). They showed up at almost 1pm and when they installed the microwave, IT DIDN'T WORK.

I called my home warranty and BEGGED them for a new microwave and to never send these people back to my house. They agreed. What a terrible experience.

If you have options and aren't at the mercy of your home warranty, DON'T USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!! Save yourself the nightmare.

The
technician replaced the parts stated on the invoice, the evaporator motor.
 He then tested the unit and the unit was left in working condition. It is
not clear what other evidence customer needs, other than the copy of the
invoice signed by the person present at the worksite at the time of service and
the working appliance. Again, we were never notified about any further failures
to the appliance.
According to CA law, unless the homeowner requests otherwise,
the tech has to pick up the old parts from the worksite. The technician took old
parts upon leaving the premises.
It is the customer’s responsibility to make sure that there
is an adult present at the worksite at the time of service, who is capable of
signing the invoice and communicating with the tech. As long as the person is
over 18 years old, we do not evaluate their abilities.
As for the internet research on our company, we do have a few
legit negative reviews that have been posted within 5 years that our company
exists. However, since we service up to 120 homes per day, we consider it to be
a good ratio.

I was given a 6 hour window from Antech Appliance and had to take time off work to be home from 12-6. The secretary from the company called to tell me the technician would be arriving around 5. He never showed up and I never received a call letting me know he would not be coming. My son was upset, because he had to miss his karate class and I was upset that I wasted my time and vacation hours to wait around for a technician that never showed up. What reputable company does that? Don't waste your time with this company, there are plenty of other options out there.

Customer has AIG warranty for his refrigerator.
AIG warranty...

covered customer repair from the beginning then AIG warranty refused
to pay stated unit is not in warranty and customer should pay for repair 
( I attached fax Antech Appliances receives from AIG warranty regarding that).
We sent three letters to customer aware him that his warranty company did not
paid for service performed & part installed since repair was done back on
11/27/2013.
No respond until last week.
As customer stated in complaint the repair work did not fix the problem.
Customer did not contact us to let us know his unit still had problem.
I advice customer to contact his warranty company and figure out with them
about coverage, since it is customer responsibility to verify coverage under customer contract.
In invoice its clearly stated "if the insurance or warranty company
does not pay for the replacement and/or repair made by Antech Appliances, I (customer)
agree and understand that I (customer) will be liable for all charges incurred therein.

They came out to fix our washer due to Home Depot service center sending them out. There was nothing they could do to fix the time in question except let the manufacturer know what needed to be replaced. This was over New Years, so we knew it would take until the next week to hear back from Antech. They never got back to us, I had to call Home Depot to track them down (I had misplaced the # and name of the company). When I finally got ahold of them, they told me it would be in by the end of the week (almost 2 weeks after they supposedly put in the order and never called us to let us know). Two hours after that phone call, I received a phone call from them saying it was in and to set up an appointment for install. I set it up for the end of the week for a 6 hour time slot (waiting on them to come, not 6 hours to fix). They called in the middle of the wait to inform us that the person was sick and that they would have to reschedule. They rescheduled (much to my chagrin due to not having a washer now for 3 weeks, brand new 5 month old washer, not their fault on the washer going out) They showed up during the weekend making my husband wait at home with a 6 year old and came closer to the end of the time (close to 4pm), then in the morning like my husband had requested.They changed out the very large part (it was the whole inside of the washer that had to be replaced), then said they had no room in the truck currently to take it back with them and put it on the side of our house. It sat there for a week since my husband had forgotten to call them about it and when I finally called the week after, I was informed by the lady I spoke to on the phone that the manager said he would not be coming out to get it and that I could dispose of it myself. It is not my responsibility to pay for someone to take this away. I have contacted Home Depot and they are reimbursing me to haul this piece away (again, it's very large and heavy and cannot go into a trash bin). I will decline to have this company come out ever again to fix anything of mine and will never give them a recommendation. As you can tell from the many bad reviews and no follow ups from the owners/management, that this is a company to steer clear.

The invoice provided is fraudlent.    They did not perform any of the work suggested.   Furthermore, according to the witness at the work site, there was no replaced parts.
Although my mother signed the invoice, the Antech representative did not provide evidence for the work nor the parts replaced.
They convinced an old lady, who has limited command of English, to sign for an invoice which does not reflect the work they alledgely completed.
According to the internet research done on this company, this is a common occurrence for this business.
And furthermore, the refrigerator broke again.   The unit demonstrated the same symtoms for which Antech had falsely have claimed that they repaired during their first call.

If [redacted] would offer minus symbols of the devil instead of 5 star rating options I would put ANTECH at a minus 100 devils. But in order to post a review I have to give them at least one star which is far more than they deserve.
This company is the poorest excuse for a SERVICE & WARRANTY company I've ever experienced and I've been in the service industry for over 50 years. ANTECH is the SCAM of all SCAMS!
Twice in the past month they have scheduled appointments with my daughter, Mother of 3 young daughters, to repair her FRIDGiDAIRE, stacked washer/dryer and she's been stood up both times.
Yesterday, Saturday, Oct. 24th, 2015, she was promised by one of the phony office dispatchers that someone would be at her home between 9 and 12. I called the office about noon to verify the arrival time and was told by the dispatch manager, [redacted], very rudely and indifferently I might add, that the scheduled time was now between 9 and 3. Well, 3 came and went and no one ever showed or called.
I was there waiting with my daughter because on a former visit, the one and only time anyone ever did show up, the so called tech, who was very intimidating, told her that she would have to move the appliance out from the wall so he could access it.
This raised a red flag with me instantly. What major/large appliance warranty company makes a 110lb woman move heavy appliances? So I decided I would be there on her behalf to support her in case this it tried bullying her around again. Well, for the second time in a month she was stood up once again and no one ever even had the decency or respect to call to inform us.
My daughter has a very busy schedule between running two businesses and raising 3 daughters and she has had to put everything on hold twice to sit around waiting and wasting an entire day for this flakey excuse of a SERVICE company to show up.
So what I did (and I recommend that everyone and anyone who's posting poor reviews about this FLAKEY SCAM do the same), I copy and pasted this YELP link with it's 6+ pages of almost all 1 star reviews and sent it to FRIDGIDAIRE. Additionally, I am going to send the same message to all the companies they have listed on their website that they do warranty and service work with this same message and link.
I encourage everyone who's had a bad experience with this SCAM do the same thing. I can't help but think that if enough of us do this that these reputable manufacturers will have no choice but to terminate their relationship with ANTECH and sign up with a more reputable company/s.

I can't believe that a brand such as Fridgidaire would allow such a pathetic excuse for a SERVICE (OR LACK THEREOF) and warranty company to represent your name. Please tell us as long time loyal Fridgiadaire customers that we have other options.
Antech staff that we have interfaced with to no avail: steve, owner/manager, Angellica lead dispatch mgr. and the one I spoke with on Saturday, Oct. 24th, 2015 at 11:30am, lucy manager on the day they pulled their first no show with my daughter.
Add to that the rude and intimidating service tech that when he did show up was very rude, only looked at the appliance, told my daughter she would have to move it away from the wall so he could access it and left after only a very few moments.

Review: We bought a home warranty contract through First American Home Bayers Protection Corp, and AnTech Appliances is its contractor, We reported refrigerator issue 3 months ago (July 1st, this year), Antech Appliances, served as a contractor, never got the work done. At first, it said that additional part is needed, and it has to be ordered and it will take a few days. After a month, a lady from the Antech called, informed me that they got the part technicians will arrive on Fridays, Sep. 25th, from 12:00pm to 6pm, I waited for whole day and nobody showed up. A few of minutes before 6:00pm, a lady called, told me that services will have to reschedule to Saturday, between 9:00am to 2:00pm, I told her to make sure that repair men will come this time and she promised. I waited on Saturday, until 1pm and see nobody, I called again, a lady told me the job is scheduled, and some one will come to my home. Guess what, no one came, and nobody called to explain. This is a company that lied to customers again and again, after 3 months.Desired Settlement: We have completely lost our trust to Antech Appliances, and we demand that Revdex.com help us to make Antech Appliances finished its repaired job ASAP!!!
