If [redacted] would offer minus symbols of the devil instead of 5 star rating options I would put ANTECH at a minus 100 devils. But in order to post a review I have to give them at least one star which is far more than they deserve.

This company is the poorest excuse for a SERVICE & WARRANTY company I've ever experienced and I've been in the service industry for over 50 years. ANTECH is the SCAM of all SCAMS!

Twice in the past month they have scheduled appointments with my daughter, Mother of 3 young daughters, to repair her FRIDGiDAIRE, stacked washer/dryer and she's been stood up both times.

Yesterday, Saturday, Oct. 24th, 2015, she was promised by one of the phony office dispatchers that someone would be at her home between 9 and 12. I called the office about noon to verify the arrival time and was told by the dispatch manager, [redacted], very rudely and indifferently I might add, that the scheduled time was now between 9 and 3. Well, 3 came and went and no one ever showed or called.

I was there waiting with my daughter because on a former visit, the one and only time anyone ever did show up, the so called tech, who was very intimidating, told her that she would have to move the appliance out from the wall so he could access it.

This raised a red flag with me instantly. What major/large appliance warranty company makes a 110lb woman move heavy appliances? So I decided I would be there on her behalf to support her in case this it tried bullying her around again. Well, for the second time in a month she was stood up once again and no one ever even had the decency or respect to call to inform us.

My daughter has a very busy schedule between running two businesses and raising 3 daughters and she has had to put everything on hold twice to sit around waiting and wasting an entire day for this flakey excuse of a SERVICE company to show up.

So what I did (and I recommend that everyone and anyone who's posting poor reviews about this FLAKEY SCAM do the same), I copy and pasted this YELP link with it's 6+ pages of almost all 1 star reviews and sent it to FRIDGIDAIRE. Additionally, I am going to send the same message to all the companies they have listed on their website that they do warranty and service work with this same message and link.

I encourage everyone who's had a bad experience with this SCAM do the same thing. I can't help but think that if enough of us do this that these reputable manufacturers will have no choice but to terminate their relationship with ANTECH and sign up with a more reputable company/s.

Here's the message I sent to FRIDGIDAIRE:

I can't believe that a brand such as Fridgidaire would allow such a pathetic excuse for a SERVICE (OR LACK THEREOF) and warranty company to represent your name. Please tell us as long time loyal Fridgiadaire customers that we have other options.

Antech staff that we have interfaced with to no avail: steve, owner/manager, Angellica lead dispatch mgr. and the one I spoke with on Saturday, Oct. 24th, 2015 at 11:30am, lucy manager on the day they pulled their first no show with my daughter.

Add to that the rude and intimidating service tech that when he did show up was very rude, only looked at the appliance, told my daughter she would have to move it away from the wall so he could access it and left after only a very few moments.

Unbelievable.

Day 1 - Nice gentleman named [redacted] came by to assess the issue. He said he had to order parts for my Viking fridge as the freezer was leaking.

2 Weeks Later - we called the office and asked what was going on and [redacted] told my husband that he needed to call to set up an appointment as the parts were delivered. Isn't that their job?

Wed, March 23 - [redacted] takes apart my freezer and realizes that they gave him the wrong parts. He tells me that he will come by the next day 12-6pm.

Thurs, March 24th - [redacted] calls me and tells me he is running late. Its 5:50pm! I waited all day at home with my children on their day off. I told him that he needed to come back tomorrow. He said Monday, March 28th.

Mon, March 28th - [redacted] calls and says we need to make an appointment for [redacted] to return. My husband tells her that [redacted] said he was coming that day. She said no and said he will come Wed 9-12pm.

Wed, March 30th - [redacted] calls and leaves me a message on my cell at 8:50am saying he is on way and it will take 20 minutes. I miss a call at 9:29am from the ANTECH office. NO message.

I quickly call back. [redacted] has no recollection of calling. I ask her what she needed and she tells me that the appointment has been canceled due to me not being home. WHAT? I am sitting here waiting for [redacted].

She starts talking over me while I am telling her what I have been through with her company and she starts screaming, talking over me. I tell her to let me finish and she starts screaming saying [redacted] was waiting for me at the gate. Why would he wait for me at the gate? He needs to dial my house from the gate entry keypad like he did last time! She then changes her story and says she called me ad left me two messages. WHAT? You called ONCE and didn't leave me a message. I called her right back less seconds later. She then starts screaming at me saying [redacted] left me a message on my cell from the gate and also on my home phone. NOPE.

I told her I wanted [redacted] contacted and for him to return. She is still screaming. She hangs up on me.

I call her back from my house phone instead of my cell phone and ask to speak with her boss STEVE. She calls me "ma'am" three times as I tell her how horrible of a customer service she is providing and how unprofessional she is to scream at me while I am trying to explain to her my history with her company and how inappropriate she is for not listening and screaming at me nonsense. She then says out loud a random statement for her colleagues to hear, "You were screaming at me."

I was trying to explain what has happened and she wouldn't let me finish so I was telling her to let me finish and stop talking over me.

I have NEVER experience such horrible service. I can not believe this woman is customer service. Steve, please fire her before your company goes out of business. I read that she is a big problem.

We were forced to use this company from our warranty company. I can not believe this company is still in business. I will be reporting them to Revdex.com. I run a real estate investing company and when I tell you I have never experienced such BS, I know what I am talking about.

Review: This company has failed to deliver any services by failing to show up for work. They had us wait 3 hours and then called and said they can't make it. The next time they said they would be there to do work and showed up 10 minutes eay and then left. Antech Appliances received service request (as "TRANSFER VENDOR" service request - that means another company serviced this customer previously) on 02/07/2014 at 4:13pm.

Antech customer service representative called customer and scheduled an appointment for 02/10/2014 between time 3pm and 6pm (Antech Appliances never reschedule this service

request and on 02/10/2014 was the first time technician went there). Customer requested 30 minutes call before. On date of appointment 02/10/2014 technician called customer at 2:30pm

and spoke with lady. He let her know he will be at her house at 3pm sharp. Lady was agreed to meet him at 3pm on 02/10/2014.

When technician arrived to customer address, nobody was present there. Technician called in again - nobody answered him. He was waiting for 10 minutes and then he had to leave (technician had very tight

schedule and unfortunately unable to wait more that 10 minutes). We have the proof that technician was at customer property at 3pm.

On 02/10/2014 at 3:30pm male customer contacted Antech Appliances stated he is at the property and technician is not there. Antech Appliances customer service representative and manages spoke with customer

and explain him that technical was at his property earlier and since nobody respond to him, he could not wait for customer and had to leave to another customers.

Customer was offered another date and time convenient for him since original appointment was missed. Appointment was scheduled on 02/12/2014 between time 3pm and 6pm.

Technician check customer unit and submitted complete report to customer warranty company.

They came out to fix our washer due to Home Depot service center sending them out. There was nothing they could do to fix the time in question except let the manufacturer know what needed to be replaced. This was over New Years, so we knew it would take until the next week to hear back from Antech. They never got back to us, I had to call Home Depot to track them down (I had misplaced the # and name of the company). When I finally got ahold of them, they told me it would be in by the end of the week (almost 2 weeks after they supposedly put in the order and never called us to let us know). Two hours after that phone call, I received a phone call from them saying it was in and to set up an appointment for install. I set it up for the end of the week for a 6 hour time slot (waiting on them to come, not 6 hours to fix). They called in the middle of the wait to inform us that the person was sick and that they would have to reschedule. They rescheduled (much to my chagrin due to not having a washer now for 3 weeks, brand new 5 month old washer, not their fault on the washer going out) They showed up during the weekend making my husband wait at home with a 6 year old and came closer to the end of the time (close to 4pm), then in the morning like my husband had requested.They changed out the very large part (it was the whole inside of the washer that had to be replaced), then said they had no room in the truck currently to take it back with them and put it on the side of our house. It sat there for a week since my husband had forgotten to call them about it and when I finally called the week after, I was informed by the lady I spoke to on the phone that the manager said he would not be coming out to get it and that I could dispose of it myself. It is not my responsibility to pay for someone to take this away. I have contacted Home Depot and they are reimbursing me to haul this piece away (again, it's very large and heavy and cannot go into a trash bin). I will decline to have this company come out ever again to fix anything of mine and will never give them a recommendation. As you can tell from the many bad reviews and no follow ups from the owners/management, that this is a company to steer clear.

Review: Antech Appliance company are LIARS! They had me take a half day off work and they never showed up. They rescheduled and still a no show. Very frustrating!Desired Settlement: I want my $60 deductible refunded and I want $100 for the 5 hours I had to miss from work. I also want them to fix my oven ignitor in a timely manner.
