response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. 
I not only want them to cancel services, but I would like a refund of ALL charges from the time my membership was up. They had no right to continue to take money out of my account after my membership was up. I can't say whether they did or didn't receive my letters, but what I do know for certain is that my membership ENDED in June 2014.
