Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me and the matter has been resolved.HOWEVER, it is not entirely true what the business owner stated I have not failed to appear to pick the check "several" times; in fact, I did not appear once, because I had no time to waste since no check would be available anywayThis check was promised to be mailed for many months and never sent, my calls and request not responded promptly, which generated a bad experienceI have been asking the pedigrees for years ! No response and always excuses It is true that I am happy with the puppies, but not happy how the business was conductedI had to ask the pedigree registrations many many times during years Always a promise that never happened I confirmed my address many times during the past years I finally got a partial refund (but not the pedigree which I wanted more than the partial refund) Anyone should be aware to get ALL PAPERS FROM THE STORE at the time of purchase, otherwise it might take months if not years chasing the business for the papers, and end up without the pedigree, which might have been more valuable than a partial refund.Nothing else to do (no pedigree) Disappointed how they treat the customers after purchase, but love the puppies Sincerely, [redacted]

[redacted] purchased a beautiful kitten from us on December [redacted] The kitten was given a health certificate from the Veterinarian which examined her prior to purchase and was in perfect health when leaving our facility The kitten was also given all necessary vaccinations up to date and age appropriately prior to leaving our facility...all of which was provided to [redacted] We've also provided [redacted] with all registration paperwork as well [redacted] left our facility with a happy, healthy kitten and it is now weeks later and this is the first that I am hearing from her since I've attached copies of [redacted] s signed contract, vaccination records, proof of health and proof of registration papers for your reference...all of which [redacted] is in possession of The accusations that [redacted] is making seem confusing, vague and without merit She has also never produced any medical documentation from her Veterinarian to support these speculative claims that she is making in regards to the quality and health of her kitten I welcome any medical documentation that she can produce, but have yet to see anything.All of my supportive documentation is attached here I am always available to answer any further questions regarding this matter

[redacted] was issued a full refund on her credit cards within days of receipt of her medial record and formal diagnosis Most merchants services/credit card companies take a full billing cycle to see these refunds issues on the customers end of the account We have honored our health warranty and have refunded [redacted] for the full purchase price of her puppy

[redacted] purchased several puppies from my kennel and was very pleased with his puppies and the service he received He failed to receive the pedigree papers on only one of the puppies that he purchased, as the breeder chose not to send them to me When I relayed this information to [redacted] , he was unhappy I therefore offered to compensate him and I refunded 50% of his money back on a gorgeous puppy that he still has and that he loves and adores I mailed the check to him quite some time ago and then it came back "return to sender." I then contacted [redacted] immediately to explain that the check came back and asked for his new address At that time, [redacted] instead offered to pick up the check at my facility, which I agreed to He gave me a date and time that he would come and then never showed up [redacted] then failed to show up on several other occasions that himself had scheduled to pick up the check Therefore, I finally decided to mail the check out again to the new address that he had provided to me [redacted] now has his 50% refund, which is more than generous given the fact that he has gorgeous, healthy, purebred puppies from my business I have proof of the original "Return to sender" mail as well the fact that the check was then re-mailed to [redacted] at his new address Feel free to contact me directly if you have any further questions regarding this matter Kindly, Deborah K***, Pres WPK Regards, Westchester Puppies & Kittens [redacted] *** [redacted]

Once again, a contract was signed by *** *** which clearly states that we do not guarantee adult size and weight of our puppies We NEVER guaranteed *** *** that his puppy will stay a certain size or weight This would be an impossible act of nature to predict. This same contract that was signed by *** *** clearly states the name and address of the breeder, so again *** *** is making claims when she states that we will not tell her whom the breeder is Please note that *** ***, which is the clients mother, is the party which is filing these complaints with the Revdex.com However, she was not present during the time of sale and is using and slanderous claims that we "scammed" her son in order to try to recover a partial refund of the purchase price of the puppy I have been extremely professional with *** *** and her son, despite the fact that she continues to make and outrageous allegations regarding my company The fact of the matter is that *** *** has a beautiful, healthy, pedigree puppy at home which he happily purchased from my very reputable company Please also understand that all of the claims which *** *** is making are not only unjustified, but they are absolute here-say as I have not received any documentation from her or her Veterinarian stating that the puppy is large nor that the puppy has worms All I have received at this point are threatening emails from *** *** When I ask her repeatedly to please send me a Veterinary record which documents this information, she refuses and simply demands money This is quite frankly irrational and unreasonable behavior from *** ***, and I do not take her threats lightly In conclusion, I am still willing to reimburse *** *** for the cost of deworming his puppy if proper Veterinary documentation is provided to me However, I will not be issuing a partial refund of the purchase price of the puppy, as I have done nothing wrong and am under no ethical or legal obligation to do so I am available to the Revdex.com for any other questions or documentation that you may need to conclude this very frustrating matter Thank you kindly,Deborah, Pres WPK

*** *** is a young man who recently purchased a beautiful, healthy Chihuahua puppy from my establishment A few weeks later, his mother contacted me to complain that she feels he over paid for this puppy and she was unhappy with the pound size of the puppy I diplomatically
explained to *** *** mother that my puppies are priced according to pedigree, quality, lineage and markings, but are not priced according to size I continued to explain that we make it very clear in our contract that we do not guarantee the adult size and weight of any puppy, as this would be impossible to do *** *** mother insisted that she wanted me to reimburse her son $off of the purchase price of the puppy I once again nicely explained to her that I was not in a position to reimburse anything from the purchase price of the puppy, as there were no grounds for me to do so *** *** mother went on to say that the puppy also had intestinal parasites (aka: worms) I explained very clearly to *** *** mother that treatment of intestinal parasites (aka: worms) are not covered as per the terms of the New York State Pet Law I also provided *** *** mother with a copy of the sales contract that her son had signed which explained that treating intestinal parasites are the financial responsibility of the pet owner Dewormings are simply part of the process of puppyhood and are so common that they are excluded from reimbursement according to the terms of the New York State Pet law Although I am not obligated to do so, I agreed to reimburse *** *** for the cost of the deworming in order to try to appease his mother Regardless of my generous offer, *** *** mother absolutely refused to send me the deworming bills unless I agreed to also reimburse her son in the amount of $off the purchase price of the puppy...a figure which she seems to have pulled out of thin air She continued to threaten and extort me via email, and she expressed that unless I refund her son $1,400, she would report me to the Revdex.com I expressed to her one last time that I would not be issuing a $refund of the purchase price, but rather I was willing to refund her deworming bills if she would please send them to me To this day I have not received any medical information, bills, documents or anything else to support her claim that the puppy was treated for intestinal worms All I have received are baseless, threatening emails from *** *** mother which clearly are an attempt to extort me for money I want to make it very clear that I do not appreciate these claims being made by the mother of a young customer who seems to be having a case of buyers remorse I am a professional owner/operator of my business and I resent these allegations My initial offer to pay for *** *** deworing costs still stands, however I must receive a paid invoice from the treating Veterinarian via email in order to do so

*** *** purchased a beautiful and healthy puppy from my establishment days ago She left here with a happy, healthy puppy and a big smile on her face She then emailed me days later on February ***, threatening to slander my company and try to put me out of business if I
did not pay for the deworming medication for her puppy I calmly and professionally explained to her that Intestinal parasites are very common in young puppies and that we are not responsible to reimburse clients for parasites screening or deworming treatment as per the NYS Pet health warranty I went on to diplomatically explain that our contract states very clearly that intestinal parasite screening and dewormings are the financial responsibility of the new pet owner, as per NYS pet health warranty I have a copy her contract with this exact statement which *** *** signed her name to and I have provided a copy of this very specific contract here I've also attached screen shots of our email correspondence so that you can clearly see how I professionally respond to *** *** However, *** *** simply continued to berate me and my company while ignoring the simple facts of the situation The Revdex.com will only allow me attachments, so I could not provide the additional emails that I received from *** *** which are extremely insulting and defamatory But I would be happy to send them by other means that you can accept *** *** also failed to produce any Veterinary medical documentation whatsoever She simply insulted my ethics and threatened to slander my business But not once did she provide any medical information whatsoever I am always available to address any other questions regarding this matter Thank you

*** *** and his wife purchased a beautiful, healthy puppy from our company A week later the puppy came down with a bit of a cold, which is quite common in young puppies under the stress of transitioning to a new home *** *** and his wife called and emailed us about it, and we
responded to them both via email and phone conversation We explained that as per NYS pet health warranty, all we need is a letter from their Veterinarian stating the formal diagnosis for their puppy Once we receive this, then we would be happy to reimburse them for the $bill that they received for treatmentThe rest of the bill that *** *** is referring to is for routine care, and thus not the responsibility of the Pet dealer *** *** has refused in writing via email to provide us with such medical diagnosis and instead has decided to contact the Revdex.com as well as post negative reviews on *** We have been nothing but professional with *** ***, and as long as he provides us with a formal diagnosis from his Veterinarian, then he will be reimbursed for the treatment of his puppies cold

To whom it may concern,My complaint is not resolved. The business owner is changing her story and ALL facts. Letters and ALL DOCUMENTATION were sent from my vet to herVIA EMAIL AND THE POSTAL SERVICE - she never replied to me or the vet about the documents and diagnosis she clearly must have received (although claims not to)I have the sent emails from the vet in my mailbox as well!!!!The kittens ring worm spots became visible 1.5 weeks after I brought then home. I had never experienced ringworm so we did not seek treatment until the spots became larger. It then took 2 weeks for the culture to grow until the vet  could give us a positive ringworm diagnosis. The cats were quarantined for those 2 weeks while we awaited the culture and an additional 4 weeks after that. Through this entire procedure I have been sending the business updates and bills and letters and emails from my vet. If this needs to go to court it will and I can present all documentation there. I am not asking for a refund for the absurd price of the kittens as that was my own stupidity - I am asking to be reimbursed for the thousands of dollars we had to spend after the kittens were brought home infected with a very contagious and VERY difficult to cure case of RINGWORM.

[redacted] purchased two gorgeous, healthy kitten from Westchester Kittens on March [redacted], 2016.   Her kittens were in fact healthy, and we also have a health certificate issued from the Veterinarian who examined them.  It was not until 3 month later, in June of 2016 that [redacted] had...

contacted me and let me know that her kittens were being treated for ringworm.           When I received this news from [redacted] in June of 2016, I immediately responded to her to address the situation in an extremely professional manner.         I  explained to [redacted] that she was well beyond the terms of the 14 day health warranty, however I requested that she kindly email me a formal diagnosis and medical record from her Veterinarian.   The kittens had been out of my care for 3 months at this point and it would be impossible that they would have contracted the ringworm from my facility.   However,  I was willing to possibly help [redacted] in good faith, regardless of the fact that she was well beyond the 14 day health warranty.  But I was only willing to do so if she would send me a Veterinary letter with a formal diagnosis and a medical record so that I could see the progression of this supposed fungal issue.   To this day, [redacted] has refused to produce any medical documentation that I have requested.   Instead, she continues to email me bills for the cleaning of her furniture, yet she ignores my requests for medical information.   I am always willing to help out a client, even when things are not my fault or outside of the terms of the health warranty.   But I cannot blindly pay for cleaning bills or any other bills when a client refuses to produce a Veterinary medical document.  I am available to help out in any way possible or to answer any other questions that may arise regarding this issue.   I am also happy to produce the contractual documentation that [redacted] has signed regarding the terms of the health warranty as well as the email correspondence that I have had with her requesting appropriate documentation.
