Hello, Antsy Labs responded to one of my emails on April 30, cancelling only one of the
ordersThey refunded the amount for that order: USDHowever, they have not responded to any inquiries about the two packages that I refused delivery for (they were returned to sender) and whether I will be refunded for these, since I requested they not be sent out in the first place, several weeks in advanceThey sent out the second package (despite my request for cancellation) a few days after I filed my initial Revdex.com complaint. finally showed up after I asked them for a refund The company ignored my request for a refund and finally shipped the product I do not want to have to deal with this company anymore since you cannot even contact them by phone only email, which they don’t answer I will just accept the product and be done with them.
