Dear Revdex.com,Thank you for reaching out to Antsy Labs on my behalf.  Your experience of non-response mirrors that of my own....

 However, I think it is due to your efforts, a representative did reach out to me (AFTER I had complained via Revdex.com) and the missing item was sent to me.  Even though they sent me the wrong color, at least it's the same type of item, and I'm not going to pursue it anymore.I appreciate your help in this matter, and please let my review stay on your site.  The difficulty in getting any sort of non-automated communication from this company is enough to warn others of potential issues dealing with this company.Thank you,[redacted]
