We are contacting the customer in response to his concern
about our coupons. Because they
frequently change, we are consistently making efforts to train and inform our
phone representatives about the coupons that we have placed in print media and
on the internet. We rely on
our
representatives to make sure that customers fully understand the benefits and
purpose of each of the coupons available.
After we connect with this customer, we will evaluate the coupon and
make sure our phone representatives are informed about the situation

I am rejecting this response because: I made it very clear to the Service Manager I was not happy with the Service I received or resolution of my issueI did receive a partial refund from the Service contract purchased; their explanation for the partial refund was to take back some discounts they had applied to my initial Service back in JanuarySo, basically they backdated the charges and took all the discounts backThey never offered to get me an appointment sooner. As a current customer service provider; it is my premise to always make it better for my customerIn this case, It felt as they never tried to take care of my needs.The Service manager had not even listened to the "recorded" call to acknowledge the fact I was denied to possibility to talk to Management at the time of my call.I considered the complaint resolved, but will not accept a response that details me as a happy customer

We have spoke to *** multiple times about this situation, and have tried to work out different payment methodsShe went through the digital finance agreement with out technician, agreed to it, and no where does it state months at 7.99% interest. Attached is a copy of the invoice
authorizing us to do the work, then on completion signed saying she was satisfied and agreed to pay the above amount

We had a hard time connecting with the customer and had left messages. We finally talked to ***, the home owner, and discussed what was needed to resolve the issue. We resolved the issue to his satisfaction

I am rejecting this response because:They have not contacted me at all. I have emailed multiple times and they refuse to respond to my emails. I am using email as a means of communication because I am documenting
information in preparation for a formal complaint in the Utah Courts

Nowhere in our paperwork does it indicate anything about 72 months. No other services have been offered at the customers home, and we are not trying to collect  for any other services rendered, only the water softener.   We have made several attempts trying to work out other payment method, and resolving this issues with her.

I am rejecting this response because: No other attempt was made by this company. Just the bait and switch trying to have me sign for a credit card with them. As you can see the original paperwork was for option #5 at 24 months this is what I was told would be carried over to the 72 months. I am currently paying on the original 24 month payment installment. No contract with Synchrony was ever discussed. They sent me the paperwork with Synchrony 20 days after the installation and was told to sign or they would send  me to collections. According to Synchrony a signature was required before any installation. Never saw anything about them until 20 days later after installation. Once again as before, I am asking that their plumbers licenses be revoked by the State of Utah due to their unethical business practices.

After installing a new 40 gallon water heater, and explaining the water heater in details, the customer was satisfied with all work. The technician also explained to the customer that there would be no addition charges for the extra work completed, in addition to the water heater, he also explained that there would be no refund from Any Hour. At that time the customer signed the invoice in three different places. I have attached the invoice that was signed on completion of the work.

We are trying to work with this customer.

We have spoken to our customer, and she has now received the information requested.
