100% agree with last review. The owner [redacted] just wants your money. Will not follow up on issues. Just lots of promises with no acation. Does not have a license issued by the state to do these repairs.

This company is very unprofessional. We called them out because of an issue with a diswasher, A [redacted] to be exact. The person who answered the phone stated that he was one of the only companies that repaired [redacted] products in the area. He came out to repair the dish washer and was compensated and it was found out that it was not actually repaired. He was called back about the matter and stated that he would send someone back out. Needless to say, several phone calls and text messages later, Its been well over a month if not 2 and the dishwasher is still not repaired. The person who answers the phone is very rude, and has absolutely no customer service skills. I do not see how they stay in business. I could bore you with all the details and intricate conversations that we have shared back and forth, but just know this, You DO NOT WANT TO DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!! BEWARE!!

Review: We called Anytime Appliance repair to come and look at our [redacted] I specifically said I only wanted to pay for a service call to get an opinion about what was wrong with our stove and then I would discuss it with my husband and research if we thought it was worth fixing. They said they were able to work on [redacted] ovens and quoted me their 20 years of experience and chastised me for attempting to inform myself about the cost of parts and labour for this project, and they brushed my concerns aside when I asked exactly what parts they thought were broken. I waited all morning for them to come and they arrived at 11:40 am. I had to leave at 11:50 to pick a child up at school so I called my husband to come home and supervise their visit. When I came home my husband said he asked for $428 to fix the oven and order parts in advance. They came back two other times and my husband and I had to change our work schedules around at the last minute to accomidate them because they could never provide an accurate time for when they would come. They left my stove in pieces scattered all over the kitchen for a week. The following week they came and "replaced" some other parts and left us with instructions to do a self clean cycle to see if it worked again saying we may need a new panel. If it did not work they said they would return in the morning. The stove was not fixed and they did not return in the morning and they say they are contacting [redacted] to fix it or replace it and then they keep saying they are waiting on [redacted] for an accurate wire diagram and they keep saying they will come back at various times only they do not and I am left waiting for them. It has been over three weeks and my oven is not fixed. I do not even know if it is safe to use the gas stove part. They do not answer their phone all the time and the voice mailbox is full. There is no physical location I can go to to address the issue with the owner. I am happy to pay the service fee of $69.Desired Settlement: I am happy to pay the initial fee of $69 for the service call where they should have said they couldn't fix it. I want my $428 back because they did not fix the stove and assured me they were qualified to do so.

After speaking with [redacted] from the company on 6/24/13 he stated that the customer was issued a refund.

Review: I hired Anywhere Anytime Appliance to check my air conditioner. It was not cooling and it didn't seem to have very much air flow. He replaced the fan motor and repaired a Freon leak on 7/2/14. He was supposed to come back to verify it is still working properly but did not show when he said he would a few days later. I called repeatedly to get him to respond and my calls were not returned, 7/3, 7/7, 7/9, 7/15. I called the second time from a different line on 7/15 and [redacted] answered and gave me excuses why he didn't return my calls and said he would check the system in the next couple of days. He never showed. I called him again on 7/21 and he said he was busy and would check it on 7/22. He never showed. I called again on 7/23 and he said he would check it on 7/24. He never showed or called every time he said he would come. I had to call someone else to fix the system because [redacted] would not respond.Desired Settlement: I am seeking a refund since [redacted] misdiagnosed the system motor as being bad and needed replacement. The new motor did not solve the problem and did not need to be replaced. I am seeking a refund of $1075. In this time frame my house was listed for sale and I lost two buyers because the air conditioner did not work. This delay cost me much more that the $1075 I paid them.

Revdex.com spoke with [redacted] from the company and he stated that he has been out there several times to try to fix the unit and everything was working fine. He said he will go out there some time next week to check on the unit and he asked that the consumer provide a copy of a service ticket from the company that fixed the unit showing what was wrong with the unit.

Review: We paid this company $236 to fix a broken [redacted] dishwasher at our home. The company's representative said he identified the problem and would fix it. However, he was unable correct the problem and, more than a month later, the dishwasher is still not operating correctly. We requested a refund of our money and were denied.Desired Settlement: The business told us it could fix the problem, took $236 from us, and yet, did not fix the dishwasher. The business is responsible for following through on the services it charged us for and to fix the dishwasher. Our desired outcome is for the business to refund our money.

The business called the Revdex.com and said that the customer's service was for the water valve. the customer is now having a separate issue with the control board. The business has contacted [redacted] but he is being told that party is back ordered which normally means that it is no longer available.

I have reviewed the offer made by the business in reference to complaint ID[redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.

The response from the business is absurd and a complete fabrication. The problem with the dishwasher was exactly the same before and after the repairman "fixed" the issue. The dishwasher did not suddenly have a separate issue. It was doing the exact same thing it was doing all along, except we were out $236.
