On Monday, July 13, 2020, I prepaid via Venmo for a taxi pickup from Richfield, Ohio to the Cleveland airport. I had spoken to the "dispatcher" the day before and confirmed that they would indeed be available for a ride on the date and time requested. The only way that they would schedule the pickup was if I prepaid - which I did for $49. When I requested a pickup confirmation, I was told via text that " I mean it's going to be me or my wife brittany picking you up we will be there". The pickup time was 5:15am. As that time approached, I texted the number that I had previously been contacted by to see if they were close with no response. I tried to call after the pickup time came and went with no response. By that point, I needed to drive myself to the airport or risk missing my flight. I tried calling several times to see what had happened and instead of speaking with me, I was told via text "I just got in im going to send your money back today. Idk what happened to the driver we still haven't heard from him yet". I assumed that they would be returning the funds same day via Venmo, as that is how they were paid, but several days went by and I still received no money. After many attempts to reach them over the phone, I was texted that the "boss" would be calling me and that " We aren't going to steal your money". After never receiving a call from the "boss" I reached out again and was told via text that a check had been mailed to me. I asked where exactly this check had been mailed and they texted the pickup address where they were supposed to have retrieved me on the service date in question. I explained to them that if they would have actually spoken to me on the phone I could have told them that that isn't my home address and I don't receive mail there. I was then told, via text, as almost every single communication from them was, that I needed to email their Medina office and their girl, Jenna, would handle it. I emailed Jenna and received no response. Many days later, I received an email from a Terrance that the check had gone out in the mail on Wednesday and I would see it by next week. It has been several weeks now. I have tried calling their mainline many many times and every time it goes to their away message - you cannot leave a voicemail. I have tried texting. I have tried emailing. No one responds. At this point, this company has taken payment for a service they never delivered and have actually cause me to spend more money, as I had to pay $50 for airport parking on the day of the original missed service.

2/8/2020: paid $156 for roundtrip ride from Kent,Ohio to Cleveland Hopkins airport.
2/11,2020:Picked up 1/2 hour late car was dirty,driver apologized,brother of the owner
3/5/2020:Returned to Hopkins,driver never showed up? called company 7 times with no return calls.waited 45 minutes .then called for another service....picked us up and took us home...cost $139.00
3/6/2020:called the company,called me back with a voicemail wanting to know what happened?
3/7/2020:made contact with the company,said he will take care of any expenses occurred,will talk to employee in Medina on Monday 3/9 asked me to get receipt from other service.
3/9,10,11: did not return my calls
3/11/2020:made contact with company"seemed surprised" that I never got a call from Medina,said there will be a call back today.
3/12/2020: No calls yesterday or today.Received my credit card bill today: was charged for four $78.00 trips!! Company owes me $234 for three trips not taken plus $139 for "emergency" ride home! Total $370.
3/16/2020:called again,employee said owner will "call right back" Employee called back and quote" I know your name and we sent you money"
3/20/2020:No call backs and NO refunds!!!
4/6/2020: called and left message:"It"s been over a month! I think I have been more than patient! I expect a call back.
Note: sent a letter to company on 3/20/2020 enclosed the receipt from the other service,a copy of my credit card statement,and a letter to my credit card company. Letter returned to me "No such address"
