I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is highly satisfactory to me.  On August 8, 2016, I received a call from a top tier representative of AOL regarding my Complaint submitted to the Revdex.com on 8-4-16.  This representative immediately and effectively accelerated my Case issues with AOL and [redacted], and was able to restore all services within 24 hours.  Well done!!!

I'm sorry that you did not receive my answer. AOL resolved my problem and were most expeditious in their response.

We have investigated the issues raised by Mr. [redacted] in your follow up letter dated January 12, 2015, which was received in our office on January 15, 2015. Based on our review of Mr. [redacted]’s follow up letter, he is dissatisfied with AOL’s initial response regarding reactivation of the AOL by Phone service. Although we regret any dissatisfaction with our initial response; our response regarding this matter remains the same. AOL no longer offers new registrations for the AOL by Phone services because the product’s provisioning system was decommissioned in 2009. Unfortunately, new registrations and product reactivations are no longer possible due to the aforementioned constraints. I am rejecting this response because: Hello..PLEASE OPEN THE COMPLAINT AGAIN.  I AM NOT GETTING ALL MY EMAILS DUE TO PROBLEMS WITH AOL.  TODAY I TRIED FOR OVER AN HOUR TO STOP MY AOL FROM FREEZING AND IN THE PROCESS FROM FREEZING MY ENTIRE COMPUTER...THIS IS NORM NOW THANKS TO AOL. I HAVE ASKED AND ASKED FOR SOMEONE FROM THE HIGHER TECH TIER TO CALL ME BUT NON HAS DONE SO UP TILL NOW. I AM UNABLE TO USE [redacted] WITH MY AOL DESKTOP FOR 4 MONTHS...THEY ARE NOT ATTEMPTING TO REPAIR THIS GLITCH AND THE EXCUSE WAS THAT MOST PEOPLE ARE USING SMART PHONES TO ACCESS AOL NOW..WELL MANY OF US ARE NOT USING SMART PHONES OR DON'T EVEN OWN ONE AND WE EXPECT OUR DESKTOP TO WORK AS IT ALWAYS HAS...
