The information was sent on 8/18/16 to have the credit pull removed. The credit bureau usually tells us that it takes 4-weeks to remove. I have emailed them on 9/12/to check on the status. Once I hear back, I will update the case

I will pull the part from parts and hold it in my office until the customer gets here. I can expedite his truck through the shop in a timely manner to get his vehicle back to the customer. I can meet the reimbursement request that the customer has made. At this point should I contact the customer or will you? *** ***

THE CUSTOMER WAS CONTACTED IMMEDIATELY BY THE SERVICE MANAGER AND GENERAL MANAGER IMMEDIATELY. THE CUSTOMER WAS OFFERED TO HAVE ALL OF THE SERVICES MENTIONED AND NOT ONLY APPROVED REPAIRS BUT ALSO APPLIED FOR CREDIT CARD APPLICATION AND ULTIMATELY PAID THE BILL WITH THE CREDIT
CARD. WHEN SERVICES ARE SUGGESTED AND CREDIT CARD APPLICATIONS ARE COMPLETED BY THE VEHICLE OWNER AND THEN PAID FOR WITH THAT CREDIT CARD THERE ARE MULTIPLE FORMS OF APPROVAL IN THESE CIRCUMSTANCES. NO REPAIRS WERE PERFORMED PRIOR TO THE CUSTOMER BEING INFORMED AND OBTAINING PROPER AUTHORIZATION. AFTER THE SERVICE WAS COMPLETE THE CUSTOMER CALLED BACK A FEW DAYS LATER AND DISPUTED A CHARGE FOR THE THROTTLE BODY / INTAKE FUEL INJECTION SERVICE. SINCE THE DEALER DOES NOT HAVE ACCESS TO OTHER SERVICE FACILITIES HISTORY ARCHIVING WE CAN ONLY ASK AND DETERMINE WHAT HAS OR HAS NOT BEEN DONE BY OTHER STORES. DUE TO THE FACT THAT WE WOULD LIKE TO HELP THE CUSTOMER IN GOOD FAITH AND REIMBURSE THE FUEL INJECTION SERVICEWE FEEL AS IF THIS IS MORE THAN IS OWED AND IS A MORE THAN FAIR COMPROMISE. AGAIN, NOTHING WAS PERFORMED PRIOR TO AUTHORIZATION AND JAKE SWEENEY CHRYSLER IS WILLING TO REIMBURSE FUNDS IN AN ATTEMPT TO HELP A CUSTOMER AND RETAIN THEIR BUSINESS

Talked to Mr *** and had *** record taken off and customer gave us permission to have one removed from *** ***

As I have stated in previous emails MrsAllen did not have a vibration complaint her last visits here. Even after her last visit she never complained of a vibration just the noise was still there. We do not feel we did anything to her wheels while it was here or she would have complained of a vibration not a noise. As far as her not being treated right because she was a woman is not true at all. The only person who ever got loud or cursed was MrsAllen when in my service drive on her last visitAgain I ask has there been and estimate given to repair the alleged bent wheel

THE OFFER EXTENDED IN THE PREVIOUS COMMENTS IS THE EXTEND OF WHICH THE DEALERSHIP IS WILLING TO PARTICIPATE. WE ARE WILLING TO REFUND THE SERVICE THAT WAS ULTIMATELY FOUND TO HAVE BEEN DONE AFTER THE FACT

This is *** *** service manager at Jake Sweeney Chrysler and the info *** *** is very accurateI didn't feel I was using a tone that was condescending but if that is how it came across I am very sorry that was not my intention She has had some issues with the car and the trans
replacement is the repair Chrysler has recommended and approved at this pointThe car is operating as designed at this time We can and will continue to work with *** *** to get her desired resolution but ultimately that is Chryslers decision not oursAgain I would like to apologize to *** *** if she felt I was not concerned about her situation because I am concerned and want to help We have folly Chryslers guidelines and in fact they have already contacted me and I gave them the info they asked forPlease feel free to contact me for any further info. ***

Customer called stating business worked everything out.  She said Nick and Thomas went above and beyond to resolve her complaint.

These cars are showpieces and should be very well cared for.They service manager Chris E[redacted] admitted damage and said he would pay for a detail. Please call [redacted] and speak with Paul at [redacted] as he spoke with Chris as well.Jake Sweeney is now being vindictive despite me following all their rules. The only dispute they had originally was the price they felt was unfair.Now they are not covering anything, that is very unacceptable to treat a customer that way especially your higher end customers. I can only imagine how they treat others.My demand is that they pay the full $1400 directly to [redacted] so they can release my car.

Since this complaint was filed the car has been completed and returned to the customer.  In the complaint the customer made reference to the part being ordered 4 days after we told him was ordered.  Attached is a copy of the parts order sheet where we in fact ordered it on...

08.06.15.  I understand the customers frustration in the delay of parts but Jake Sweeney is at Chrysler's mercy as we do not build parts.  I will be more than happy to call [redacted] and apologize for the time it took to repair his vehicle but we did not lie to him as our parts order form shows.   We also do not feel compensation for insurance and plates would be our responsibility as we did not build the car or the parts to handle a recall that was issued by Chrysler.  Maybe Chrysler will pay him for those items.  Thank you for your time.  Any further questions please feel free to contact me.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.To whom It May Concern:I reject the response of Jake Sweeney Automotive because I stand by the fact that beside the oil change and the headlight no other work was authorized to be done.The discussion of having any other work authorized was contingent on approval for the dealership's credit card, which I was (to Mr. M[redacted] knowledge) denied.When I returned to the repair shop more than the headlight, which totaled $115.90 and the oil change $34.95 had been done.They have agreed to return $119.94 to my credit card because the fuel injection service had been done prior at about 107,000 miles and my car has just over 113,000 miles and that service is to be done about every 20,000 miles.
