Customer indicated the information hasn't been removed from his [redacted] report.  Early-mid August, he emailed Jake Sweeney permission to contact [redacted] for removal.  He checked his credit report earlier this month and it's still on there.

Mr. [redacted] , Once again we apologize for the misunderstanding. We will send confirmation of removal of inquiries as soon as we receive it from the credit bureaus companies. Thanks for your patience and understanding of the situation.

[redacted] The concern was submitted on 8/6 and Jake Sweeney did not send the pull request until 8/18, so they waited 12 days later, makes no since to me. I will not be satisfied until it is removed. Once it is removed, I will be satisfied.

Mr. [redacted] brought his vehicle back after repairs were completed for 3 open manufacturer recalls.  He described rain spotting / etching in the paint.  Immediately he was offered to have the paint issue taken care of by Jake Sweeney Bodyshop.  That offer was...

refused.   Customer insisted to take vehicle to his own bodyshop.  At that point he was advised by service Management to have his body shop contact Jake Sweeney prior to any repairs to be done.  A few weeks later the dealer was called and informed that the body shop is 800.00 into it and the etching was still there.  At that point Jake Sweeney had not approved or discussed anything and Service Management advised the bodyshop that Jake Sweeney will not be approving any repairs after thay have been completed.  Repairs were still continued against Service Managements request for discussion with the customer and the body shop in the amount of 1400.00.  At this point the customer has posted negative comments and remarks regarding the situation about Jake Sweeney's business and character.  At no point was anyone referred to being a liar or dishonest.  Any further assistance or compensation will not be extended to the vehicle owner.  The vehicle got rain water on it and now has etching in the paint.  The customer has been recommended to seek assistance from his insurance company due to the fact that rain is not a controllable element by the dealer.  Repairs were completed properly and in a timely fashion and alternative transportation was provided during the repair visit.  Mr. [redacted] will not be receiving any further contact or assistance from Jake Sweeney Automotive in this situation.

The visit in March she spoke of was an oil change tire rotation that she wanted us to peek at the brakes while the wheels were off.  We did and sold rear brakes due to being worn not for a vibration of any kind.  The vibration issue was never brought up.  She then returned and said...

there was a vibration when braking and we attempted to sell front brakes because now there was a diagnosis and complaint before it was just look at them while the wheels are off.  We took care of the front brakes from a customer service standpoint.  Then she came back complaining of a squeak while braking and we found after a long diagnosis process and even replacing caliper slides under Chrysler warranty that the over sized wheels on the car could possibly be causing the rotors to get to hot causing noise.  We presented that to [redacted] and at that time in the service drive she took that opportunity to curse and yell at me and tell me how crazy I was.  We offered for her to put factory wheels back on and we would drive with her and she refused and continued to be verbally abrasive.  She left and went to another dealer that put factory wheels and tires on the car according to your email and the noise was gone.  What we suspected would happen.  This is the first we have heard of any wheels being bent.  We do not feel we are responsible for her wheels in any way.  After installing new front and rear brakes the complaint was always a noise and now it seems to be a vibration that was never brought up to us.  At this point we feel we have gone above and beyond for this customer just to be verbally abused.  We do not accept any responsibility for her wheels.  Please feel free to contact me if you deem necessary.  Attached is a copy of the repair order from March.[redacted]

Companies are only allowed to ignore the do not call list if the business contact was within 18 months. I was getting the fake robo calls in October 2017. I called Jake Sweeney to express my anger over fake robo calls that lied about them needing my car and was hung up on. I had to call back two more times. I spoke with Tom W[redacted] (Oct 2017) and demanded I be removed from the call list. I did not appreciate the unethical nature of them lying. So the robo calls were illegal on two counts, they can't dig up numbers from 10 years ago and they can't robo call when I have expressly demanded previously to make it stop. I even put a negative review on Yelp.

There seems to be an intermittent issue with the heated seat. The customer stated that they wanted to take the vehicle to a dealership closer to their house instead of allowing us to continue to look in to it. And we agreed to this. We contacted the dealership of the customers choice in Dayton Ohio...

in made an appointment for them. As far as the scratch on the rear bumper, we told the customer we would fix it, so the customer just needs to contact us and let us know what works for their schedule. [redacted]

This is Aaron Garrett from Jake Sweeney Chrysler and when the Durango came in to have remote start installed we indeed broke a trim panel while doing installation.  At that point she wanted the labor taken off the bill for us breaking a panel.  We overnighted the part and provided...

the customer with a loaner car.  Upon completion the next day we delivered the car to her work to minimize her trips to the dealership.  We will definitely program her second key I don't know why it did not program.  I can go pick up the car and program it and deliver back to customer to minimize any trips they would need to make.  I would be willing to split the cost of installation of remote start at this time.  Let me know if you need any other info.

[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, we would like to know your view on the matter.]When I took my vehicle to the dealership I told them I had difficulty starting my car. I told them to only reprogram the key phobe only. I was later told the vehicle needed repairs to the fuel line and injectors. I do not know the dealership came to these conclusions since the vehicle will not start without an operational key phobe and furthermore I did not authorize this or any other work to be performed beyond reprogramming the key phobe. I was told my bill would $4,000.00 for work I did not authorize.

[redacted] was provided the best advice possible by our service professionals approving the work performed, we've stored her vehicle several months awaiting  direction on the work performed,  and any work recommended. Several calls by our service department have gone unreturned. We...

currently plan to remove the vehicle from our property unless the outstanding bill is remedied. [redacted] has acted in good faith with [redacted] throughout this process. Thank you, [redacted]

The customer's concern was handled directly with the Service Manager. The vehicle is in less than safe condition with excessive water inside as if it was flooded. The customer was offered the benefit of the doubt to investigate but was strongly encouraged to REPLACE the 21 year old engine or...

replace the vehicle due to the excessive cost to try to repair an engine that would not last. Either option was to be assisted by the Service Manager but neither option was offered at no charge. The customer clearly expressed that he would rather pursue legal action than be held responsible for anything on the vehicle and declined any attempt to diagnose the car. The Service Manager offered to disassemble the engine and investigate with the understanding that if it were not an oversight or mis-diagnosis then the customer would be liable for the labor time to investigate. No further action was approved.

We are in the process of collecting data to resolve [redacted] concern. We do not see an inquiry on one of the dates she listed so we are reaching out to the consumer to collect further documents from her to resolve her concern.
