I'm undecided on my satisfaction because Apelles has returned this to [redacted]. I may have to file a separate complaint for [redacted] if they continue to insist I pay these outrageous early termination fees. I have seen a class action lawsuit against [redacted] regarding these early termination fees. See the link below. [redacted]Kind Regards, [redacted]

I want to apologize for any frustration Ms. [redacted] has experienced as a result of this situation. [redacted] placed the account with Apelles for additional collections efforts on March 28, 2016.
Upon...
receipt of this complaint, we immediately reviewed our system of record notes and call recordings. They indicate that Ms. [redacted] spoke with a Manager on April 11, 2016 regarding her concerns about the different settlement amounts communicated to her by our employee and in our prior correspondence. The Manager indicated that he would review the call in question and follow up with Ms. [redacted] the following day (April 12, 2016) which she stated would be acceptable.
Our Manager did speak with Ms. [redacted] on April 12, 2016 and communicated that the lower settlement amount would be honored. A refund check was mailed to Ms. [redacted] on April 14, 2016 for $128.74. She had indicated a preference in receiving the check versus reversing the original credit card payment and re-applying it for the lower amount. Additionally, a settled in full letter will be mailed to Ms. [redacted]’s address on file.
Again, I apologize for any inconvenience Ms. [redacted] has experienced as a result of this situation. If anything additional is needed from Apelles, please do not hesitate to contact us.

receipt of this complaint, we immediately forwarded it to [redacted] for review. They indicated that they responded in April 2016 to the Revdex.com of Minnesota and North Dakota regarding the same balance due on this account. With their response, they validated the balance due of $369.85. I have attached a copy of the documentation they provided. At this time, we have closed the account in our system of record and returned it to [redacted]. Please be assured that Mr. [redacted] will receive no further contact from Apelles regarding this matter. Again, I apologize for any inconvenience Mr. [redacted] has experienced as a result of this situation. If anything additional is needed from Apelles, please do not hesitate to contact us.
