The client as said in her statement that she used a digital signature was not accepted by the vital records office so all she had to do was sign the form as the instructions clearly state ,but she refused and just wanted a refund which we do not offer.Client became aggressive and blamed us for her electronic signature.Easy solution but the client was angry and refusing to following the instructions that the vital records and our agency gave her to complete the process

We have responded to the client multiple times letting her know that the request was processed and forwarded as our clients pay us to do in a expedited fashion.We do not offer cancellations and this client refuses to accept that.In the terms of agreement the client signs online and in the order confirmation e-mail after the order is placed it clearly states that the orders can't be cancelled and refunded so I ask that the client prove and attachment where it states we offer cancellations

I am rejecting this response because:i did got the check but I have never been contact by them, Im the one the calls all the time and there is always a "call you back later" I have proof of that July 3rd I call them at 5:38pm on July 5th I call at 7:27pm I have never heard about meeting the GM times on Wednesdays as I'm off on Mondays, I have never heard from the GM I just need to get my truck fix pls

Our services are not free as the client is aware of the situation as she gave us wrong information as she explained in her own e-mails.It states on our website and terms of agreement that if the information supplied on the applications is incorrect and the vital records will not issue the
certificate we are not responsible and do not offer refunds.Client was contacted before the applications was placed online as she explained also in her e-mail to make sure she was giving us the correct adopted information.She told us the names were correct and we submitted the application soon after only to receive a phone call days later that the info she supplied was not correct as the Maryland Vitals Records had contacted the client to let them know this.Now that she has the correct info she was able to go and obtain the certificate now.We are a private service and do not have access to the records so clients are responsible for giving us the correct information on the application to receive the certificate as security is involved in the process

To whom it may concern:This vehicle was sold as-is, with no warranties. On or about months ago the customer came in with a complaint and we were willing to help them. We purchased for them a new catalytic converter and a disk for their navigation system after they agreed to get their car fixed and cover the costOn the day of appointment to pick up the parts to get their car fixed, he told us he had changed his mind and he didn’t want our helpHe said that the only thing he wanted was to get a different vehicle.At this point, we have helped him not only by getting parts for him at our cost but also waive a $balance he had with us. It feels like it doesn’t matter what we do for them, they will not be happy

[The business was rude and not only called me lazy and not a person, but Robert S was the one who was ugly and would not work with meHe refused to refund my money and claimed he told me that upfront, which he did notHe claimed I didn't know how to read and that maybe I've learned my lesson and would follow directions and do things correctly in the futureWhen *** *** cancelled my order - I went ahead and reordered the birth certificate directly through them and then contacted Robert S concerning a refund of $through them - that's when *** began to be very unprofessional and rudeI would like a refund and will pursue this until I get one.

Before completing any information on our website the process time and fees are given so that a potential client which gives them the option to complete the application or not depending on whether they like the price and process time.The certificates are shipped *** *** and at times clients
will overlook all the info given to them and they must think that means the certificate is made and shipped in one day which again you are given the process time before completing any info on the * *** ***was sent to the client to contact us so the application he filled out online could be gone over and he could see the mistake he made.He refused to call to verify his statements because he felt that he should be reimbursed no matter what because he continued to make statements that the certificates were made and shipped one day which was never advertised or told to him anywhere on the application or verbally

Our office had to be closed due to Hurricane Harvey and we were not able to communicate with clients until the Flood waters had gone.The client was responded back to as soon as we were in the office
