condition described by Ms [redacted] we believe she wouldn't have moved forward with the purchase. Several weeks later she called our office and mentioned she noticed something on her car. At this point we reminded her she bought the car AS-IS with no warranties; but, we were willing to have bring the vehicle to a mechanic shop to get a diagnostic. Her husband also stopped by the office asking us if it was OK for his wife or him to bring the car for a diagnostic at a mechanic shop. We agreed to have the car looked at by shop. After following up with the customer, she mentioned that her car has been picked-up by tow truck from the finance company. Ms. [redacted] had refused to make her payments and the bank took possession of her vehicle. Lugo Auto Group did not at any time refused to help Ms. [redacted]. However, the vehicle was never brought to a shop for a repair diagnose. Thanks,Juan Lugo
