11/30/2015To whom it may concern, This letter is in to response of customers purchases in relation to ID [redacted] The customer purchased a [redacted] of 9/15/from Apple [redacted] SubaruThe customer came to the store and looked at a used [redacted] and decided he wanted to purchase a used [redacted] from our sister store next door Apple ***, The sales person, went to our sister store and brought the car over for him to took at it and he decided to purchase the carWe have to ability to transfer all used inventory between our stores, to accommodate our customersWith any used car that is certified by another manufacture, the car can be sold at another location but cannot be sold as a certified used car by a different manufacture at a different location, This was explained to the customer attire of deliveryHe never signed any type of certified warranty paper workThe customer was offered an extended warranty and gap insurance to purchase and he choose to do soThe extended warranty and gap insurance was fully explained and disclosed to the customer at time of delivery.Of approximately on 10/05/2015, the customer car he into the store and stated he was never told about the car he purchased would not be [redacted] certified, He spoke with his sales consultant and the finance manager that completed his paperwork on the date of the safeBoth of whom attempted to explain to him, that is was already explained to him that the [redacted] he purchased could not have beer sold as a certified init once it care over to Apple [redacted] Subaru and that he was offered an extended warranty and gap which he purchased the day of the original transactionIt was explained to him that he could cancel either one or both of those products if he wished and he declined because he wanted to keep his coverage and he understood the extended warranty covered more items than the certified warranty would have any wayOn November 20, the customer contacted myself and he stated that his concerns about his car being a certified car on Apple ***'s lot, and not being certified once sold at Apple [redacted] Subarulistened to his concerns and explained to him again that the vehicle cannot be sold as a certified car at another locationexplained to him that extended warranty and gap insurance were optional products he purchased and they could be cancelled, he stated he did want to keep both of those productsThe customer asked if there was any way to certify the car he bought again, and told him again the only way he can purchase a certified [redacted] is to buy it from our Apple [redacted] location and if he wish to trade in his car and purchase a certified [redacted] would assist him to do thatThe customer thanked me for offering to assist him but stated he wanted to keep his current vehicleasked the customer if there was anything else I could do to assist him and he stated he would let me know if he reed anything in the futurePlease feel free to contact myself directly with any additional questions or concerns.Sincerely, Rob DGeneral Manager

I disagree with *** *** C.F.O*** Automotive group I purchased my car at *** *** on 3/16/12, I also purchased the Gap and the *** Care Maintenance Contract I asked was this *** Care Maintenance honored at all dealerships and the *** *** representive said yes
My first maintenance service for a oil change on 6/19/with *** ***,***, Pa I informed *** *** the service manager several times, I had a *** Care Maintenance Contract and he still try to bill the charges I went to *** *** the Finace and Insurance Manager, and he informed *** *** that I had a Gap and *** Care Maintenance Contract with *** *** *** *** the service manager manager reluctantly removed the charges from my bill, with no apalogy
I was inconvenienced, humilated and harrassed by *** *** the service manager pubicly, with no apalogy I also strongly feel that this was racially charged, because I am a black man and discriminated against because I am a senior citizen No customer should ever have to encounter this type of treatment and *** *** should be held accountable and reprimanded I would like to know what action is taken against *** *** the service manager
I have not gone back to *** ***, following this type of treatment
I would like a years bumper to bumper warranty and the car loan balence forgiven
