The iphone 6s is horrilbe. I've had it for less than 6 months and it cost a little over $600. In the last 6 months, I've spent 9 hours at the Apple Store - work hours. I've needed to take 2 days off to attend to this phone's weaknesses and it totally sucks.
The first visit was to get the knub of the headset out of the phone. It had broken off and a piece remained inside the phone. While there, they told me that this happens quite frequently and that I was lucky they could pull it out or I'd be responsible to pay for the entire phone. ARE YOU KIDDING ME? How about making a product that isn't faulty???
The latest visit was to fix a cracked screen and to apply a screen cover.
#1. The phone did not fall more than 3.5 feet and should be able to handle such a fall since this is typical wear and tear type of stuff. Do you really expect phones not to fall? REALLY??? I had to wait 5 hours to get my phone repaired. ARE YOU KIDDING ME???
I can't remember the last time I bought such a horribly faulty product.
