I recently bought the house listed as the address; it came with a KitchenAid refrigerator that, soon after moving in, broke downUpon looking into getting it repaired, I discovered that the model and serial number had been scratched off due to the refrigerator being out of warranty (and therefore unserviceable by any authorized repair professionals)After learning this, I called the seller of the home, who got in touch with the original suppliers of the refrigerator, Appliance Recycling Outlet (ARO) so they could fix it themselves since they employed the out-of-warranty fix initiallyARO agreed to come take the refrigerator for repairs on 8/5/17, and signed a document stating that as the purpose of their taking the applianceARO's movers showed up in an unmarked orange truck, upon which they loaded the refrigerator after taking it from my garage After repeated calls to them from our home seller asking about the refrigerator, neither he or I have heard from ARO since they took t

they have a warranty we offered to fix dryer they wanted a full trade in on a refrigerator that is not how it works we offered a partial trade in value we are not refunding customer that has used the dryer for months? When we give a warranty that means we will fix or replace dryer

as it states on invoice there are no refunds customer has used the dryer they purchased for months and we are more than happy
to warranty unit or they can have in store credit

On 7/4/16, I went to the Appliance Recycling Outlet to buy a refrigeratorI provided the sales person, Cory W***, with the proper dimensions of the space that the refrigerator needed to fit into, though he told me when I provided them that the height did not matterHe sold me a refrigerator that day that would supposedly fit into the designated space, charging my debit card $The refrigerator was delivered to my house on 7/,but I refused it and sent it back because when the delivery person measured the space, and got the same measurements I had given to Cory, he told me the refrigerator was too tall for the spaceI called Cory back that same day and asked him to refund my moneyHe asked if he could have more time to find me an appropriate sized refrigeratorI agreed and he said he would call me backWhen I had not heard anything back from him by 7/21, I called againHe asked if he could have one more day to find me somethingLater that day, he texted me a very blurr

I purchased a gas range, dishwasher and refrigerator from this business on January 21, (a Saturday) I was told that the delivery person would pimy old appliances when they deliver on the following WednesdayI asked, are you sure they will deliver and install on Wednesday? The answer was YES! I took the afternoon of 1/of from workI called to make sure all was going to be on targetThis was when I found out that the appliances were going to be dropped off and the install person was all booked up for several days perhaps a couple of weeksI told them that that would not work for me as I am depending on the appliance to live, cook and keep groceries coldThey argued with me that I should have known this(it was not explained to me) they wanted to drop them in my living room and come back when they were available, no date was givenI told them since I have not received the appliances and it was early enough in the day, I am cancelling the orderI felt even threatened

I ordered a refrigerator from Applianace Recycling Outlet They were unable to deliver it on the day promised so a new date was set They delivered it on the new scheduled date Actually it was delivered four hours later than expected but that is not why I am contacting you The refrigerator was too noisy So, I asked for a new one I asked the assistant to Randie S***, broker at Windemire to go over when he gets the call and let the deliver person in My e-mail from Rick the assistant says....."That were three "no-show" appointments in addition to the original delivery date that was changed due to a bad condenser They never call, but when I called them they had one story after another and none of them ever made any sense."

I bought a dryer with a one year warranty and when it broke they did not honor their warranty, only offering a fraction of what I paid

I'm on day now waiting for a replacement door on the side by side fridge promised me at time of sale Never once have they contacted me But I have left all my info the last visits while checking on the status of my promised door
I'm still waiting

We delivered her the trio she wanted it didnt fit so we picked out a super nice bottom out We do have a exchange only no refund policy boldly stated on our invoice that *** initialed and was aware of at time of purchase
I did talk to her and told her I would refund her then this BB
bureau report came up and I held off just in case she was doing charge back as wellI will refund her we delivered in the house once and then made a second
attempt to deliver a shorter one
