They are honest and straightforward, they show up when they say they will, their rates are reasonable, and they do a great job

Tech guy came and helped me out with a fridge that had a busted door. He was really helpful. He could have charged me to do extra work and pretend . but instead, he saw the simple problem and recommended I buy a new fridge. He was also polite and quick!

Sammy was a nice person and he fix our stove top and its work really good. and we will sure call you back for your service in near future.

Review: My wife and I contacted this company to come to my house for a service call for a washing machine to be performed on 9/26/13 between 2-4pm EST. Through the intial call, we were told the service call would cost $58-$60.00 and any repairs that needed to be made would be credited against the service charge call. They came out, opened the machine and determined teh washing machine belt had come off the pulley. Secondly, ([redacted]) had stated that he needed to lubricate the motor. That was the extent of the service call. (30 min tops)

My wife was the only one home at the time of the repair. [redacted] then stated the cost would be $189 dollars. He never asked for justification to make any repair above the service call threshold of $60.00. If he would have stated, for me to place the belt back on and lube teh motor will cost you an additional $129 dollars, we would not have continued with the service. At that point, he could have placed the back, back on and left with the service call charge.

I have attempted to contact Appliance Repair Leaders on five occasions asking for a return call from the manager Victor, or the owner. Neither call has been returned.

I believe this company completed a bait and switch. Completed improper billing tactics, and took advantage of a woman. I have also reviewed other comments on Yelp, and they state the same bait/switch tactics were used on them. I can either dispute the amount with my CC company, or the company can do the right thing, and refund $129.00.Desired Settlement: Refund credit card in the amount of $129.00 immediately.

I agree, this is a very good company. Very professional and courteous. The service tech was a true gentleman - he quickly diagnosed and repaired the problem with our freezer. The rates are very reasonable and they're very prompt

The repair technician, quickly determined the evaporator fan was bad. He had a new fan installed and the fridge running perfect in no time. I didn't even lose any food. I considered the price ($295.00) to be very reasonable.
