March 6, Complaint ID [redacted] [redacted] To Whom It May Concern: [redacted] placed an order on 1/30/Ms [redacted] paid for standard; 3-day shippingwe were misinformed by the warehouse that Ms ***’s order had shipped on 2/11/Ms [redacted] was then told her order should arrive in 3-business days Ms [redacted] still had not received her order on 2/We were made aware of the discrepancy with the Ms***’s order at this time From the Ms***’s email correspondence we were aware that receiving it by 2/20/was very importantHer order was upgraded to next dayWe did this in an effort to make up for the inconvenience the customer had to go through and ensure the order was received by 2/20/Ms***’s order then shipped out on 2/19/and was received on 2/20/We make every effort to ensure that instances like this do not occur but when they do we are more than happy to accommodate the customerWe are only pleased that the customer received their order on the day that they needed it byWe are terribly sorry for the customer’s inconvenience and extend our apologies If there is any other documentation you may need please contact me Thank You, [redacted] Appliance Zone

April 22, Complaint ID # [redacted] To Whom It May Concern As we explained previously, once we received confirmation of Mr [redacted] ’s return to our Distributor warehouse, a refund was attempted but unfortunately failed due to a Dispute filed by Mr [redacted] with PayPal stating “Unauthorized Charge” In situations such as this PayPal puts a hold on the fund and we are unable to refund the order until the case is closed We have contacted our Account Manager and were assisted in refunding Mr [redacted] ’s returnA refund was issued for the returned part as well as the difference between the Next day shipping fee Mr [redacted] had paid and Standard shipping fee for the time frame in which he received the partIf there is any other documentation you may need or if anything is unclear please contact meThank You, [redacted] Appliance Zone

When we received the distroyed package which I did weigh and it was only lbs not lbs like they said that the filters would have weighed (which I do have photos of if you would like me to email them to you)? Were you able to check out all of the negative feedback on they’re website and face book? We’ve ordered three times from them before with no problems in the past I didn’t see the negative feedback until I ordered or I would have not ordered anything else from them again! I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me I will wait for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved I will point out that Appliance zone repeatedly refused to cancel my order and issue the refund until after I made this complaint, as well as the report to my credit card company for an investigationHowever once I did those things they agreed to a refund within hours and it was received in a reasonable time frame I will also reiterate that the website advertised the item was in stock and available when I ordered and was charged, and I was not informed of the backorder until 10+ days later Regards, [redacted] ***

Mr [redacted] was informed that the item was on Backorder with the Manufacturer and was given an approximate ETA(estimated Time of Arrival) as provided to the warehouse from the ManufacturerMr [redacted] was informed that the warehouse would ship the order immediately upon receiving the part Mr [redacted] sent an email requesting to cancel he orderOur customer service staff emailed back explaining that they were contacting the warehouse and upon hearing back would update Mr [redacted] the status of the requestOur customer service team received a reply back from the warehouse that the order was unable to be cancelled as it had already been processedAt that point it was on a Semi with thousands of packages and it is impossible to pull the order and cancel itThese warehouses ship thousands of packages every day and as explained previously once a package is at that stage the warehouse is unable to cancel the order We have issued Mr [redacted] the refund due for the part returned as per policy Thank You, [redacted] Appliance Zone%

[redacted] placed an order with our Company on December 03, for one (1) Range Door, Part # Mr [redacted] ’s order was shipped on December 03, anddelivered December 05, via Fed Ex Mr [redacted] did contact us on December 05, stating the order had arrived butthat he had received the incorrect part, he stated he had received a grill ventinstead of the Range DoorThis was simply a Mis-pick from the warehouseAs Mr[redacted] ’s order had shipped from our Distributor warehouse, they require we sendan image of the incorrect part so that they can ship out a replacement to thecustomerWe explained that we would ship a replacement and that if thewarehouse wanted the incorrect part back they would provide a Pre-Paid label After a few requests Mr [redacted] did provide pictures of the incorrect part received,and our Customer Service Department proceeded to issue a Replacement for the correctpart on December 08, Mr [redacted] ’s Replacement order was shipped on December22, Mr [redacted] opened Chargeback with his credit card company on January 6, Atthat point in time Mr [redacted] ’s replacement order had been delivered and receivedby himWe replied accordingly to the Chargeback Once the chargeback was filed the funds for the order were removed and held as of January 6, and are not releaseduntil the case is closed, we currently do not have access in any way to thefunds for this orderAt this time the case is still in processesWe have provideda Screen Shot of the Transaction Details for this order that state “This transaction cannot be refundedThebuyer has filed a chargeback” We no longer have any access to the funds for that order as they are removed untilthe case is settled between his Credit card Company and our Processor We were informed by our warehouse on January 21, of Mr [redacted] ’s returnUnfortunatelyas explained above we are at a standstill until the chargeback is resolvedAtthat time we will be allowed by our Processor to move forward If there is any other documentation you may need or if anything is unclear pleasecontact me.Thank You, [redacted] ***Appliance Zone

December 28, Complaint ID [redacted] To Whom It May Concern: Thank You On December 09, Mr [redacted] placed an order for Qty (1) Refrigerator Defrost Timer - On December 09, the (1) Refrigerator Defrost Timer – which the Manufacturer Whirlpool has now replaced with Part # shipped out and was delivered on December 10, Mr [redacted] emailed our Customer Service Department on December 10, explaining that he had received Part # instead of Part # Our Customer Service Representatives explained that the Manufacturer Frigidaire (Electrolux) has now replaced Part # with Part # Our Staff also requested Mr [redacted] Appliance Model # to verify the correct part was ordered On December 22nd our office received a letter from Mr [redacted] We reviewed this as well as the email and chat historyWhile we are unable to ship Part as the manufacturer no longer uses this part # and because the part was installed we could not ask for the item returned We did reply to Mr [redacted] that we would gladly refund his order in fullPlease see our reply below: I see you purchased Part # and I understand that once it was installed it would not start your refrigerator Our warehouse shipped Part # as this is what the Manufacturer has now replaced for Part # I understand that the part currently on your appliance is Part # and I am sorry we are not able to get Part as it is no longer offered by the Manufacturer Although we cannot accept the item back for return due to it being installed, I have instead issued a full refund for Invoice for youYou should receive an email confirmation for this shortlyI apologize for any frustration this has caused you and I do hope that you are able to locate the original part somewhere Mr [redacted] was issued a full refund on December 22, We have included a copy of our email to Mr [redacted] with our replyAgain we want to offer Mr [redacted] our apologies that we are unable to obtain Part # from the manufacturer Thank You [redacted] ***

Good afternoon, I am sorry for the inconvenience with your returnAfter speaking with our Returns Department, unfortunately, the part ordered "WH08X| GE Washer Door Boot Gasket" was returned installed and not in its original conditionThe part was returned with a white powdery substance covering the gasketSince this part is sold as a replacement part for a washing machine it was determined that the part had laundry detergent all over it when it was returnedWe are not able to resell the part in that condition that it was returned in as that is not considered to be in new or original condition with the detergent covering the partAs an attempt to rectify this situation I would be happy to offer a 50% discount for the returned partI do understand the frustration this has causedThough on our end, we are out of a part as well as we cannot resell the part you returnedIf you agree with this 50% refund please let us knowThanks, [redacted] *
