Approved Auto never had access nor permission to check my credit...I simply went in with the $down payment which was advertised..ALL VEHICLES $down....and was then told I needed to put at least a thousand down for the particular vehicle listed in the advertisement as $down...no credit check was ever done...I met all the criteria..a job and $down...plus I make a month so the per month that you're claiming isn't even an issueI have attached the very vehicle advertised..they can deny this all they want but there add plainly states "ALL DOWN PAYMENTS UNDER $ http://louisville.craigslist.org/ctd/5171637515.html

document and you must abide by the terms of the contractAsk for *** *** *** *** and maybe she can work something out with you. Thanks*** ***

The documents provided in no way resolve this matter and are unsatisfactory*** *** has only continued their fraudulent/falsifying of documents in that the documents they submitted in their latest response are not even the documents they previously provided to me, as they claimIf you look at the "3/17/2017" loan they claim they previously provided you will see that it is without a signature on behalf of *** ***If you look at the documents that I previously provided in my original complaint, and that I have reattached to this response, there is the signature of *** *** The documents regarding the 3/17/provided by *** *** is missing this signature on behalf of the creditorThis once again only raises questions as to the validity of the documents originally provided and whether the second fraudulent loan has indeed been invalidatedAs the 1/20/provided previously to me and were included in *** ***s latest response do not contain the signature of a *** *** representative I contest the validity of the documents provided as even if they are the only documents to evidence the loan they would not even validate a loan between *** *** and *** ***I still argue that the 1/20/documents provided originally and in the latest response have been doctored or altered and they have not provided copies of the actual loan documentsIf they fail to comply I will be forced to forward this issue to prosecuting agencies to seek charges for knowingly and fraudulently entering into a loan and intentionally falsifying documents.

Yes I had that warranty and if you read it the things that are covered on it they didn't not fix on the car also *** told me that he would change the carThat car was never inspected like they said it was and they have knew the car wasn't going to make it that's why they fixed one part verse's that there auto shop said was wrongThe car may be but there is a lemon law and a time firm of having a vehicle that's why they kept telling me the warrenty will cover itThat's why they paid out of pocket for the repair because I didn't have the car long enough for my warrant to pay for the things that their auto shop said needed to be fixed these was manager problems not nothing small

Ms *** was being extremely irate when she came into our showroom She was intimidating employees and customers by screaming loudly and using profanities in a place of business We have a zero tolerance policy for that type of behavior so she was asked to leave by our security officer
This was for both our employees and customers safety In regards to her repairs, Ms *** purchased a service agreement It is advised that she take her vehicle to a certified mechanic to have it diagnosed If she has any more questions regarding her service agreement and what type of repairs it covers, she should contact *** Warranty at *** or refer to her paperwork We consider this matter closed.Thank You -- *** * ***General ManagerApproved Auto of America*** ***

.I came to your establishment with cash in hand and was told by Mr*** *** that I indeed did qualify for this vehicle, but the vehicle had been sold..Was then directed to another vehicle which was less money than the original and still told I needed to put $down for itI have already purchased another vehicle without any issuesbank financed..I'm simply trying to stop the fraudulent actions of this establishment...advertising...bait and switch..Now I can continue to attach adds which clearly state you're "ALL DOWN PAYMENTS $OR LESS...OR THE $BACK TO SCHOOL SALE ..until you admit your fraud or change your wording in you're add to"SELECT VEHICLES ONLY"...You can't post an add with a very nice truck with ALL DOWN PAYMENTS $OR LESS Then try and sell someone something nowhere near the same quality...that is called a bait and switch...do you're research it is covered in Kentucky Revised Statutes et seq : Consumer Protection ActYou are breaking Ky State and Federal Laws...so no matter how many times you consider this case closed..It's not..you're illegal business practices will not continue..my next step is the attorney general..not for me I purchased the truck I wanted no problems from a different lot and bank financed,so you saying I didn't qualify on you're by here pay here lot is nothing more than slander...which is also against the law..I want other consumers to be protected from this illegal activity

We have reviewed the latest addendum and have no further action requiredPer the customers request we have removed the deceased person from all contracts, credit and trade linesWe will offer one final olive branch to resolve the matterIf *** *** wants to return the vehicle she is welcome to and we will tear up the contract and no legal action will be taken for non paymentIf she wishes to keep the vehicle and continue to make the payments, she may do so-- *** ***

I was never offered an extended warranty. I don't understand how y'all could be fixing the problem , if I got a call earlier yesterday telling me my vehicle was ready , and once more the first day I bought the car and brung it back , brad I think his name was , told me I could get my money bac . I have witnesses to him saying that. But I also have paperwork saying nothing was wrong with my car , why all a sudden it has all these issues. Then I been calling the whole week getting hung up on , not knowing the worryabouts about my car until they called yesterday.

I disagree with what [redacted] said for one when the sales man called my phone and asked for my social for the insurance once I went to the bank to withdraw the 440.00 the salesman called my cousin answered and he told her that the insurance was ready once o return to the car lot I was to go the computer to print it off. I did exactly what he said and he had his co worker to help me. When it was time to give the money they was acting strange walking to the back by the garage door to talk to me,  I never thought anything of it until the finance dept called and let me know I didn't have insurance only after about two weeks of me having the car. I tried speaking to the salesman but everytime I made attempts he always head his co worker to talk to me. I explained to his co worker what happened and that the finance department said I didn't have insurance. The co worker asked who got me the insurance I told him and he told me that it has been happening to a lot of people that is how they make their money and that he would look into it. All while he is looking into it I wasn't allowed to make a payment until I found insurance. After a few days my parents added me to their insurance I printed the proof and took it to [redacted] at the finance department he then called [redacted] verified I had insurance and unlocked my account for me to make a payment. Once again everything seemed to be good until February 2015 the finance department called again saying that they wasn't the lienholder on my car insurance policy so again I wasn't allowed to make a payment until my parents was able to verify if [redacted] had made them a lien-holder. Unfortunately my father had dementia and my mother had just had eye surgery and was unable to get up. I explained that to [redacted] which is [redacted] supervisor she said that I was ok for then but I had to hurry and get them to get it fixed. That following Sunday my mother and I called the insurance company and they told us that the car lot had already called and gave them the info they needed and we asked if they could fax over proof to the car lot because they said that it was needed. The [redacted] rep. Agreed the following day was Monday I called the car lot while I was on break and asked [redacted] if he had received the paperwork because my mother and I called and everything was ok. He stated that it wasn't because my mother had to call o explained to him once again that  everything was done and I had to get back to work. Well early Wednesday morning they came and repoed my car they refused to admit that the paperwork was all there and told me that if I wanted the car back I had to give the 450.00 300.00 repo fee and 150.00 car payment once I tried to pick it up they refused and instead made me wait until another payment was due and instead of 450.00 it became 600.00. To get the car back I explained  that they repoed my car and shouldn't have. Then  I payed it. I then contacted a lawyer and followed the steps he told me I even had him on the phone when I went to the car lot and the lawyer explained that they had no attentions on me ever keeing the car. I tried speaking to [redacted] he is never available but can respond to the Revdex.com. All I want is the value of my car back or a chance in court. I have ran into several people who had been misled by approved auto all so they canale a dollars
