Terrible customer serviceThey sent me a "brand new" monitor that was scratchedThey appear really nice and helpful on the phone but nothing they promise you ever goes throughI had to email back and forth and call multiple times to try and get anything to happenSpoiler, they never actually fixed my issueThe person I was emailing didn't even have a buydig.com branded email address which is super sketchy if you call the buydig phone number on the invoiceThe invoice wasn't even correctly addressed to me which tells me how organized they are inside their warehouses or company The supervisor that was finally escalated to when I wanted my money back basically told me to kick rocks and deal with itI hope they got charged by the online marketplace I bought my item from who was the one who finally was able to help me out Don't buy from buydig, they are not good at their job

I ordered a camera bundle from buy dig on Sun Novvia *** The customer service is non-existent I contacted them several times by email through [redacted] - they send an automatic respond to call them directly I call them directly - I remain on hold for a long time and then the phone cuts off They partially shipped the order (printer only) and marked the entire order as completed on *** This is a deceptive practice I did get one reply once They told me they shipped the order last monday, no tracking given, and it has already been a week I sent another message last week telling them I would file a complaint with Revdex.com if I don't get a response with an update...no response So here we are

On March I placed an order on ebay for a turntableThe next day I received a voice mail stating that you needed a physical street address for deliveryI couldn't make out the phone number due to bad service so I went on ebay and sent a message with the correct address(I'm not sure why the order was allowed to be placed with a POBox if it has to have a physical address to ship.) It was the first time I used Buydig and has to say I am not happy the way they dealt with my situationOrder cancellation is not a big deal and happens all the time with all merchants, but in this case, it was very unusualI made a purchase of about $for a luggage set which seemed like a good deal, and my credit card was charged immediatelyThe credit card balance also went to posted (within a day or two), that means they kept my money for days, only to tell me at the end that the order was canceled when it was supposed to be deliveredIs this how they do business? I placed an order with the merchant on 8/12/I had a voicemail that was supposedly from the merchant later that day informing me to contact themThey did not give me a reason and I did not trust that it was the merchant so I did not contactHowever, I received an email from the merchant on 8/14/that indicated that my credit card was decline and to contact themI contacted them and informed them to cancel the order and I would re-order the itemI also indicated to please make sure the system would allow me to use the Promotion Code that I had on the initial orderI received a message about a half an hour later that said "As per your request, your order will be cancelledIf this order has been charged, please allow 2-business days for the refund and the cancellation to reflect your account ."
