On March 12, I purchased an item from buydig.com via ***Order number [redacted] ; item number [redacted] On March the order was canceled based on the claim of a pricing error and a refund was issuedThe price on this item was the same on several other websites at the time of purchaseI have contacted the business but they are not interested in offering any resolutionI find this to be advertising, and only want the retailer to honor the order that was paid on March

I buy one Camera from the buydig.com, but I don't get it and the the buydig.com refuse to compensate to me The detailed information is following I had bought a Canon EOS Rebel T18MP DSLR Camera from the buydig.com at 2017/1/It includes two packagesAt 2017/1/14, the worker of the Fedex knocked at my door, and only one package had been delivered, but at that time, he told me he had sent two packages to my apartmentI reported this informanction to the buydig.com One week later, the manager of my appartment told me that he found two empty boxes with my name at the corner of my appartment(I lost two packages from [redacted] during that week and the two empty boxs is just from [redacted] ) I went to that corner and found a box of special paperBecause there is also a box of same kind special paper in my missing box, I think the fact might be my missing package had been stolen by someone when the fedex worker left, and the theft took away the camera and other

I've ordered several products over the last two years, and have had mostly positive experiencesThe return policy is very generous, and returns have always been uncomplicated for meThe only sonegative experience I had was with an order that I did not receiveWasn't the fault of the vendor but the delivery service, thoughStill, the vendor didn't care to file a claim with the delivery service, even though I repeatedly asked them toEventually I got reimbursed by the vendor, but only after some persistent harassing from me, which was a bit of a let-downI'll detract star for thatIn the end, I'm still a satisfied customer and wouldn't hesitate to buy again

I purchased a luggage on August 2018, and the order status has been showing "in process" until today, which two weeks have passedI've sent several emails to buydig customer service, and was always given answers like "will be shipping the next to hours" and "latest by Monday." Finally, I decided to ask for a refund due to my travel date is approaching, and I was told that the refund cannot be issued because the item is "being picked" (not yet been shipped) and I will have to wait until it gets delivered and I need to refuse the Fedex shipment I find it really ridiculous that an order that is "being picked" for two weeks long cannot be canceled and wonder how long I need to get my money backOrder number is [redacted]

This complaint is that the ordered headphone(worth $329, order# [redacted] ) never arrived at my homeI placed this order on Oct 2ndThe confirmation email claimed it would be shiped on 10/5, but I got no update until I emailed them on Oct 12thOn Oct 12th, their email claimed that it would be delivered on Oct.14thOn the morning of Oct 13th, I was surprised to find out that Fedex updated this expensive headphone as delivered without signature requiredHowever, I didn't see that shipment after coming home from workI immediately called Fedex and reported the lost package, and checked with neighboursHowever, it's no where to be foundThen I called and emailed Buydig, and they started an investigation on Oct 14thNow more than one week has passed, and they still didn't reship the item or issue a refund

This issue falls into so many categoriesI placed an order on 06/05/for the value $On 06/08/I reached out to BuyDig chat support asking if they had a shipping estimate for my order since it's still "Processing"The chat rep said that there was a billing issue with the order and that I need to call their billing departmentI checked my Amex account with which I paid and the transaction had already posted on 06/(posted, not pending, so they had my money)I called the billing department around AM on 06/and after providing the order # the billing person said that there was no issue with my order, the payment was approved, and she didn't know why customer service said there was a billing issueI thanked her, and got back on chat, where the same customer service rep, [redacted] , said she remembered me from our earlier conversationShe said that now my order shows as cancelled, and that she had no further information but to call back inBy the time I had a moment

They falsely described an iMac I purchased on their ebay storeIt turns out that the iMac I purchased was known by Apple to have had the same issues the previous year in Dallas, TXThey listed as being refurbished to manufacturer's standard and was in perfect working orderThey would not, though past days, do anything to compensate my $business investment lossTerrible business! Do not purchase from them

I called to inquire about a product purchaseBecause I did not see many reviews about this business, I inquired what would happen if I was not satisfied with my purchaseI was informed that I would have days to return product if not fully satisfiedBecause the product was damaged when I opened the package, I wanted to return the productHowever, the product packaging was not opened immediately (approxdays later, when the contractor hired to mount the 70" TV we purchased was available), the company said that even though it was within days, it was too late to return because it was damagedThey said that somewhere in their fine print, I was required to open and inspect the package within hours of receiving itNow I am stuck with a broken television that I spent well over $1,forThey will not accept the return nor send me a new TVThey will not refund my money eitherThis feels like a complete SCAM
