ALSO pay attention to the other comments, most of them are from the same people, just like you see this new comment from me again, after just posting one 10 minutes ago. When someone is unhappy about the service, I get it, they go out of their way to bash on the company and go on their rants and boohoos but the people that gets the good service most of the time do not go out of their way to leave a good review. this is me putting my 2 cents in AQUAFEEL SOLUTIONS IS GREAT AND HAS ALWAYS COME CORRECT WITH OUR DEAL AND DEALINGS AS WELL AS WARRANTY. I HAVE THE SYSTEM FOR MORE THAN 10 YEARS Thank you again for the great water I have in my home.

I got a first hand experience with Aquafeel Solutions of Wake forest and I took my time to read through all these comments to find a common ground. So I came to find out that the first provider of Aquafeel Solutions were Puronics which is known as an innovator in the water technology industry, and its extensive list of developments which includes products that perform specialized procedures such as ultraviolet disinfection and nanofiltration. Later found out that they switched providers to Watts, a family operated company that began in 1918 and operates very well throughout the entire world. So I asked myself, how does a company like Aquafeel still get claims as scams if they promote these systems? then it got to me, I asked my salesman about their hiring process, and well it explained a lot about what many of these comments before state. First they operate like a multi level company which a manager gets into the company and then does recruiting. Some managers are well trained by the company itself in Wake Forest, and others just get the chance to sell filters. As you would see some of these salesman are going out on their own and making their own sales pitch which do not include truth and bring scare tactics just so they can get that sale. Which I see how that can happen when they are many salespeople on their own and not being overseen by a general manager or CO. All in all people do your research, some of these comments just come from people that were encountered by those sleezy salespeople that areon their own, and this does not mean the entire company is that way. Think about it, have you ever had a bad moment in one of your favorite restaurants with a waiter or with a worker? Did that make you feel as if the owner and the manager and their motto and passion was that way as well? In my experience I had the system since 2003 and they have come when I called when I had problems with my tank and my machine still kicking. Thank you Aquafeel! however I would say this, by the other comments it sounds that you guys need to be a little more selective in your sales reps. I just got lucky with mine I guess.

I've shared my experience and now it is time for legal action. We need to show aquafeel solutions of wake forest that their scare tactics, violating our rights and deceiving the consumer with these over priced water systems and having salesmans that lies and cheat to make a their pockets fat.We really need the legal system to help us stop these people from scaming us.I am on a fixed income and I couldn't afford the payments and I told them this from the beginning.I need to be out of the contract and the UCC taken off my home.Take the over priced water system too and give me back my piece mind .This is Just so stressful. My question is ,where is the justice for the victims of aquafeel solutions

Yes it’s time for legal action. I got scammed into buying aquafeel by the salesman. He said that this is a government program, which is free because we have under age children and babies in the house and that we are qualified. Now I’m stuck with almost $8000 of unworthy product. Plus interest
I cannot sleep at night because of the bills that I can’t afford for 10 years.
He, also con my daughter into signing for aquafeel because she just delivered a baby.He said that she’s qualified because of the baby. Now she’s stuck with $7.800 bill plus interest.

Acquafeel Solutions SUCKS. I hates this Co. and all that it represents. The salesman is a incampassionate sob. This Co. should not be rated more than a zero.

I have had the Puronics whole house water purification system sold and installed by Aquafeel Solutions for six months I have waited this long to submit a review because I wanted to be sure regarding the performance of the product I can say unreservedly that my wife and I are thrilled with the quality of our water The system has met the promises made and all our expectations We were satisfied with the sales presentation (I agree that the company needs to change its solicitation method), and the follrequired for two technical problems that occurred during the first week The sales rep and the technician were prompt in responding, were super friendly, and seemed genuinely committed to our full satisfaction We have had no problems since Still loving the water!

When Aquafeel sold me the system they told me things that were untrue just to sell it. They also didn't show me the contract until it was in installedAccount #: XXXXXXXXX. [redacted] was the guy who came to talk to me about it on Thursday 04/14/2016 and it was installed on 04/15/2016 but they didn't bring me the contract to sign until 04/18/2016. [redacted] had told me that we had 30 days to cancel the system if we didn't like it. I called before the 30 days were over and the lady told me it was only a 3 day trial. And that I could no longer cancel the system. [redacted] also told me that whenever I ran out of the boxes of soap they gave me, all I would have to do is call and get some more for free. He also explained to me that the $7,500 were not going to effect my credit score and it went from a 708 to a 682.Desired SettlementI want the contract to be canceled.Business Response Contact Name and Title: [redacted]Contact Phone: XXX-XXX-XXXXContact Email: [redacted]@aquafeelsolutions.comCustomer approved the installation of the system on 04/14/2016. We installed the system on 04/15/2016, and went back to customer house on 04/18/2016 to sign finance documentation. All the documents were dated 04/18/2016 including the notice of cancellation that stays that the customer had 3 business days to cancel the transaction. The finance company also verified all the information verbally with the customer, and they confirm with the customer that this was a purchase with a legal contract and not a trial or lease. Finally, refer to form "our gift to you" where we stayed that all the cleaning products are included in the purchase, customer has to pay shipping and handling only every time that they wish to order more products; the original soap products were delivered on installation day, and is set up to last between 3 to 5 years depending of the appropriate use of the cleaning products. Consumer Response This is a lie, they came to my house and told me this was a help from the government and it wouldnt affect my credit, which it did affect my credit. Then when selling me this product they told me I had 30 days to cancel which I tried to do within two weeks and they would not pick up the phone. Then they come to install april 15 and gave me the contract on the 18th and then I notice it said three days to cancel. they never said that when they were selling me this product, they said I had 30 days to cancel. then they never told me what would be the interest on this. the interest is outrageous!! they said it was a government help. then I told them my faucet was broken and couldnt fix it at the monent, they volunteer to send someone to fix it but never sent anybody, free of charge, mind you. basically it was consumer fraud, they lied to me in order to sell me this product. they said one thing by mouth and the contract says another. plus they lied on the contract about my job status, I told them I only worked less then a month and they took it upon themselves to put ive been there for more then a year. they sold me everything before I even signed the contract. they took advantage of me because I dont speak english or read it very well.(a friend is helping me write this) I want off this contract and do not want the product. its unlawful what they did. they also said I would get free lifetime maintenance and then when I called and talk to customer service they said they dont do free maintenance. and again, this ruin my credit, they said it wouldnt and it did!! I was trying to refinance my house and now I cant because of this product they sold me. my score was 729, and now its 682. please I need help with these. thank you for your time. Final Business Response Unfortunately there is nothing that we can do on this matter. All the documents that the customer signed are in Spanish (and some of them are in English and Spanish). We can only valid what is represented in a legal document. All the interest charges were specified in the contract which the customer voluntarily signed, and also such information was verified verbally with the Finance Company who took over the contract. We are open Monday through Friday from 9am to 11pm and Saturday from 9am to 6pm; it is a little hard to believe that no one pick the phone at our offices, when there is phone system installed, and more than 10 on-site employees to be able to answer the phone. We can provide service to the machine, and fix any issues in regards to the installation, but we will not be able to cancel this transaction as the 3 day cancellation policy was way passed.

This company is a scam. The salesman said that this is a government program. He said that you are qualified as long as you have kids in the house. That was a LIE !

Aquafeel Solutions has been notified that they are violating United States Postal Service regulations by attaching their advertising material, without postage affixed, to mailboxes and / or the posts that support the mailboxes, yet the company continues to do so, even after my request that they stop.

Salesman and manager agreed to a 90 day trial period for the system to see if it would correct our issue with our water. This company left a vial on our mailbox offering to test our water. Our water company is Aqua and this company is Aquafeel - we didn't know it was a different company until the salesman showed up to sell the filtration system. My husband and I were skeptical that it would fix our sediment problem but they said that it would definitely correct it so they agreed to let us try the system risk free for 90 days and if it didn't work they would remove it with no questions asked. I contacted the manager, [redacted] and the salesman [redacted]. [redacted] called me back on a recorded line from the office (or so he stated) and said that it would be taken care of immediately. [redacted] blocked my calls. I called who I thought was the general manager and was told that we were stuck with the system and they had no record of the agreement [redacted] and [redacted] made with us. [redacted] keeps telling me that it will be corrected however, this has been going on for over a month. [redacted] wrote the agreement on the document we signed however we were provided with the bottom copy and it did not come through on our copy. We are now stuck with a system costing $5,400 that does not do anything to correct our sediment issue. I purchased this system as an added feature to include in the sale of my house and it didn't correct my problem. I have pictures of the sediment that remains in my toilet's and it is worst than it was before we got the system. We system was installed on March 5, 2016 and the system is Hydronex 30B. We began contacting them on May 3rd, 2016.Desired SettlementI want the system removed immediately and my water pipes put back as they were prior to the installation of the system. I want the financed amount refunded and paid in full as both [redacted] and [redacted] agreed to during the sales pitch.Business Response Contact Name and Title: [redacted]Contact Phone: XXX-XXX-XXXXContact Email: [redacted]@aquafeelsolutions.comWe are NOT AFFILIATED WITH CITY WATER OR COUNTY HEALTH DEPARTMENTS, and it is written down in all our complimentary water test flyer that we distribute all over the nation. Our company name and phone numbers are at the bottom of each form, so there is no confusion with any other water supply companies. Customer signed initial contract and credit application form on 03/04/2016, and it was written in the original form: $90 monthly, 3 months deferred, not interest, $5400. There was no note in the top copy staying that this was a trial. Customer signed a finance contract march 03/07/2016, and such contract was verified by the finance company on 03/09/2016; when the finance company verified the terms of the contract with the customer, they make it clear that the transaction was not a trial offer, and the they had a financial obligation from that moment on. Customer was offered 0% interest, monthly payments of $90, and a 90 deferred payment (meaning the 1st payment was coming out of their pocket 90 days after installation). We gave the customer a check # XXXXX for $ 180 to cover for those 2 payments before the 90 day deferment. Customer called on 05/09/2016 staying that the system was no working properly; we sent our technician, and after reviewing the system and performing the water test that we made on site, he confirmed that the unit was working fine; then the customer told the technician that the reason that they had call was to have the system removed, which the technician told him he could not do. From that moment on, customer has been calling to our offices and managers asking to have the system removed. Customer told the office on 05/11/2016 that she had copies of a contract staying that she had the system on a trial basis, but when our sales manager [redacted] went over to customer house to collect such forms they stayed that they did not have it, instead they told him that he need it to remove the system himself. [redacted] explained to the customer that he was not authorized to do such job, and explain to the customers about the 90 day deferment program that they were into. Customer [redacted] told [redacted] trial or deferred, is the same thing" and [redacted] explained to the customer that there were not the same thing. We have all original documentation of everything that it was offered to the customer, and we are able to submit those copies to you. If the unit is not working properly, we can take water samples and send them to the manufacturer, where a more detail analysis is performed, and if the unit is not working we will exchange it at no cost to the customer as our product has a lifetime warranty.

I would like to help others avoid the unpleasant experience I had with Aqua Feel Solutions of Wake Forest. I had an appt. with them last year and had two no-shows on the same day. First, the rep. failed to arrive after about 30 mins. of the scheduled time. A second appt. was arranged for later that day and, again, a no-show and a total waste of my time. The promised gift card for wasting my time never arrived despite repeated calls to "[redacted]", the receptionist, who each time assured me I would receive the gift for my inconvenience because she would talk to the "marketing" person about it herself. This year, for some reason willing to give them another chance, I scheduled another appt. after they contacted me around March. This time I listened to their scare tactics and claims that this product increases property value. (According to "[redacted]" in a subsequent phone call, this product will also allow for your house to sell faster than comparable homes in your area not equipped with it because prospective buyers really want this product and would choose your house over the others. I have been unable to locate any documentation of this highly questionable claim. The product costs $800+ but, "if you buy it today", you can get it at a steal for $500+. Sure thing. For various reasons, I opted not to make the purchase but, having met their qualifications, was assured that I would receive the promised gift card that they advertise and use to entice potential customers. Of course, that never arrived. I called "[redacted]" a couple of more times and was informed that she had nothing to do with that herself but again would contact the marketing person in charge to take care of it right away. The last time she asked if I had heard from the marketing person yet because he was going to call me personally. Right. Could their lies to me have something to do with my age (that would be consistent with complaints on Revdex.com and Facebook regarding older people) or that I did not purchase the product (not a requirement)? If they attach ads to your mailbox, report them to the postal service as this practice is illegal. If you get a phone call, hang up. If they mail you ads, recycle them. It may be a relatively minor scam, but a scam is a scam is a scam.
