Unfulfilled promises and repeated failures to provide incentive gift cards after fulfilling company's requirements to receive such.I was originally contacted by Aquafeel Solutions of Wake Forest in the summer of 2015 to schedule a demonstration related to their water filtering product. A choice of gift cards for dinner for two was promised as an incentive for participation - no purchase necessary. I agreed to the promotion and scheduled an appt. for a demonstration. I waited approx. 45 mins. on the given day and the rep. was a no-show. I called the receptionist [redacted] at the company who pushed me re-schedule. I did so only to have another no-show thus wasting even more of my time. I notified [redacted] of the situation and she assured me that I would receive the gift card(s) as a consolation as I was not at fault for the demonstration not occurring. After not receiving the gift card within several weeks, I again contacted saccharine [redacted] who insisted she would speak to her marketing manager to ensure I would receive the gift. Another empty promise. I was contacted by Aquafeel again early in 2016 with the same offer for a water demonstration and gift card with no purchase obligation. I informed the caller that I had not received the gift card previously promised. I was assured again that I would receive gift cards for both appointments. Curious and foolishly, I scheduled another appointment for the demo. in March 2016. The 45-minute appointment/demo came and went with again no promised gift cards. I again contacted [redacted] who was shocked I had not received the gift cards. Again she promised to contact the marketing manager and insisted I would receive the cards - not to worry. Lather, rinse, repeat. I called her a couple of more times to hear the same lies. While not a huge deal in the larger scheme of things, my valuable time was wasted on a hard sell with no token to make it even remotely worth my while. This is a deceptive company trying to ensnare unsuspecting potential customers with promised rewards that they have no intentions of honoring. a saleman by the name of [redacted] came to the door on 11-19-2015 selling the aquafeel solution to my father who is 81 years old . my dad told him that his credit was bad but he managed to convince him to come back that night . Mr.[redacted] filled out paperwork he wrote my dads name completely wrong made him sign the paper and than he came later that night to get my information to see if we qualified . I only signed one piece of paper to see if it can be done. the next day some people came to install the aquafeel without telling us we qualified. then mr.[redacted] came a oouple of days later because he said that I needed to signed the rest of papers . he came at 11pm and I was asleep . I do work . so he pressured my sister into signing my name on those papers . my sister is not all up there that's why she gets disability . what this sales person did is wrong . I believe this is fraud so that he can get his commission. I did not sign these papers. we do not want the aquafeel machine at all. he took advantage of my 81 year old dad.Product_Or_Service: aquafeel solutionsDesired SettlementThis company needs to pick up the aquafeel machine which we never wanted . Unfortunately, on this case, our representative did not follow our procedures; as a result, he does not longer represent our company. We discuss with both customers (Mr. [redacted] C [redacted] and his daughter Mrs. [redacted]) in regards to the benefits of having treated water in their property. We offered a discount to compensate for the inconvenience caused, and they both accepted and are willing to sign a new contract. We are waiting for the new documentation to be verify with the finance company, so we can move forward and the customers can continue to enjoy pf having soft treated water at their house.

We had agreed to purchasing a water system from Aquafeel with two years same as cash (no interest) and did not receive this service.We agreed to allow Aquafeel install a water system in our home if they would allow us not pay not more that $50.00 monthly with two years no interest. They install the unit and agreed. After the install was completed they contacted us and said the contract needed to be signed again because it was not correct. Now they will not stand behind the agreed two year same as cash/no interest sales pitch. They said the finance company will not extend that contract. That states 12 months of same-as-cash/deferred payments.Theirs no interest if they payed in full in the first 12 months. NO were in the contract states that the deferred payments are for 24 months. In the contract it clearly states that the price is 6,500 and that the minimum monthly payment is 1.50% factor, which is $98 monthly. We have all original documentation of everything that it was offered to the customer, and we are able to submit those copies to you.
