I am the customer service manager with AR500 Armor responding to this complaint. I have researched this order and found no voicemails or emails from both of those given by the plaintiff. I have called both his contact phone numbers and left messages with no call backs received. Last contact was on...

[redacted] on June 13th. By this time, Daniel had already issued a charge back on his card. I do acknowledge that he was overcharged for one order #[redacted]. The total on that order was $78.00. He was overcharged because an associate ordered two of AR500 Armor’s Side Plate MOLLE Pouch (Pair) in black. He received the two pairs of the product and wanted to return the other for a refund.  According to the notes on the order, he called to ask us to send him a return label for the extra pouches and to refund the difference. On April 2, 2016, we voided his whole transaction of $78.00. The other order (#[redacted] Total:$849.71) had no problems except for delayed shipment, but was delivered on 6/13/16. There are no notes or known problems with this order.
