Thank you for the response. This customer hung up the phone and refused an explanation on how the meter is read. The customer turned off service 2/27 and new customer turned-on 3/6, this customer requested a re-read on 3/13; the new customer reading acquired on 3/6 was the same as the reading when the meter was turned off 2/27. Attempted to explain any reading now is a reading for an existing customer which has been recorded a reading also on 3/17 for the new customer who has turned off service. If the customer needs additional information, the customer is free to contact customer service.

reasonable. This really should be a common practice with the electrical companies, and should not require us to escalate to an outside source to help resolve. But I do thank you Revdex.com for being there to help all of us consumers have businesses treat their customers in the manner that they should.

The customer was contacted 2/26/15 and advised to make payment starting in March; customer was also advised if unable to make payment or make payment online to let company know. There was no response from the customer until 4/22/15 when the New Orleans Revdex.com sent notice. The payment was...
not made in March as agreed therefore this is not a company error and this amount will not be removed. If payments are made it will be reported as paid.

The customer was contacted 9/28/15, the reading the customer provided on 9/15 is in line with the regular read on 9/17; the meter is read each month and account is not billed on an average. The customer was offered information for an energy auditor for the location and she declined; the...
customer had a concern regarding rate, the customer was referred to the website regarding rate information, many factors goes into calculating the bill and did not have that readily available to discuss with the customer; the customer stated no further discussion and hung up. There are no adjustments to be made to the account.
We reviewed the account and appears a payment was made at a walk-in payment center on 3/23/2016. If you would like to discuss this matter further, please contact customer service support.

I am rejecting this response because:I was eventually contacted twice by Entergy after I had complained to the Revdex.com ironically, I was and I re-iterate not contacted prior to the work being done neither do they have the right to carry out such work without an easement and or permit, neither of which they have, I have given them an opportunity to put it right, Law Suit pending --- Unacceptable response!!

Entergy provide several options such as Pick-A-Date program, level-billing and text message reminder, to assist customers to pay before disconnection to avoid additional fees. The customer was notified as indicated below of the additional deposit if the service is disconnected. A courtesy...
ajustment for the deposit was granted June 2014. The account has been deliquent, therefore additional deposits have been charged since then. Please note that your account is past due. Payment of $_________must be received before 5:00 PM, on 11/28/2014, the last day to pay, or your service will be scheduled for disconnection on or after 12/1/2014. If any portion of the past due amount shown above is due to a returned payment, you could be subject to disconnection at any time. If payment is not received by the date and time indicated, you may also be billed an additional $50.00 deposit. IF SERVICE IS DISCONNECTED....Before service is reconnected you must pay $--------- PLUS, a Reconnection Fee of $50.00 Total ...⇄ $---------The account is billed correctly and no credit will be issued to the account.
