Arcadia is a big SCAM. No star at all
I have been scammed. We paid 12,000 for several weeks of vacation at $399.00 per week. One year later we have yet to find a hotel for $399 a Week. Now we were charged 18,000 to become elite and have unlimited vacation to nowhere because they don't have availability anywhere. We have been scammed. This company should be closed down for scamming the elderly. WHAT A SCAM!

+1

Beware!
This is a bait & switch scam. We paid $49 for two "free" nights in their hotel in St. Petersburg, FL, provided we sat through a "short presentation" about their company. We ended up spending 2 1/2 hours being bamboozled by a sideshow barker who kept repeating that, if we joined, we could stay anywhere in the world for $398 a week. There is also a $295 annual membership fee. The catch is you have to pay $30,000 or $60,000 for this! And the two "free" nights? When we called to reserve, we were told it's another $50 and it will take several days to see if the room is available! A total scam! Beware!

+8

False advertising of the terms of the agreement, including the cancellation of membership. Unauthorized withdrawal of funds from bank/credit accounts.
Extremely unhappy with the service after weeks of trying to cancel membership after being flat out lied to both during the presentation and sign up process (was told multiple times and assured by both the sales rep and sales manager that the company would work with us if we changed our minds), and after the fact. Was told that we were purchasing an account that was repurchased from another customer, and that if we were unable or unwilling to continue the membership the company would repurchase from us.

After sending a letter to the corporate office and being ignored, then finally getting a call back after revoking authorization for autopay, they lied again saying that "a bank owns our loan" and that our credit had been pulled at the time of signup, both of which were a complete fabrication. When we asked for the name and information of the supposed bank that owned the loan, we were then told they did not know that information and would have to call us back with that information. This was told to us on multiple phone calls, that the name and information of the bank holding the loan was not known by multiple representatives we spoke to over the phone. Was then told over the phone that they (whoever we were talking to) had no knowledge of the company repurchasing memberships, and that this was something they have heard of happening before but could not answer for a sales representative providing false information at the time of purchase. We were then told we would receive a call back from a supervisor, which never came.

After several additional attempts at calling to speak to someone (they always claim to be forwarding your info for a call back that never comes), they have now enrolled a 3rd party company to auto draft from my bank account, something I again have NOT agreed to nor authorized. They have now called to discuss "concerns about our account" only AFTER we stopped payment.

We have not used ANY of the promised free nights, gifts, or offers, and during the 2nd run-around phone call while trying to request to cancel, their answer was that we should "watch the orientation video". The only communications we have received after the first 2 phone calls have been from the finance department asking for a different payment method as we have had our bank stop payments, along with a threatening letter stating they were giving our bank information to this 3rd party company.

Desired Outcome

Cancellation of membership. After being lied to, we would like to recoup some of the almost $2000 In losses that we have paid in for no services.

Ms ***,

Our goal for you is simple: to insure that you have great vacations for your family for years to come. You purchased a 5 week package from us on 03-20-2019. To date, you have not gone on any vacations nor have you requested to take any. Our team has been at the ready to help you consistently since that time - and we are ready today!

In response to various notes in your letter: you have provided no dates, times, or staff which you have spoken to. Further, and likely more important, we have a clear and legal process to cancel any purchase which any customer can exercise; yet, you did not follow the simple written protocols. In fact it was months after you purchased when you first requested a cancellation and for no specific reason. At no time have you attempted to utilize your highly valuable program which you purchased.

Related to your note concerning your finance contract: at the time of purchase, you chose to finance your program. You suggested that somehow you were mis-informed about this transaction? A finance contract was signed and authorized directly by you (you were provided copies of all of the documentation). It clearly outlined the note as required by state and/or federal laws. Equiant is the loan servicer and the custodian for the lender who follows all legal protocols concerning communication and documentation. You are welcome to speak to Equiant at any time as you know.

In conclusion, it is our extreme desire to insure that you are a raving fan about our/your vacation program. I know today, you feel completely unsatisfied; however, if you utilize what you purchased, we promise great vacations and terrific value. We stand at the ready to service your needs. We will further extend a modification of your current note as well as immediately book travel to one of the Arcadia or RCI/Wyndham properties if you can see clear to start things with a clean slate and let us earn your praise.

(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
As I have stated multiple times repeatedly, both in a physical letter and on the phone with representatives, I do not want to spend more money on any vacation or business that has anything to do with this company. Anytime the topic of cancelling my membership comes up, the topic is changed to Arcadia attempting to get me to take a vacation. I have still yet to receive ANY information or documentation on how to cancel, nor have I been contacted regarding a refund. The only letters and emails I have gotten are them asking for MORE money. I have also not recieved any information regarding what "bank" owns my "loan", which is a lie in and of itself as I was told that the financing was wholly in-house. Furthermore, Arcadia is now claiming to be a debt collector in
the latest letter. Until I am contacted EXPLICITLY to have my membership canceled or my monies refunded, I do not want to receive any communications from this company.

Financing associate was rude, unprofessional and demoralizing.
My significant other and I attended a presentation and was interested in purchasing with our representative Jen. Everything was going fine until we sat down with financing associate Haileigh. Haleigh was belittling, demoralizing and extremely rude to the point where we had to get up and remove ourselves from the establishment because of the treatment we received. After talking with Haileigh, she was able to move numbers around to try to accommodate to us. When we voiced questions about the flexibility she became very irritable, walking away from our table only to return and look at our sales associate Jen in the face and say to her: "These people don't have a clear understating of what I'm trying to tell them and maybe you can let me know when they figure out the concept of a simple interest loan" right in front of us, rudely and condescendingly. She also proceeded to tell us that we weren't on her level of priority because she had a paying customer that was ready to check out. It wasn't in a professional manner, even Jen seemed taken back by it. We voiced to Jen that we aren't comfortable purchasing from a company that treats their customers so poorly and received awful treatment from then on out. We spoke to a wonderful woman who checked us out at the end and she helped us fill out a customer satisfaction paper. When we signed up for the event we were told we would receive a gas gift card for attending the presentation but it ended up being a reimbursement voucher. They advertised to us saying it was a pressure free atmosphere but we wasted a day giving our time to a company who lied, treated us poorly and wasn't precise about their intentions. The 90 minute presentation turned into 4 hours of chaos. We wouldn't recommend.

Desired Outcome

Hiring customer specialist who are professional. Clearly advertising. Reimbursement of time, travel and being treated poorly.

Arcadia Resorts Response • Nov 20, 2019

It is always Arcadia Resort's desire to insure that each of our guests has a Wonderful Vacation experience. We are saddened that *** has gone to the Revdex.com without giving us the opportunity to satisfy her concerns or issues which she has. We consistently make all efforts to hire professional sales and customer service representatives. We apologize for any situation which may have caused any of our valued customers to feel disrespected. We have addressed Ms ***'s comments with all of our team. They fully understand the need to handle all customers with the utmost respect, care and concern.

Related to Ms ***'s gift card complaint. One of the premium offerings customers request are gas certificates. The certificate document states the terms and conditions regarding the rules, it's value, and the basic protocol to redeem the benefits (this is not an Arcadia Resorts product). The customer received the gift as promised, just not in the form of a card from a specific gas company that she had desired. We apologize for any confusion which caused her to not understand this offering completely. We are putting in new disclosure protocols in place to better explain the exact details of any third party complimentary gifts.

At the end of each interaction with a consumer, whether they become members or not, we ask for a customer satisfaction form to be completed. This information helps our company to continually improve and better serve our customers and guests.

We energetically extend an invitation to Ms *** to contact us and discuss her concerns. She can call our customer service team at XXX-XXX-XXXX. Our goal would be simple, to resolve her complaint and ask her to either withdraw her complaint or send a positive parallel letter to the Revdex.com reflecting her satisfaction.

Thank You,
Arcadia Resorts Customer Service Team

I believe this company uses bait and switch because of my experience with them
Member ID number is dhXX-XXXXX This account opened on or before August 29th of 2018. Last person I dealt with was Brianna H. phone number XXXXXXXXXX. On that date or right before I was pulled into a free demo of what was told to me was not time share. This was a lie I tried for a year to set a vacation date and was never able to get that any date I feel this bait and switch company ripped me off for almost $5000.

Desired Outcome

This company already knew they were wrong in dealing with me and actually released me from any more payments to them except for the yearly maintenance. And maintenance I was told is only do if you use the property which I did not for the whole time I've been there.

Arcadia Resorts Response • Sep 30, 2019

(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
thank you for trying to help me in this matter. They, Arcadia and Prestige Collection -Harbourside at Marker 33 are trying to force me to give them one more chance but I have been promised three different times for three different resolutions with these people and they just do not keep their word. I have made it very clear that all I wont from them at this time is a full refund. I do not trust them to follow through on anything any of them say that they will do to fix this on going problem. the last two customer service people I spoke with I made it clear all I want from them now is a refund and to neverr to hear their name again. This problem has been going on for over a year now. 1. the first encounter prize was never given to me ( a trip was on my ticket) 2. I was told by the rep that they will have a training class for me and Prestige Collection 6. -Harbourside at Marker 33 will put me up for 2 nights and a class for me in the morning. They put me in a ratty hotel room not one of the nicer rooms that they showed me after the sales pitched (every disappointing of a room) AND the next morning I waited 2 very long hours for a class that they did not set up...nobody had a clue how3. I tried to set up some vacations in Michigan, in Ireland, Panama City Beach and Guymon Ok and had no luck at all with places for the $300 a week. That was the big sales pitch.4. I tried to drop them a few months ago and the man I talked with said he will f\ ill feelings by forgiving the balance on the contract. He told me the package would stay the same and he lied. they reduced my package.5. tried again to book, Panama City again.NO LUCK6. Steve from Atlanta customer service called me to see what he could do for me after I posted a negative review on the company. He left me saying he is going to work out the refund for me. Nothing did I ever hear back from him (lies) .Now for the last moth or so I have heard from two other people from Atlanta and the last one had the nerve start yelling at me over the phone. I had to ask him two times not to yell at me.
I do not want any encounters with these people unless they need me to sing for my refund.
Again thank you for trying to help me.
Sincerely

We remain apologetic that Ms *** is not completely satisfied with her membership. It is our clear goal to exceed her expectations. Our Senior Customer Service Manager recently called Ms. and attempted to ascertain her reasons for her dissatisfaction. Ms. outlined a number of scenarios which were simply untrue about reservations that she was unable to garner. We outlined the specific reservation Ms. booked using her pre-paid discounted nights she has at the resort and then subsequently canceled for no apparent reason (with no penalty we should add). We extended an open invitation to Ms *** to provide us a request of her dream vacation so we would could make it come true. Ms *** ranted about trips to Michigan and Ireland that she had already tried to get, we explained to her that neither Arcadia, nor Wyndham/RCi shows any evidence of her claims. She then proceeded to say that "I want nothing," "I am too old and broke" to take a vacation anyway and "I want nothing from you people." Again we attempted to find any way for her to try and discuss how we can insure that she got benefit from her purchase, she said "keep my money, I don't care about any of this." We remain ready and willing to try and provide Ms. value for her purchase.

This company can say nothing to me that I will ever believe. They have proven that they don't take good notes From calls into their center. The people I have been talking to are supposedly in upper management and they are going by the notes that are not there that is not my problem. All I want from these people is a refund and if they can't do that then I don't wanna discuss it anymore. I will just keep this bitter taste in my mouth for anyone who communicate to me about them. Even the last person I spoke with cannot take good notes. I did not say I want nothing from them because I do want A refund.

My family and I stayed in the 2 bedroom condo and an additional studio. The Check in process was easy and they even gave us information with a map to all the food restaurants in the area. We rented a boat with was docked adjacent the the resort.
The units were very nice and comfortable. Enough space for our whole family. We also received tickets to the water park which the kids loved. Beds were comfortable and the kitchen was fully stocked with essential appliances you would need. Our patio over looked the water park so it was nice to people watch. Very relaxing. Whenever we needed toilet paper and anything else they were quick to respond. This is one of the nicest resorts we have ever stayed in. Super friendly staff My family and I will definitely be coming back! Thanks harbourside for an amazing experience.

All the benefits of a vacation membership without the hidden fees. Best membership out there!

Viewed the Arcadia Resort Club. Promised to receive 2 gifts. After the presentation I was only giving one. I asked about it and was lied to.
Promises 2 gifts to view the presentation from Arcadia Resorts Club. We viewed the presentation on July 19 2019. After the presentation we went to collect the gifts we were promised. We only received one and not both. I asked the girl and stated to her we were to receive both gifts for coming in. We left with only one gift. I noted the gift card was given out to others. This company is not honest. When you lie about this what other things will you lie about to get your money?

Desired Outcome

The gift card I was promised.

Lied to and totally wasted my time and travel expenses incurred
I was called and notified that I won a prize. When I spoke to them I was told I was guaranteed to get one of three prizes; car or $25,000; 7 day cruise or condo in Cabo's; or a 40" Smart HD ULTRA TV. Told it was no sales, no timeshare; no real estate. Just a tour of their business. Made an appointment for Sunday at 3:30 pm. I show up and they Don't have my name and won't even honor the offer said they didn't know who he was or the confirmation number wasn't their system. They refused to help in anyway other than making an appointment for another time. I even spoke to the division Mgr he said he didn't know us so what could he do. Waste of my time, gas and being lied to plus their unprofessional employees. This is a scam!

Desired Outcome

Reimbursement for gas and the prize I was guaranteed

will not refund my money
ON April 18, 2019 My husband and I signed a contract with Arcadia Resorts LLC. stating that we had 5 business days to cancel. We were told to cancel this agreement we had to send a certified letter to Arcadia Resorts LLC 150 Governor's Square Suite E Peachtree City, Georgia 30269 within 5 business days. We were told that the date that it is stamped from the post office is the date everything is cancelled. I certified that letter to them on April 23, 2019, which is only 3 business days. I have my receipts from the post office and also a signature card where they received it. On April 22, 2019 they charged my credit card $6958.00 I have attempted to call them, they have a recording that you can not leave a message on. I went down through their directory and left messages for someone to call me back about this matter. I emailed them and to date no one will call me.

Desired Outcome

I want my $6958.00 returned to me

Customer Response • Jun 25, 2019

My money has been refunded.
Thank You very much for your help

This was the worst experience I have ever had in my 28yrs of being on this earth. I was promised a 3/2 from a hotel of my choice within 300 locations to choose from, a $50 visa, and a 7day cruise all for the purchase of $49. The only catch was that my family and I attend an 90min open house located in Indian rocks beach. After driving for over 1hr, We finally arrived and I was treated so horribly in front of my 4yr old daughter and 10yr old son. It was very disheartening and no where near the type of treatment I want displayed in front of my kids. I'm not sure why I was treated so badly, because I didn't do or say anything wrong. Maybe it's because I'm African American or a member of the LGBTQ community. Never in a million years have I ever felt so unwelcomed and humiliated. The owner Dan G. and Chris S. are very rude individuals, they have no sense of professional or respect for others. We received nothing we were promised and I'm still waiting to receive my refund of $49. I will never do business with this company again. Worst experience of my entire life!!!

+2

I'm not surprised. We got taken for $49 too. I wonder how much dough these grifters take in at $49 a pop. They kept repeating in their presentation that they had "gifts" for us. The only "gift" was the certificate for two nights at one of their places, which we had already paid $49 for! We got sucked in by a sidewalk huckster who sold us the $49 deal and we "only" had to sit through a brief presentation! Which was actually a bait & switch operation that wanted thousands of dollars. Really misleading! And they won't even give us the "free" room for the two nights we paid for! Now they want another $50 and "don't know if the room's available when you want it." Baloney!

I attended a presentation by Arcadia Resorts, based on this presentation, I signed up only to find when I returned back from vacation that what was presented and sold is NOT what is being afforded. Since I was staying in Florida for 2 1/2 weeks, did not have access to a computer, so when I did get home and attempted to make reservations for future travel, found that the pricing was far from the presentation, and to find any dates, impossible. I called and was told that they would see what they could do, but when all is said and done, based on just going through the various resorts and hotels, it would take me many years to recoup what I spent for this acceptance. I feel that it was deceptive advertising and feel duped and I just want to be able to cancel this. I signed up on 3/1/19 and returned back home on 3/19/19 and I know that I have passed the 5 day period of cancelling with no penalty, but I have written and talked to various people at Arcadia and feel that they do not care about me just that they made a sale. Whatever you can do will be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance for your time and consideration in reviewing my complaint.

Services do not match advertisements. We were pressured into a agreement that you do not gain access to the product for weeks.
In january of 2019 we went to a presentation at Aracadia Resorts. We were told the sales pitch then were given a tour of the property. Our sales rep told us if we signed up today we would recieve a free week at the indian rocks resort on top of the other freebies we were offered. We were also told that the resorts listed on their website were always significantly discounted compared to other websites. Multiple examples were shown of great savings but sadley once we recieved our membership account we logged in to find that its just not true.

So we signed the contract think we were to recieve a free week at the indian rocks location but only after signing everything we were told that the free week is given after the year membership is complete. Although is was presented as a bonus for signing up and paying the deposit today.

Additionally it takes weeks to recieve you login information for the Arcadia Membership Portal. Upon logging in and reviewing prices they were nothing like what we were shown in the presentation. Either the resorts were super exspensive or in a location we would never go.

We have booked 2 vactions since signing up for this Membership. One vacation was booked on Groupon. The second was booked off Expedia and was the exact same resort as the arcadia site, same dates but significantly cheaper on Expedia.

Arcadia resorts is not what they advertise, Its a bait and switch scheme, to get you to sign up and lock you into a contract. Then they will call and threaten to report you to the credit bureaus.

Desired Outcome

Since the services do not match the advertisements we want a full refund. Additionally we would like our free week at the Indian Rocks location. This was truly a bait and switch. We are a young family and were looking foward to using this company to plan our vacations. But the services/product did not match the sales presentation.

Arcadia is attempting to force me to remain in a membership that I have expressed numerous times that I want to cancel. I am within my rights to do so
I went into the presentation, on the referral of a friend, and afterward, was offered a "deal", especially because I am a military veteran. I was told at that time that I could cancel the membership at any time, with the knowledge that any money I have paid into the membership would be forfeit at that time. I have expressed to numerous individuals, as I'm bounced around from department to department, that I want to end my membership, only to be told that they can't do anything about it, unless I just want to make changes to my loan in order to remain a member. This is not only a direct opposite of a failsafe that I was promised was procedural, I'm also not getting any genuine help for basic information that I'm asking for. Customer service is lacking, having at one point calling to report that I was double charged and I was never contacted by those that said they would contact me. And that time is counting as that was over a month ago, and I still haven't received a call yet. Just from today, I have been on the phone for a cumulative 2+ hours being bounced around and have gained no information from the amount of time that I have invested, other than numerous people giving me varying details as to how to cancel. I've been told (today) that I can cancel with a certified letter sent to an address, and the following phone call told me that I can not cancel, and the following said I should just not pay it. This is built like a Ponzi scheme, like an MLM. They are taking advantage of people's finances and robbing people blind, with false securities of how things will work, only to go back on their word. If they have "deals" for veterans, that means, to me, that they are likely defrauding other veterans also and that makes me furious. I am completely prepared to take legal action and to reach out to Veterans Services, if only to provide information that would be a warning to would be customers and veterans alike.

Desired Outcome

I want my membership cancelled and I don't even care about getting the thousands back that I've already lost. I don't want to be taken advantage of by these people anymore. They are all smiles while trying to get you to pay them, but are non-existent and completely useless with providing you basic information once you start to have complaints. I didn't see any negative reviews for them, but have started to see many pop up recently. That lets me know I'm not alone and that somebody needs to look into this.

Hello,

The company (two associates) did contact me. The first, Christopher I., who I was told previously was the manager of his section and whom I had previously been patches through to, called me and told me if they couldnt do anything that would make me want to keep my membership, they would cancel as requested. I asked for that in writing and have not received any correspondence. This was at least a month ago, so I should have received something by now. Some days later, I received a call from another associate, whose name I did not receive, that she was calling because my payment was due. I informed her that I had already spoken with Christopher I. and that he informed me that my membership would be cancel led, and that I was awaiting written confirmation. At that time, she told me that I could not cancel my membership and that they would seek legal action if I didnt pay. I told her that that was directly against what was previously told to me, and by a manager at that, and that she should have their lawyer call me. It has also been weeks since her phone call and I have not received a call nor voicemail from anyone identifying themselves as legal representation or from the legal team of RCI or Arcadia Resorts. Please let me know if there is anything else I can provide. Thank you!

I was called by their telemarketing company; sounded like they were from India. Spent 30 minutes on the phone, put on hold and transferred three different times before I finally hung up. A lot of double talk really. Note to your marketing department: it's irritating to busy, professional people to be subjected to 30min on my cell phone, saying 5min worth of information and confirmation.

+1

we have not received the products or services that were presented to us in the sale of the vacation club. Web site issues, getting my exchange approv
We have had issues from the first time we tried to use the prestige/arcadia web site. I have tried to exchange through RCI multiple time and the vacation club has still not approved my deposit or exchange. I had to request the RCI log in information because it wasnt sent to RCI. There sales practices that say they are cheapest is not true, you can get for same price on other web sites. I have spent more time trying to use this vacation club than I would have on ***.

Desired Outcome

I want all my funds that i paid in including the down payment.

This guest has been taken care of and is now satisfied. This was merely a reservation concern.

(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
Sales pitch doesn't match what you really get. Don't have a set week so you don't know how many points you have. Deposited a week and 2 weeks later RCI said they didn't have approval, also per the point calculator I had 33 points when it finally got approved I got 25. I still feel there is misrepresentation in the sales pitch. There benefits are not through Prestige/ Arcadia such as hotel discounts usually match the other sites such as ***. They give you money to spend to take off hotel cost but it prices are nearly under *** or like sites, example hotel room .95 cents less because they used the money that they give you. Also it not easy to prove that they are lower than any other site.

Also I thought I could stay at the Indian rocks resort with out paying the RCI fee. Basically I paid $10000 for vacation club and 9 weeks but still have to pay around $300 exchange fee

I still feel this is pretty much a scam

This Member was offered exactly what was promised when having the opportunity of trading their membership time to other locations around the world through RCI.
We have offered every form of assistance requested by this member. We will continue to offer the assistance this member needs to continue to travel and enjoy his membership as his benefits will offer him the ability to do so.

This hotel is absolutely awful. They change your room on you after you have already booked (and paid) and then either attempt to get you to pay more to upgrade to the room you originally paid for OR offer you an additional 'sofa bed? which they also attempt to make you pay for. Additionally, it's an absolute scam because the passes to the waterpark are only provided when you allow them to give you a tour so they can attempt to sell you a timeshare on the property. Disgusting.
Product_Or_Service: Hotel rental

Desired Outcome

Other (requires explanation) I want the original room I paid for which was a room to accommodate 5 people and not 4 with 1 person forced to sleep on the floor

This is just to clarify this guest has not arrived to our property, this is a prior to arrival complaint.
This guest booked through *** the guest booked a hotel suite and when they realized that this accommodation sleeps 4 and there are 5 guests in their party and that they were not booked in our one bedroom condo they became dissatisfied with the realization of the cost difference. This was brought to my attention just as of yesterday 8-09-2018. This guest was confirmed and We have upgraded them into a one bedroom condo for their stay for only $30 additional per night as well as we are offering them water park passes for all 5 members in their family, we are consistent with our motto of under promise and over deliver.
This guest shared with us that they are flying in early in the day on 8-10-2018 and we also offered a check-in time of noon so that the guest can maximize their relaxation for the full day of arrival. Our standard check-in time is 4 pm.

The guest is extremely satisfied with this proactive response to their concern to assure a wonderful experience at our resort.

Regards

Craig K.

This guest was refunded their $75 immediately, when guest requested the money back . This did take a day more than guest was anticipating.

They promised us things that never happened. We feel baited and lied to.
On May 10th, 2018 we went to Arcadia Resorts for a presentation. They told us if we went we would get a cruise and 2 airlines tickets. We attended and we were very impressed. We spoke to Shawna H. the director of Sales and we told her we need a hotel for the weekend of May 25th-28th if she can get that for us we are in so she showed us that their was a resort available for $18 at Star Island Resort so she explained that they will have to get the resort through in-house because we wouldn't be able to reserve it through our account just yet so we signed up thinking she was going to do it. I felt this was a reliable company and we travel a lot so this would help. The next day I texted her and she responded by asking me to send her all the information to the email so I did. I did not hear back so I texted andcall 3 days later and she responded by texting she is working on it this went on for 12 days and finally on May 23rd she texted me to to give her the dates again!!! 2 days before my sons's tournament. I responded I did not understand how she had been working on it without the dates that I had given her 3x already. At this point I felt betrayed and baited for the sale. I texted to let me know how to cancel this and also that I never received the gift of the cruise that we're suppose to mail in. She then texted it was on abckorder and that was it. My sons and I missed my oldest sons's *** tournament . My husband had to crash with another parent in Orlando because of this situation. She never called to explain or apologize . I spoke to Verlencia T. and she told me Cregg K. would get back to me to fix this problem because they want all their customers to feel satisfied and happy but no one called to fix it. I am very disappointed because my kids and husband had such high hopes about this resort and travel club.

Desired Outcome

We would like an apology and a full cancellation of this travel club. We would also like a vacation for our family on them because we missed our son's *** tournament.

This was solely a miscommunication , the guest is on property currently here at Prestige Collection with the family enjoying the resort using their membership benefits as well as with member referrals that they brought along with them to enjoy their stay. The *** family is completely satisfied with the service that has been rendered to their family and referrals!
