Ms [redacted] -You had set an appointment for 1/18/with [redacted] in which you cancelled The fact that the repair in still not done is not on us, it is now on you When I reached out to see if you had rescheduled the appointment you said you had, but couldn't have them do it until 1/31/ We have gone above and beyond to get this situation rectified, but at this point we need more cooperation from you I firmly dispute your complaint due to the facts of the matter If you would like your shower issue fixed, please make, and keep, the appointments that you setThank you -

Mr [redacted] came to the rental office because he wanted a maintenance technician to come to his property immediately to change his lightbulb We offered to go to his unit the very next day (even though it is in the lease agreement that the residents are responsible for changing light bulbs) he didn't care for that response to his request At this point Mr [redacted] became belligerent with the office staff, as he has done on other occasions when he has been in our office, and we asked him to leave Mr [redacted] refused to leave the office, and because this wasn't the first occasion that Mr [redacted] has acted in a threatening manner with the all female office staff, we called the police As far as stepping on Mr [redacted] 's foot, he was seated in a chair in the foyer with his feel spread out into the walkway When I tried to walk by, he refused to move his foot so I tried to step over it IF I did step on his foot, it was an accident while trying to get away from him, it certainly wasn't intentional The lease expires on 3/28/ We have the right, with the proper notice required by law, not to renew a lease We gave Mr [redacted] and Ms [redacted] days notice to vacate, even more time than the days that is required by law Due to the threatening manner in which Mr [redacted] treats the office staff, we are not willing to extend their move out date as requested

Ms [redacted] - We have in no way falsified any documents, nor have we been removed from participating in the Section program You rented the unit with full knowledge of what the price was HUD inspected the unit prior to move in and then annually thereafter, and it was approved for occupancy The truth of the matter is that you failed to pay your portion of the rent for months and you were asked to move out When you tried to sue us in small claims court you were unsuccessful because we had all of the proper documentaion and never falsified anything Even the judge could see that The balance due on the account is for unpaid rent, cleaning and damage chargesWe are entitled to receive payment and we will continue our collection efforts until your debt is paid in full

We absolutely NEVER liedHUD approved the unit and you lived there for over a year and they always paid YOU are the one that decided to stop paying the rent We have received a judgement for the amount in question and we are entitled to collect on it

We were specifically told by SHANNON A that all we had to pay was rent ($1399) plus the $flat rate for waterWe trusted her and signed the leaseTurns out the lease says we pay for most of the utilitiesWe called her and she went back on her wordthese people ARE greedy and despicableso basically we have to pay around $for a ONE BEDROOM!!!I have lived in a bedroom for that price! Her assistant Carla is in this despicable act as well as she is the leasing agentShe had posted on craiglist that all utilities are includedEVERYTHING was deleted as soon as we signed the contractI learned my lesson I'm just a college kid and I have to quit college just to keep up with moneyEntire pay check goes to rent...literally paying off my lifeGREEDY GREEDY GREEDY PEOPLE

I am very sorry that you did not like my response that I am the "highest" person that there is to speak to in our company, but that is fact While we appreciate all you did in the unit, [redacted] would never have approved you to install a doggie door into the fiberglass front door I understand that it simply could have been a misunderstanding, and I think that the cost we charged you to install a complete new door was more than fair We did not charge you any labor whatsoever to install the new door, just materials I do hope you find the minimal charges fair and have received the balance of your security deposit that was mailed to you on 8/10/2016, Thank you - [redacted]

Hi *** - As we have let you know, the pressure issue was an HOA matter due to the fact that your building has a central water heating system. We have received confirmation from the Management Company of *** *** that the pressure issue has been taken care of and now we
need to replace a valve in your shower. *** *** was given your information last week. I just followed up with them and they said they've been trying to get a hold of you. Have you received their messages? Please return their call ASAP to schedule the work in your shower. Their contact information is - *** *** - 760-720-*** or ***Or, as suggested by your attorney, if you do not want to use our plumber, you are welcome to use whomever you would like and submit an invoice for immediate reimbursement

I mailed in a page of proof that owners lied of unit sizes and over charged in rent and falsely gave section same proof I submitted everything please reopen I pushed wrong key but the management company put lies on my credit report and in court she knew judge and they never looked at none of the papers I have mailed to you please see all proof and stop this company they also go by Arcadian property management and my same unit I'm complaining over is for rent now for $800 less and now they claim bonus room

We absolutely NEVER lied. HUD approved the unit and you lived there for over a year and they always paid.  YOU are the one that decided to stop paying the rent.  We have received a judgement for the amount in question and we are entitled to collect on it.
