Myself, my husband and a friend attended Archangel Summit on October 19, 2019, which is an event that is put together with keynote speakers with the intent to inspire us "Dreamers" to push past our barriers and catapult our success that we so desire.
This event has 3 ticket options:
1) General Admission (lowest price)
2) Angel (medium price)
3) VIP (high price)
Each ticket option has special seating based on what you pay for.
We purchased Angel tickets. The event's seating plan was *** up that day and we ended up being kicked-off our seats due to disorganization and poor planning by the summit organizers. We were completely mistreated and due to this fiasco, ended up sitting in general admissions section for the morning session, and again with general admissions ticket holders who had sneaked into our section for the afternoon session.
Being that this event is put together to inspire us attendees and open our hearts to the possibility of realizing we could live our own "Superhero" lives, we did not receive the inspiration we were looking for because we were left anxious, disappointed, humiliated, confrontational and upset with the mistreatment of the seating humiliation. We could not participate in these inspiring discussions and chants of hopefulness. In our opinions, we did not receive what was promised: Inspiration.
The three of us have sent 4 emails in total and have not received a single response. We do not have the ability to call Archangel Academy because no telephone number is provided anywhere on their websites, on social media and in their emails.
We are requesting a refund for services not received.

Refund The three of us are requesting a refund for services not received. We did not receive the "transformative experience" we were promised.
Hi *** it's *** - I wanted to follow up with you directly.
First off, I apologize that you had a negative experience at Summit this year. To give a little context - we designed the seating map to be in the round so that there was less distance from the stage to people in the furthest rows and to create more of an intimate environment compared to previous years. We had allocated a few dozen volunteers to guide attendees to sections, but on the morning of the event over 20 volunteers didn't show up or had to be told to leave (many of them signed up as volunteers, probably with the intention of trying to score a free pass into the experience). This is why the morning seating challenges occurred.
I spend the entire year trying to design a memorable experience, and that's not how I ever want people to feel. Moving into next year's event, we've learned immensely from this and will not be using volunteers (only paid, trained event staffing) and a more simplistic seating chart with clear labels.
Secondly - I want to make this right. I'll get my team to refund your tickets (just let me know if you prefer an email transfer or credit card refund). And - to make this right, I'll also gift you 2 Dreamer tickets to Summit next year as well.
