Absolutely horrible. These people treat their tenants like the rats in their building. They lie and cheat. They hardly ever follow up with service requests until legal action is threatened. They are rude. The people in charge are ss who don't deserve half a cent of your rent. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. They promised a significant abatement on rent for a period in which tenants had no stoves/gas, and frequent unreliable access to water (hot or cold), let alone construction that ruined people's homes, affected their health, and let in rats/bugs. Absolutely horrible company.

archrock bought the building we live in 2 years ago. Since then, they haven’t provided heat consistently in winters or fixed leaks in spring (including warping walls.) they try to kick out existing tenants so that they can raise rents exponentially. They don’t pick up the trash promptly either. I have talked to neighbors and they have complaints as well. Bad company. Avoid doing business if possible.

This company has been horrible since the day my roommate and I moved into the apartment. They moved us into a newly renovated apartment that was not ready (without informing us); are extremely slow to respond to any request; constantly change focal points for contact and superintendents; fail to notify tenants of office closure and/or maintenance work; We once received a notice from *** stating that the power in the building had thousands of dollars overdue (while we have our own account and pay on time) and the power would be shut off if not paid. This was from a previous outstanding balance before we moved in and Archrock personnel failed to contact us about it. When we called to be sure our power would not be cut off, they were rude and and impatient with us, but told us it would be taken care of, as if we should have already known this. It seems whenever we have an issue (and we've had many), we are made to feel as if we are just complaining for no reason and things only get done once we've called many times. I am currently trying to move out and have secured a new tenant, but it has been stalled for almost a month because the staff will not respond to my requests even though I have provided all the proper paperwork. Horrible management, horrible customer service and extremely slow on maintenance requests.
