Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: the technician was called to solve the ice building problem and got paid to fix the core problem and not just to install the fanA trained monkey can plug out an old equipment and plug in the new one, we do not require a professional technician for thatTechnician himself called days before the visit and mentioned that he will fix the core problem with $extra paymentI asked him to bring a copper thread as well so if it is a draining issue which is building the ice, that would be solvedbut he only changed the fan and did not even touch anything else which is unacceptableSincerely, [redacted]

Technician found that there is an ice build up on evaporator cover and fan motor noisyWill have to replace the evaporator cover assemblytotal cost would be $379.23, and we will give a day warranty

Absolutely atrocious service, booked service call mentioned the model number of machine, told them what part was required but serviceman comes to the door 8:PM when he was booked for between 4-5PM and charges me for a diagnostic and service call just to tell me that the part I told him was burnt was in fact burnt Took weeks to repair, left parts behind on the floor, water all over the floor which I had to clean up Told me a hose was one price on the phone and charged me more and said he didn't tell me the price on the phone Was always late for every booked appointment and never called to say he would be late Will not ever deal with this company ever again

Artic Appliance represent *** Warranty arm for *** as this is what my claim is referring to:
Artic is representing *** in my area, I go through all the necessary steps at *** to be left hanging with no response from them in days !!!!!
I call back the *** on the day and I am being told Artic received this
Claim on January (days old) and its really out of their hands contact Artic
So as seems to be the way of the world these days the Consumer has to chase down the service people and fight on the phone just to get service !!!!
I have left a message with the Sales consultant at Trail Appliance letting him, know as well we will not purchase anything from them due to the lack of service that we have paid forThis is the most important part in my opinion as this is the after sales experience that bring us back next time

I received my repaired dishwasher back yesterdayThe price was $less than expected and she said they would offer a year of warrantyAt this point, I'm happy with a functional dishwasher at a reduced rate

We cannot give an accurate estimate over the phone as we do not know the extent of the problem with the washerThe washer is a front load and it takes approx1- 1/hours to take apart washer, labor rate is $per hour
When the
washer was brought in, we were told that it was not draining and that there maybe a sock stuck, there was no mention of any noise when washer used
The tech hooked up the washer and found the drain hose was plugged, cleared the drain hose and tested the washerIt was working good, draining goodTech did not see the need to take apart washerTold customer that the total was $
Customer picked up washer
Customer called saying that the washer was never even looked at, I know it was because I did a load of laundry in itI agreed to pay for the shipping to have the washer sent back to us and to have it taken apart on the word of the customer swearing that there were socks stuck in itAfter the washer was torn apart, there were NO SOCKS to be found anywhere in the washerIt was discovered that the rear tub bearing was worn and caused-the inner tub to wear out the front tub shellThe inner tub was also very rusty

She said not to repair, just put it back together and ship it back
I told her that because there were NO SOCKS found in the washer, she would have to pay the labor to reassemble it and have it shipped backShe refinedI do not think that it is justified to have to pay our tech to take apart and put back together the washer which takes approx- - hours for only $

he gets overbooked some days,
which is no excuse for it taking so long to get your dishwasher fixed

I don't know what sort of compensation you are looking for, when your extended
warranty is finished we are prepared to offer you one free repair of your dishwasher if
needed

A trained monkey can plug out an old equipment and plug in the new one, we do not require a professional technician for that. Technician himself called 2 days before the visit and  mentioned that he will fix the core problem with $100 extra payment. I asked him to bring a copper thread as well so if it is a draining issue which is building the ice, that would be solved. but he only changed the fan and did not even touch anything else which is unacceptable. Our fridge decided to stop and we called Arctic Appliance. I had to leave a message and was called back by Eric within 5 min. I asked many questions about prices and experience, etc and he was very polite and patient. When I called back to make the appointment, I received an appointment for the next day with a two hour window. He showed up at the beginning of the two hour window. My fridge was fixed in minimal time with a cost less than I was expecting. He did not try to sell me something I did not need. A very personable and knowledgeable man. Highly recommend this company!!
