To Whom It May Concern, In response to [redacted] ***'s complaint we would like to state, and remind [redacted] ***, that at the time of delivery of his vehicle he was informed that he would have to go to Connecticut to take the vehicle for any inspection the State of Connecticut may require before Ardmore Nissan could complete his title workThis is true for any vehicle purchased in Pennsylvania and registered out of StateThis was explained to [redacted] and it was also offered to him that since he has dual residency, as his employment is in Pennsylvania, it may be a better idea that he title and register the vehicle in Pennsylvania [redacted] elected not to do thisHe chose to maintain his drivers license and insurance in the state of Connecticut, even though the vehicle would primarily be driven and garaged in PennsylvaniaAt that point it was 100% in [redacted] ***'s hand to drive to Connecticut and bring back an original vehicle inspection form so that we could complete the Connecticut registration process Ultimately, after approximately months going back and forth between [redacted] ***, [redacted] , who handles our out of State title work, and after rejections from the State of Connecticut of his title work The rejection reasons included the fact that his Connecticut address was on his Pennsylvania insurance card, [redacted] finally agreed to get a Pennsylvania drivers licenseOnce that happened his title work was expedited by us and at our cost, through Harrisburg and the situation was resolvedWe also refunded him any overage of sales tax and/or motor vehicle fees that were collected for Connecticut registrationWhen we first received [redacted] ***'s Revdex.com complaint, he was directly contacted by the owner of Ardmore Nissan, MrDavid S*MrS [redacted] wanted to try to assuage [redacted] ***'s concerns and offer to assist him in any way possible, as he does with any client that is not completely happy with their experience at Ardmore NissanThe result of that phone call was that [redacted] told MrS [redacted] that he was very busy and that he would return his call directlyThat failed to happen as MrS [redacted] has not heard from [redacted] since he reached out to himIf there is any further information or if we can be of any further assistance, pleae don't hesitate to contact me directlySincerely, Chrystopher M [redacted] General Manager Ardmore NIssan

Let's clarify this in simple termsYou purchased a car you didn't lease itAnd in both cases, it's your car, and you are responsable for maintenence and repairsIf there was no extended warranty purchased, the cost of repairs goes with the owner of the carThese are things that come with owning a carThe car WAS checked out through our shopThe car DID pass state inspectionThe responsability of repairing a car is the OWNER of the cars responsability

Customer spoke with Gary S*** , and was supposed to come in on Monday 9/for us to look at it. If the dent was part of the deal and on a "we owe" it needs to be scheduled for repairThe other concers we will look at when the customer comes in

I am rejecting this response because: I do not trust anything these people sayAgain with the liesThere is a reason I did not answer Mike's one call on May 4th I did not want him feeding me a bunch of liesI wanted a response in writingI wanted proofI was lied to when I received service and he sure enough sat right there and lied saying he tried contacting me a few timesHe called one time and left one voicemail which I still have saved on my phoneI'm sorry but I do not accept this responseIt's oddly strange to me that your system was down the day in questionWhy not just say that when I asked about the recall before I paid my money? I asked them to explain the whole issue before I paid for the service and no one mentioned their system was downThis was the absolute worst service I ever receivedAnd I will not be backUnfortunate for me because this was a good location since Firestone is right next doorBut I don't like being lied toAnd Mike's little white lie about calling me a few times just proved to me no one in this dealership can be trusted.

Let's clarify this in simple terms. You purchased a car you didn't lease it. And in both cases, it's your car, and you are responsable for maintenence and repairs. If there was no extended warranty purchased, the cost of repairs goes with the owner of the car. These are things that come with owning a car. The car WAS checked out through our shop. The car DID pass state inspection. The responsability of repairing a car is the OWNER of the cars responsability.
