Hello We have informed the customer that we are not responsible for the phones breaking as it does say on our packaging , we have offered to give the customer a refund for the product or a replacement , Our product is a tempered glass screen protector Our product does help as an extra layer of
protection to your devices screen But that does not mean it can protect it from big falls or any other extra added impact that can be with excessive force .Also if the device gets hit on a corner that can cause a damage to your screen Our screen protector cannot save that eitherWe are sorry devices broke We do feel bad Unfortunately we cannot pay for the damage that has been caused for the phones, as I am sure you understand that daily we would get emails demanding that even if our screen protector was not on the device There is no way to know how the SCREENS broke I would like to be clear our screen protectors did not break the devices Placing a tempered glass on your device will not break the device The impact of a fall will Our warranty is clearly stated on the package Let me know how we can fix this
