Review: I was taken out of classes by [redacted] over issues dealing with transcripts that was said to have been completed before starting classes. [redacted] the Senior Director of Admissions harassed me to get transcripts which she states Argosy could not obtain yet I was able to do so within 10 minutes of contacting the college institution. The emails were always sent just when I thought everything was completed, , they were never timely but each time, I was able to get [redacted] what she needed. I had launched my two classes on the portal for the fall and attended class on 27 Aug 2015. Upon signing in, the system read I was not in any classes. The financial advisor, responding to an email sent the day before, is the one who informed me that I was no longer enrolled in class and that I was backed out of all classes as if I had never attended. My new Academic advisor never responded to any emails sent. No one told me prior to me showing up for class anything/. [redacted] is now trying to state that she has given me all this time to get the transcripts and that I did not until 19 August, 2015-which is a blatant lie. In addition, I had issues getting paid as well for my attendance, however, the situation with [redacted] has exacerbated my issues of anxiety and worry over an issue that never should have happened. I completed and supplied all paperwork that [redacted] informed me was needed. [redacted] did not even acknowledge when she did receive transcripts that I ordered, but she did a great job harassing me weeks later about a missing transcript which I thought, was in the clear based on her lack of email courtesy. I am a % disabled Veteran. I served fours tours to include Iraq AND Afghanistan. My daily living consists of trying to handle in a reasonable way issues that exacerbate my condition./.but how can one do that with the Staff of Argosy as they clearly are not a Military Friendly School and should not be allowed to state that I never attended.Desired Settlement: The school needs to give me back the six credit hours that I took toward my Masters.

The University needs to apology for its staffs treatment of a disabled Veteran.
