Yes, the situation has been rectified. A nice, doctor called and said that the situation had been addressed. The rude employee has hopefully been terminated. Either way, I liked the doctor that called. Thanks for your help in this offensive matter. Have a great day everyone involved, from the doctor to the Revdex.com.

Thank you for bringing this to our attention. Patient was admitted on 4/14 and discharged on 4/17. Patient was only charged for 3 days. Patient's insurance plan does not allow waiving of ER fees if admitted.  Charge is appropriate.Aria Health

Due to a filing error on the complainents side, this claim was sent to bad debt. The error was corrected by Worker's Comp and she will no longer receive bills or be contacted by collections agencies.

thank you

I understand the Complainants frustration, but I can assure them that once this was brought to our attention following the 1/27 collections request, and the completion of the proper paperwork, the account was moved into the Worker's Comp process. As complainant notes, the last collection effort was dated 1/27 and she has not received anything since. This is because on 1/27 the account was removed from collections and she received exactly what she had demanded through the Revdex.com.   Santo

I am rejecting this response because:
This WILL BE my last response.!!! Your staff hasn’t informed me of NOTHING ON SEVERAL OCCASIONS . BY ALL MEANS LET BE HONEST.!! The only one person that stated that I wasn’t qualified was the disrespectful rep Marge.!!!! Your staff so you call them, has only stated that they will follow up or have someone to follow up with me.  Who expressed that was a DIRECTOR Cristina C[redacted] and NEVER ANY CALL BACKS WITH A RESOLUTION SO LETS NOT BE UNETHICAL.  Once from another DIRECTOR, KELLY H, once I left the voice message expressing my next steps in action. However, whatever way you state you have or have your staff to calculate the figuring of earnings once again I KNOW is inaccurate. Whatever way you state you ANNUALIZED configuring, needs to be reviewed or your staff needs to be TRAINED or RETRAINED properly on how to ADD/DIVIDE.  It’s easier said than done when you attempt to express resolving a manner without actually showing your configuring. Meaning your yearly ANNUALIZED CONFIGURING NEEDS TO BE REVIEWED.  As your staff rep, MARGE, quoted me a figure that I definitely know to be inaccurate. But, again I thank you for the incompetence that’s being displayed at/by ARIA ”TORRESDALE STAFF.

Review: I had an ultrasound done on December 12, 2012 at Aria Health, [redacted]. I paid a copay of $25 as requested by the office before the service was rendered to me. My health insurance later sent me an invoice stating that I was not liable for the copay of $25. I called my insurance to confirm that and I was told that I was not responsible for any copay for the ultrasound of December 12, 2012. I called the Aria Health early of January 2013 to request a refund of $25. They told me they will refund me. I called them again in February to request a refund and was told the same thing that they will refund me. Up to now, 3 months after the service paid, I still have not received a refund yet. It appears that they don't want to refund me the copay that they already received from my insurance.Desired Settlement: Refund me $25.

Review: I am a HIPAA authorized rep for my mother, patient: [redacted], claim # [redacted], Bravo ID [redacted]. I believe Aria is committing Medicare fraud by charging greater than ten times the usual customary rate for a a single pulse oximetry, CPT CODE [redacted], during her pulmonary function tests on 12-7-2012. According to the Medicare Fee Schedule the usual customary rate is approximately $48.00. My mother was charged $488.64 and is expected to pay over $240 of these charges. At her admission to Aria in August, 2012 she was also charged over $800.00 for a single nebulizer treatment. I am a career nurse and am well aware that this is gross over-charging. I certainly hope someone can help get this charge adjusted to an appropriate rate to help my mother and others in her situation, elderly, on fxed income, with mortgage to pay and unaware of when specific charges are outrageous. Thank you.Desired Settlement: adjust billing to reflect proper/appropriate charges.
