I bought a Fdually in from Arizona FleetMy experience with them started out good and they seemed legit and straight up but as I was trying to negotiate with them they started to show their true colorsI felt that they were being untruthful but I felt like I was getting a good dealI ended up buying the truck and as soon as I got it home the problems startedI called them about the issues I was having and they had me take to the dealershipI knew about the day mile warranty that we get when we purchase a vehicleThey had my truck for a week or so and I hadn't even had the truck for a week before the problems startedI picked up the truck and took it home and it seemed ok but then weeks later the truck quit runningI took it to a local mechanic in my town and had them look into it and the engine was a mess and I was given a quote of $for the repairs and I only had the truck for weeks and I hadn't even put miles on the engineI was very disappointed and upset since one of the owners told me that the engine had been rebuilt and I even asked for documentation for the rebuild since most rebuilds have a year but the owner argued with me about it so I dropped itI went to the dealership to talk to them about the engine problems and I spoke with the son first and he became very rude and disrespectful and insultingI wasn't getting anywhere with him so I went to the father and he acted the same way and threatened to call the law on meSo I am now stuck with this truck and paying for it and I can't even drive it because the engine is badThese people are very unprofessional and wrongI've never felt more disrespected and mistreated in my lifePeople need to know how they conduct business and to be aware of how they operate
This place is shady and sells lemons they make you put huge down payments 4,000+ and then the cars engine or transmission goes out and you complain to them they say they want their vehicle back and want to terminate your agreement and they call the police You are then out of the money and you no longer have a vehicle *** *** is a nasty person to deal with they lie to you and are nice until you say something they do not like and I have seen him be nasty to several customers this place needs to be shut down
