I purchased a vehicle on July 11th, on the 12th it broke down. I took the vehicle back to the AZ Fleet I told the salesperson I was unhappy and since I was WELL with-in their warranty period, I wanted my money refunded. I was simply told no. I told who I think was the owner of the dealership that I was unsatisfied and I am not comfortable with the vehicle and that I do not feel safe having my children in the vehicle, I repeated that I wanted my money back. He told me they cannot do that, and that they will look at the vehicle. I requested that if they could not give me a refund then they can put the money toward another vehicle even one that was more money and I would finance the balance, he simple said no, they will not do that. After several minutes he said "We want you to be happy mam, you still owe us money". I was speechless and stunned at the total disregard of customer service and was extremely emotionally distraught. Long story short, the vehicle was never really repaired and now needs a new motor. My mechanic tells me that he dealership would have known about the issues since they are obvious and the only way they would have not known is if they never looked at the car. I now have to get a loan to have the car fixed and the warranty covers nothing since it is missing required intials... nIce I was totally screwed.
Seriously the BEST experience I have EVER had buying a vehicle. They didn't b.s me they were not harassing me or didn't pressure me in buying, they treated me like a person not just another car sale. They were so friendly, super fast on getting me qualified for another auto loan, gave me full price for my trade in car and I went in there and drove out with a new truck THE SAME DAY!!!! The best customer service and such down to earth caring people, I had the privilege of meeting their mechanic, owner, car salesman's and financing-paperwork everything Queen. Such a great experience honestly if your shopping or want to trade in your vehicle DONT WASTE UR TIME AT OTHER DEALERS everyone in Tucson needs to go here hands down!!! * was my salesman such a great down to earth humorous friendly man. I has had some credit issues and needed a car to get back and forth from work. I stopped at Arizona fleet im Just took look. They were super easy to deal with and worked with me on my down payment. And also got me a low monthly payment . I would Highly recommend them if you need good transportation on a budget .
I bought a car here still making payments. The car has not ran good since I took it home I took it back for work x3 before the warranty was up. One month after I got the car I had to pay almost $2,000 of work into it to get it up running ok and when I took in my receipt to show the owner thinking he would have some kind of compassion since I had just got the car all the owners father who is part owner told me was "Oh well thats not our problem!" Every time I go in to make a payment this same man is so rude not only to me but to everyone that walks in. I regret getting a car from here and wish I could give him it back its been nothing but trouble since I got it.
