I recently left this insurance company ,and switched to Allstate, because they were cheaper,and I had a much lower deductibleAfter notifying Peak Property and Casualty that I had switched to Allstate, they still turned me over to the NCDMV ,telling them that my coverage had lapsed! This was false, and I now have to travel to the state DMV, which is over miles away to insure that my tag will not be revoked, because I can't count on any corporation to handle this for meEssentially, I was penalized for finding cheaper insurance! This is per cent unnacceptable!
