[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, we would like to know your view on the matter.]Peak Property is not willing to fully reimburse me for the value of my car or the 2 week car rental charges incurred while I was trying to buy a new car because their client totaled mine.  I do not understand why I have to pay money out of my pocket for the mistake their client made.

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted]. I contacted Peak Property and after several attempts, my issue was resolved, but not appropriately. I was taken aback with the company's decision to my claim (denial) after contacting them. Prior to this response, I also made a complaint with North Carolina Department of Insurance (NCDOI) concerning this issue, and had success with Peak Property after filing that claim and informing the manager that I was in the process of consulting a lawyer..
